đŠâĄđŞ ateez as girl dads / boy dads / or both ;) imo !! {Maknae line ver.}
Ëââ§ę°á â ŕťęą â§âË
Mingi- boy dad .á
Mingi having a son just fits so perfectly to me. He's going to be the most random and funniest dad to a son istg. I really need a babycloud ep of mingi playing with jaeyul (PLEASE)
Mingi would love to spoil his son fr. Like imagine mingi and his s/o going shopping with their baby son and whatever the little boy points at or whatever his eyes gleams at, mingi is going to buy that for him in a SECOND. This just popped off to me. He wouldn't spoil him too much but he would love to buy him a few things every now and then because he would do anything to see him be happy.
A huge satisfied smile spreads over his face as he lifts his son (a baby of MONTHS) and spins him around and up and down, and notices his son's small eyes and lips curved into a cheeky grin as he enjoys getting lifted up by his dad. Mingi would quite literally lift him up even when his son grows up just to tease him. Well, he'd obviously stop doing that once he becomes too heavy to be lifted. (find him crying in a corner when he realizes that his son has grown tall enough to be too heavy to be lifted by him, he wonders, WHEN AND HOW DID MY SON GROW UP SO FAST :((( )
Loves to ruffle his son's hair all the time. He lovesss to buy him fashionable clothes and turns his son into a mini fashionista just like him (just like hongjoong too) he is all proud and happy when his son is dressed in a smart & sleek fit.
San- both .á
Thinking about San being both a girl and boy dad is making me sob. Like, imagine him having a older daughter and a younger son (just like him and his noona) HE WOULD BE A PERFECT DAD TO BOTH HIS KIDDOS :(((
Imagine if he had his older daughter first, (without knowing that he would have a son later!) he'd treat his daughter as an actual princess (just how his noona was treated as oneđ) would be so gentle and loving to his daughter fr. Would love to buy her new toys and is fascinated every time he sees her playing with them, and he keeps wondering how quiet and cute she is while she has her play time (like all she needs is toys to he happy? I'd give her a million toys if she's happy by them) His daughter turns out to be shy and quiet, just like his s/o . San adores his daughter so much
Imagine, when his second kid aka his younger son is born, his parenting journey goes quite easily and smoothly because he already has experience when his daughter was born first. Lets take San's daughter to be around 4 years old when her younger brother is born. San is the happiest when he sees his daughter taking care of her younger brother. Most of the time when his son was a toddler, he would be so grateful when his daughter would be ready to babysit him without San and his s/o having to request her for doing so.
San would be soo playful with his son. He'd teach him taekwondo and other sports since an early age. He doesn't even realize that time is passing by as he stares at his two children bonding and playing with each other... he'd never fail to shower both of them with love.
Wooyoung- girl dad .á
Honestly, not only me but wooyoung HIMSELF said that "daughters are the best" (in that babycloud ep while playing with ayun and arin) implying that he would love to be a girl dad in the future đ
He would literally be sooo clingy and attached to his baby girl, like he would never leave her side ever since she was bornđ He would love to talk to her and tell her stories about him and his s/o 's childhood and stuff (even tho the poor lil girl can't understand anything cuz she's a mere BABY) well he would tell all that to her again once she's all grown up.
He LOVES to talk to his daughter in baby language, like he always copies every little sound and word thay comes out of her mouth? And his s/o would notice all that & be like " i sure am taking care of not one, but TWO babiesđ§ââď¸"
Would definitely turn his daughter into a naughty lil devil just like him. Would judge and tease his s/o together with his daughter all the time, teaches her all the sassy expressions to use against her mum whenever she's scolding her. (all jokes tho, he'd def turn serious and teaches her from right to wrong if she has done a mistake)
Legit treats his daughter like a fragile flower. Spoils her with everything she wants cuz that's his one and only precious child. Kisses her on the cheek all the time, every second and every minute he's endeared by her.
Jongho- both .á
Took me a long time wondering which category to put Jongho in, but then i thought "he actually seems like he'd be the dad of both a boy and girl, no kidding"
Lets take Jongho being the dad of both a boy and a girl. After both his kids were born, the way he effortlessly takes care of both of them, makes both of them laugh with his silly dad jokes, makes his s/o wonder how being a dad comes so naturally to him.
I feel like he would be such a fun dad. He would play with them all the time and would even do little skits with them, entertains his son and daughter with plenty of horror and ghost stories and funny stories about him and his s/o 's childhood and stuff. He laughs the hardest when his kids are all scared because of the horror stories and his s/o punches him on the arm to make him stop. His family would be such a lively and happy one.
His kids always look forward to Jongho's singing. Jongho always sings plenty of songs and lullabies for both of his kids ever since they were babies. Lets imagine his daughter liking soft ballad songs, he'd be happy to sing all the ballad songs he knows for her. And if his son likes rock based songs, he'd sing such songs for him too. His kids are proud to have a dad who sings so well. Its like whenever he sings at home, he has his kids as a live audience at a karaoke who cherish his singing skills a lot.
Would secretly fuel in the fights of his daughter and son, and would find it so funny that both of them are fighting. His s/o would beg him to stop both of them from fighting but Jongho enjoys the chaos for a while & then stops both of them from ripping each other's hair off đ

HC Time!
saw a picture with the person's hc's of how people sat in the class and got inspired-
i've been having brainrot over mcl these past few weeks so here you go - a product of a semi lifelong obsession.
also these are spanish names so Karla = capuccine
I know that Farres' class is a free seating kind of thing, but I HC that they eventually fell into this arrangement by their last year of high school - i feel that beemoov could've juiced out more slice of life stuff with the class so here i am
lowk i get this from hints from dialogues but these r my personal hc's of how classes would be at Sweet Amoris' Class F (F for Farres, not the grades they get lmao) - ignore the a in the pic i had a brain fart and i'm too lazy to change it
i yap so beware under the cut
Class F
they share all classes in the same room except for science, arts and pe so this is them in their natural environment
the people in the first row kinda keep to themselves
its the last two which initiate most of the banter (ie the twins mostly) BUT others tend to join in most of the time.
the first row is the most 'serious' about their studies
genuinely the 'problem' class of the school - it's either peggy trying to camouflage herself with the couch in the teachers room, nath and castiel on the verge of killing each other, amber, alexy and rosa's costume fiasco, and CANDY capitalised bcus she's genuinely involved in everyone's life at some point (chismosavirus i love her)
they don't all get along in a 'family' sense, but they did grow familiar with each other over the years and there are some very close friendgroups in their class
when they need to, they definitely can unite (they even convinced amber, li and charlotte to help with the bunnies, which was insane to me)
ik that they are all ver cliche-ish characters, but mcl surpisingly made them work very well together
Farres
teaches geography & history but is also Candy's class homeroom teacher
ppl tend to walk all over him which is something he cannot avoid with students in any of his classes
loser man he's v funny to me
if nath or melody are not in class and he asks a question there is always a 10 second long silence AT LEAST
trying his best bless his heart
i hc that the class gave him a goodbye gift of sorts after graduating, thanking him for his patience with their insane antics
maybe something like them naming a bunny in lysander's family farm after him or something as bizzare like that - call back to the time they almost got him fired in ep 18 with the bunnies they let out
All these hc's are about them in the class environment, but there is sm more i have in my back pocket
Nath
his dad's pressure to excel in school is obv influenced him sitting first row
even after gaining his independence, we still see him become valedictorian on ep 39 (?) or 40 i forgot so i assume that he started being more relaxed about his studies AFTER hsl
that's why he usually stays in that seat for most of his hsl
imo best seat in the class if you want to pay attention - close to the teacher but also right in front of the whiteboard
not a teachers pet, but castiel likes to use his choice of seat in a free seating class as an opportunity to call him one lmao
doesn't really care about who sits next to him, choice of seat was solely out of the need to keep up with his father's standards
doesn't mind sitting next to melody, even if he feels a bit overwhelmed by her constant attention, bcus he knows that she's also a diligent student
doesn't answer every question, but tends to raise his hand more than once every class
straight a's - we all know this
doesn't interrupt classes if it's not school-related - so don't expect him to be adding onto any banter that may go on during class time (unless it's castiel provoking him, but he only tends to speak up after his independence from his parents in ep 23)
ppl don't tend to listen to him when he asks for silence in the class (when farres is also unable to shut ppl up prior LMAO)
some ppl tend to find him annoying - too perfect for their liking - but after the whole ordeal with his dad people cut him some slack and realise that their annoyance prolly came from jealousy
sm angst material but let's move on
Melody
(apologies if i'm too mean to her,,, i dont love her character and it's not even about the nath possesiveness, more on that in another post if i feel like it :p)
this simp would have sat on mud in a heartbeat if it meant sitting next to nath
i always hc'd that, even though she is a good student, having a crush on nath actually drove her to be even better as a way to impress him
so, she chose to sit first row mainly bcus she is a good student, but deep down (or not that deep down lmao) knowing that she could've chose any of the other chairs in the row, it's obvious why she chose that specific seat out of any other
since she sits closest to Mr Farres out of everyone and shes also class rep, she's usually the one to hand out worksheets or go on errands for teachers (given that it's not an important job that fits nathaniel's role better)
ACTUAL teachers pet - it kind of annoys most in the class (even irks nath at some points lmao) bcus she always seems to eager to prove herself in a super obnoxious way
straight a's but is the type of whiny girl to be upset at anything less than an a (i get her)
looks down on ppl that don't get good grades and is kinda condescending (i don't relate there)
type of girl to SHHHH people loudly even if they're literally whispering
candy and rosa are big victims of this given that they are (1) chismosas by nature (2) sit right behind her
her attitude doesn't really change throughout school life
if you are nath route i imagine she absolutely stares daggers at us or anyone else when nath sits next to them in class
Lysander
before you pull out the pitchforks telling me about lys and castiel being besties - this doesn't mean that they have to sit together in class
hear me out
lysander is more serious about his studies, even if he is quiet he is a diligent student.
nath actually respects and kinda resents him for this, you can see that he doesn't have the pressure to be a good student that nath has but he still tries his best and does very well in class (straight low a's / high b's student imo)
angst hc's another time i swear
best classes/ones he enjoys the most are lit and history
castiel tends to call him a nerd, lovingly, opposed to how he does it to nath
doesn't participate much in class, but when he does it's usually to give correct answers when the class seems to draw on a blank
or bcus he is asked directly by Farres, lmao
before priya came in their second to last year of high school (my hc timeline but idk) lysander sat alone in the table so castiel would go over and sit next to him if he felt like spending more time with his best friend every now and then
he tends to enjoy his peace, so doesn't mind sitting alone
gets along well with priya when they sit together, but they tend to sit in comfortable silence
doesn't write much of his personal writing during class, he learnt that people tend to be way too curious and try to take a peek
or ask him to read it aloud to the rest of the class - that one lit class was a living hell for him
tends to daydream in class if he's tired
Priya
my beloved,,,, they will never make me hate you
came in last of everyone in the class so she took the only remaining seat
is still a beast in studies so it doesn't matter where she sits - will get straight a's anyway
except for art lmao
type of student melody wishes she were
effortlessly smart - and when she gives answers she's not overly snobbish
shes so ,,,, marry me
who said that
is up to sitting next to anyone that isn't amber's witch crowd - but if she ends up near them she doesn't hesistate to put them in their place
offers to switch places with friends that may be struggling more with classes and sit in rows behind her- she knows that sitting closer to the front will force people to focus more (it's usually kim or candy who get these offers from priya, bcus she knows that they have the potential and priya hates seeing them fall behind - and candy yaps too much with rosa sometimes)
she's always looking out for people, helping with violette and kim in maths with difficult exercises etcetc
i see her calling out an answer umprompted if she sees that the person that the teacher asked to has no idea - if she likes the person ofc
Delanay: what is a mitochondria?
candy: uhhhhhh
priya: POWERHOUSE OF -
ik that answer is wrong shut up
doesn't give two shits about being a 'model' student, she is interested in learning so that makes her a good student by default
loves history - political side of it even more, and can go on long tangents on all the 'underdogs' of history and on giving a voice to the less fortunate
cannot stand when people blame teachers when its their own incompetence in a subject
e.g will get so angry when Li complains about 'how she was supposed to know that europe is not a country if farres never told them' in an exam on the european union
gets mostly a's, some b's big fat d's in art im afraid tho
she knows the struggles of teachers given that her mother teaches elementary students so isn't ever really too disrespectful (with limits, she sometimes joins in on banter)
Kim
has a lot of potential, but tends to be demotivated when she compares herself with the 'smart' people
what she doesn't realise is that she could be as 'smart' as them if she also put in the same effort as them
she does let her grades slip at some point, but she never does so deliberately
complicated history with studying, i forgot if it was her mom who dropped studying when she was her age and then went back to it once kim was in high school (mentioned in the ep with iris' party), but tries her best to not let down her parents
sat next to violette who was too scared to sit on the same row as amber and company, but wouldn't have minded sitting further back
you will never catch her dead getting herself involved in class
during her time being tutored by nath, he challenged her to answer a question in class
he called her a coward, basically, so she did it ONCE to defend her honour
but then once became a few times as she became more confident with her abilities
graduated with b's, even a stray a in the mix
would never admit it but she's very thankful for nath and candy's help and appreciates the supportiveness from her friends + family to not quit on trying in school
if you look at her during class, you will know exactly what she is thinking about - it's all on her face
doesn't understand class? furrowed brows, pout and frustrated mumbling while she scratches away at her page
is annoyed at amber's stupid remarks? rolls her eyes to the back of her head so hard
got a good grade? her eyes sparkle just a little bit, "no violette what are you talking about i just got some dust in my eye-"
overall wins the idgaf war i love her
Violette
so debilitatingly shy bless her heart
will NEVER open her mouth in class
if she is asked to answer kim will jump to answer umprompted, a la priya
"sorry sir i thought you were asking me"
"is your name violette?"
all of her notes have a new 'doodle' in the margins
but the doodles are like
masterpieces
mostly portraits of her friends, kim and alexy taking the spotlight
as well as her dad
and maybe her mom? but she tends to get emotional so she reserves those drawing for outside the classroom
karla tried to pick on her one time for drawing in class and kim scared her into not messing with anyone for a whole week, and violette ever again
people are so supportive when she actually makes an attempt to speak, even castiel knows to shut up with his sarcastic remarks
but then the silence freaks her out and next time u will hear her will be in 2 business years at least
or karla laughs at her stuttering or something (looking for amber's approval) but that happens only once thanks to kim
amber and her friends don't pick on her much, simply because they prefer to go for girls that they are jealous of and she never draws their attention
Rosa
is the type of student to have 1000s of excused absences
leigh signs her permission slips and stuff and since the headmistress can't be arsed to do her job properly she gets away with it lmao
actually gets by well with exams
she already has a dream to move onto the fashion industry so she isn't too worried about her grades
chismosavirus #1 she will always be the first to be called out by teachers for trying to gossip in class
she's always super offended by the scolding even though its 100% true
"i was literally whispering!! besides, your date with [crush] is way more important than trigonometry"
"we had a map of asia on the whiteboard, rosa"
candy always has to stop rosa from strangling amber and co. everytime they pick on her best friend
"it's not worth it rosa"
"you are way too nice, if i were you they would be dead in a ditch by now"
"what?"
"what?"
does people's makeup or gives tips during homeroom if they ask her to
she loves it
or sometimes candy's hair during class
"this is not a beauty salon girls"
does it anyway
Candy
depends on the player ofc, but she's obviously shown to have high capacities in school if she applies herself - so her grades are entirely up to her
theoretically sits next to rosa, but since her best friend doesn't come to school too often people sit next to her if they feel like it (like our route or alexy hehe)
chismosavirus #2 bcus rosa infected her and also that how she is by nature
doesn't cause many problems in class, and only includes herself in the banter of the class if she is directly dragged into it by the back rows.
sits in front of the witch crowd and is sadly a victim of their annoying teasing
i love her but she cannot defend herself for the first 30 episodes of the series i swear
she does sit in front of charlotte, who is the 'chillest' of the trio so she usually gets peace in class if they feel like ignoring her
besides, she REFUSES to change seats because of them - she would never give them the satisfaction
Iris
the backbone of the class for sure
is surprisingly good friends with castiel so she's the designated 'peacemaker' if its a small thing (not if theyre literally about to punch each other, she's not suicidal)
and also gets along well enough with most people fine enough
"if someone is acting mean it's probably a mistake" my girl is too good for this world
genuinely tries her best but is lost in class like, 80% of the time
barely passes her exams but she passed so you go queen
she's not like, stupid, but school is not the path for her
laughs at stupid jokes that the more extroverted people make in the middle of class, but isn't usually the one to start anything in class
participates if asked to
doesn't mean she gets the questions right
isn't picky about who she sits with, was the only one who was willing to sit next to karla
so that's where she ended up
Karla
so she obv chose to sit next to amber's friend group, even though its obvious she's not really a part of their group
ALWAYS acting out to bully anyone as a way to 'prove' herelf to them
people tend to ignore her, like flat out
she's so forgettable that teachers even forget to rlly punish her for any out of line comments
actually good at school, but hides it as much as she can
because of this, and other things, charlotte respects her the least - shes basically dragging herself across the floor for their approval
plain annoying but forgettable
never really makes good friends with anyone - comes close to it with melody (but them both have self esteem problems and make it everyone else's problem, so ig that's why they get along better than others) and iris but because shes enemy to no one
Charlotte
most 'quiet' of the witches trio but doesn't mean she's not as cruel outside of the classroom
gets respectably high grades, but could get much better if she tried
also strong contender of the idgaf war
but you can never really tell what she's thinking of people when they speak in class
or at any point
keeps to herself and her friends but loves to jump at the opportunity to be mean to candy by whispering shit to her
is the more indirect type of cruel, will give karla the silent treatment, literally does not acknowledge her ever
she hasn't stuck gum to candy's hair by now because of rosa's presence, she's annoyingly perceptive,,,
when she leaves school Li takes her place
outright refuses to answer any question that farres asks her
"ms charlotte! would you mind sharing your answer with the rest of the class? it was exceptionally well written"
"i would mind, yes"
sat there bcus amber sat there
Amber
she is so annoying god bless castiel's soul
sat in front of him as "an infallible flirting tactic"
"trust me Li - doing it in the long run will have him at my feet by next month tops"
is the type of girl to throw her hair on top of the table behind her
castiel tried to cut it once in retaliation once he saw that she wouldn't get the hint when he pulled on it anytime she did it
"he was too shy to try to braid my hair, i'm subtly giving him chances to make him go crazy for me. trust me li trust me."
literally only sat there to try to get with castiel
he couldn't give less of a shit, is incredibly annoyed by her
and chooses to ignore her
has barely passing grades, but she lies about it to her parents
besides, they tend to pay more attention to nath's results
"what can i say, i'm just daddy's little girl"
... moving on
always sprays 2000 spritzes of perfume and chokes armin because she does it in his direction
"AMBER i'm going to die from asphyxia if you keep spraying that shit liquid on me"
"MR KEENAN LANGUAGE"
"i didn't know you knew what the word asphyxia meant bro"
"shut up alexy"
always has the most stupid things to say
it has candy sighing loudly
"SIR CANDY IS TELLING ME TO SHUT UP"
"I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING"
"YOU THOUGHT OF IT"
"WE ALL DID"
outright annoying
tends to insult candy, armin, alexy, and kentin the most but her preffered pick will always be candy
Li
genuinely stupid holy shit
"europe is a very big country"
surprised she didn't fail her final exams
insisted on sitting next to amber but since there were no more tables she just pulled a chair next to her
farres tried to make her move but she ignored him lmao
if it's a more strict teacher she moves next to lysander before priya came in
after that she used the excuse that there is no other seats to stay there
took charlotte's seat when she left
out of the three, makes the stupidest remarks
doesn't initiate the bullying, but its always her just repeating anything that amber or charlotte say like a parrot
literally bird brain
not much to say, doesn't involve herself in class
mostly looks at herself in the mirror during class or browses high end clothing stores online
loaded asf so has convinced herself that grades don't matter
will be the death of her parents one day
Alexy
came in after most people and wanted to sit near his brother so they sat at the back where there were three seats available
armin sat next to castiel because he was more 'covered' by the three girls in the table in front of him to play his console
so alexy ended up sitting alone in the table next to armin for a little until kentin showed up
lowk a blessing for him bcus we all know he was defo into him
always one of the most talkative, or to join in on jokes that his brother screams out in the middle of class
not a class clown, but usually the one to start interruptions in class
he doesn't even intend to interrupt, but he likes 'commentating' on what is going on - his words
okay at studies, is indifferent to his grades and has no pressure to do well by his parents
this seating arrangement was the cause of him becoming closer to kentin - even if they never became anything that alexy would've wanted to, he appreciates their time spent together
teases kentin in class alongside his twin
peak 'people in the back row' meme type shi
brings snacks to share with the back row
armin, alexy (and kentin even if he likes to complain) are usually messing around a whole lot but tend to go unnoticed
Armin
sat at the covered seat next to castiel so that his teachers let him play his games in peace
type of person to put his console behind an upside down book
has a surprisingly peaceful coexistence with his table buddy
castiel hates that he calls him irl table moot
catch him playing on his console 90% of the time - the 10% is Delanay's classes
calms down with it over the years but never abandons his gaming
he's gets frustratingly high grades considering the little attention he pays in any of his classes
speaks in brainrot
can't stop himself from spouting out the most chronically online shit in class
it's so strange one would think he is playing videogames and not paying attention and then will just
"can someone tell me what is the name of the city that is being covered by my finger right now?" "LMAO KID NAMED FINGER"
all while having his eyes glued to the screen of his PSP
only candy sometimes laughs if shes his route bcus she's equally as nerdy
if not it is met with the most awkard silence
he's so unfunny bless him
everyone but alexy question his sanity but eventually get used to it
likes to have 'back row basketball' competitions with his brother (and kentin, who they always manage to pull at least one attempt out of him) where the first person to get a piece of paper into the bin next to mr farres' table wins
mr farres has given up on trying to stop them
he's just used to flying balls of paper whooshing past his head
atp who cares, as long as they don't hit him
or they also try to see whoever manages to land a spitball on amber's head without her noticing for the remainder of the class
castiel likes to join in on that one
Kentin
came in a bit after the twins so had limited seat choices
didn't really feel like sitting first row with lysander and also wanted to have candy in his line of sight so he went for the seat next to alexy at the back
says he regrets it sm because the 'twins are so annoying' but never made an attempt to change seats
"oh kennykins~ when will you ever let me give you a style change from those horrible military style pants??"
"you can't escape from my brother on a fashion mission kenny"
"IT'S KENTIN i can´t stand the two of you"
also okay at his studies, his dad only cares about his results in p.e tbh (angst material again but ill ramble in another post)
is kinda iffy aboout sitting in the same row as castiel but will never admit it
besides the twins are like a buffer zone so it's okay
doesn't stop castiel from laughing at them bullying teasing him
kentin gets so defensive bless him
"WHAT DID YOU SAY- SAY THAT AGAIN IF YOU DARE"
"KENTIN GO OUT TO THE CORRIDOR RIGHT NOW AND CALM YOURSELF DOWN"
and it was just castiel releasing air through his nose to laugh
he pretends he hates the back row but he has to admit that he has the most fun there
made his best friends there literally (not castiel tho sorry king)
and its kinda a release from the expectations to be a 'man' from his dad and just to be silly with his friends
and now im getting angsty lets move on
if candy is kentin route and he sits with her some time,,,, oh lord
when he goes to sit at the back row the next day he is received as some kind of cheating husband coming back to his unstable wife
"so i see you finally got bored of us"
"its okay kennykins *sniff* we understand that we will never be her"
"you are breaking our hearts and you don't even seem to care"
"the betrayal,,, how can you even come back after all that you have done?"
this continues on for the rest of the day until kentin agrees to buy them lunch
Castiel
does not give af
bad boy cliche - sits at the back, feet on the table and doesn't write down a single line of writing if he can
chose to sit at the back simply because he doesn't care for classes
finds armin entertaining, even if he calls him 'irl table moot' and generally doesn't really understand any of his jokes
does find the twins´ jokes funny if its them making fun of kentin
also doesn't care for kentin being scared of him or trying to pick a fight in class
is on the verge of strangling amber anytime she tries her weird ass flirting on him
him being salutatorian at graduation is so funny to me because he proved that all that his teachers gave him shit for "because you will never get passing grades with your behaviour" and here he is
only time he contributes to class is to throw snarky remarks at people - mostly nath ofc
sarcastic man apocalypse and he is their king
will sit next to lys if he feels like it sometimes but he is mostly allergic to breathing the same air as 'first row smarty mcfuck boy" (one of his many loving nicknames to nath <3)
#my candy love#corazon de melon#mcl#amour sucre#mcl headcanon#cloud rambles#cloud writing#ish ig#mcl headcanons#mcl nathaniel#mcl melody#mcl lysander#mcl lysandre#mcl priya#mcl violette#mcl kim#mcl iris#mcl castiel#mcl armin#mcl alexy#mcl rosalya#mcl kentin#i wrote so much holy shit i apologise#there's just sm lost potential to this series it makes me so mad

DAERON EXISTS, LIFE MAKES SENSE AGAIN!
Anyhow, your thoughts on the new episodeđ¤???
Oh, and in celebration of show!Daeron's confirmed existence: mini tiny Joffron doodle ig? Made with love, not with skillâď¸đđ¤â¤ď¸
Wait omigod I love this. Why does it perfectly encapsulate the two of them. đđ𼰠They really do have a reverse Hades/Persephone dynamic! Honestly I love this art style, itâs giving a chibi vibe that I adore. Iâm going to link this to my HOTD artwork list.
Anyway yes, Daeron truthers rise up. â
(Obviously, S2E2 spoilers below the cut.)
First Iâll start with new thoughts on B&C. After my rewatch, most of my feelings about E1 remained the same, but I want to update my reaction to B&C. Helaenaâs muted reaction made more sense to me the second time around. It is consistent with her character, and the BTS info about her visions makes it understandable why she seemed to treat Jaehaerysâs death as inevitable.
HOWEVER. Viewers should not be required to watch BTS commentaries etc. to have full context for the scene. The background info about Helaenaâs visions shouldâve been in the actual episode. If knowing about Helaenaâs visions about her childrenâs potential demise is that important, they could and should have incorporated it I nto an actual scene. For example, instead of her opening scene being her embroidering, she couldâve been scribbling about that vision in her notebook.
If for some reason this was too difficult to film, thereâs one small change they couldâve made to B&C which wouldâve made a huge difference, visions or no visions. When Blood says both children âlook the same,â Cheese could have responded with âjust kill them both.â This instantly heightens the stakes and makes Helaenaâs actions more understandable to even the most casual viewer: if she doesnât point out Jaehaerys, then both her children die.
End of E1 rant. Onto E2 rant!
Iâve seen a lot of different reactions to this episode. Some say it was great, some say it was awful. IMO, your takeaway of how good the episode was probably depends on who your favorite characters are.
I think Rhaenyra and Aegon had the best scenes this episode. Otto also had some banger lines, and Helaena made me feel a lot of emotions. Daemon did not come away particularly well, Aemond was a little weird, Alicent continues to be frustrating, and Iâm convinced that Criston is the writing roomâs whipping boy.
TGC really got to show off his acting chops this episode. Personally I wish they couldâve spent more time on Aegon smashing the LEGOs and bludgeoning Blood, but that is a me preference. I think Aegon really did love Jaehaerys, AND he is angry about the blow that has been struck again him as king. Both these things can be true at the same time. The end scene where heâs crying alone in his room proves that his grief isnât just a show.
And I donât mind that Aegonâs decision to hang all the rat-catchers makes him seem violent and impetuous, because he is violent and impetuous. The scene is also framed so that you understand why Aegon did it; we see Cheese hanging with the others. And letâs be honest, if Rhaenyra did something similar to avenge Luke (eg burn down Stormâs End because Borros contributed to his demise, which would kill a lot of other people too), a lot of viewers would cheer her on.
(I was definitely thinking during the âAegon fires Ottoâ scene that Aegon could really use a Jacaera to kindly knock some sense into him. đĽ˛)
Speaking of the end sceneâŚomigod Alicent why. đ Conceptually, I understand thereâs generational trauma going on. Otto was cold with Alicent, who is in turn cold with Aegon especially. But like. Holy shit. Give your son a 5-second hug. It wouldâve been nice if they could at least show Alicent feeling conflicted, like she wants to comfort her son but feels incapable, so she walks away.
Backtracking a bit: I feel like Alicent is consistently made the focus of the story in places where she arguably should not be the focus, and I wonder if this is because the showrunners want to take advantage of the fact theyâve paid good money for Olivia Cooke. But I truly do not understand why it was Helaena and Alicent at the funeral rather than Helaena and Aegon. Otto said something about âour gentlest soulsâ but this couldâve been a great opportunity to showcase more of Aegon and Helaenaâs complicated relationship and shared grief.
Whatever my other feelings on the scene, I do think Phia and Oliviaâs acting was phenomenal. Helaenaâs panic attack during the funeral đą. I really just wanted to emergency evacuate her from that mess.
Iâm going out of chronological order, but Iâm going to backtrack again to Otto making the decision to have the funeral as a PR campaign. Itâs very Machiavellian, and TBH I understand why he chose to do it. It is a huge blow against Rhaenyraâs reputation. But I feel like the show wants Otto and Daemon to be the only actual schemers on their respective sides. Everyone else kinda just whoopsies or white-knights their way through the narrative. I just want to shake the writers and tell them itâs okay for other characters to be villainous. Thereâs a reason Daemon is way more popular than Criston. At least Daemon fully commits to his bad decisions.
I kinda feel bad for Fabien Frankel because the writers seem to really have it out for Criston. They really want to make him the most hatable character. đ Imagine if instead we got a more Machiavellian Criston who intentionally decides to claw his way up from nothing to become one of the most powerful people in Westeros. Even if he does reprehensible things along the way, at least he does them purposefully, not because heâs incompetent.
I almost forgot to talk about Aemond, because he really has not been getting a lot of screen time these two episodes. The brothel scene was odd but not as odd as it could have been. I wish the writers would stop having his personality revolve around Daemon, but itâs probably their way of building up to Godâs Eye. Honestly, I wouldâve preferred a scene of Aemond with his family dealing with B&C aftermath rather than fucking off to the brothel.
Now, changing topics to the Rhaenyra and Daemon divorce scene. I think viewersâ reactions to this scene depend a lot on whether or not youâre a Daemon fan. He really comes off not great in the entire sequence from when Rhaenyra learns about B&C to when Daemon leaves. Also, itâs very obvious Sara Hess wrote the scene; sheâs been vocal about how she dislikes Daemon, and a lot of what Rhaenyra says seems to be opinions that Sara has shared. I think Rhaenyra was right to call out Daemon for B&C and for lying to her face about it.
It may have been better if they had more buildup showing cracks between Daemon and Rhaenyra, because sheâs also calling him out for a lot of stuff besides B&C. There was the S1E10 argument and choking scene, but some more interaction in S2E1 or E2 where theyâre at odds would have made it fresher in viewersâ memories. But itâs not necessary, and I think the scene works as is.
Despite viewersâ feelings on this scenes, it was VERY well acted by both Emma and Matt. And it leads to Rhaenyraâs interesting interaction with Baela. Rhaenyra refuses to risk Jace and send him out on patrol near KL, but she tells Baela to do the exact same thing. Itâs very subtle, and the scene is framed as a positive thing between the two characters, but this is probably the most morally gray decision Rhaenyra makes in this episode. She wonât risk her child, but she will risk Daemonâs child immediately after they fought.
The Mysaria scenes were interesting. I really donât mind the showâs efforts to whitewash her. Sheâs horrible in the book, but show!Mysaria is actually sympathetic for the most part. She worked her way up from nothing but the people in charge of the system keep stomping her back down. I think her dialogue about Daemon/Otto/powerful men was heavy-handed foreshadowing that sheâs going to end up serving Rhaenyra, who is notably not a man.
I donât have a lot of groundbreaking comments about Erryk & Arryk. It was very emotionally impactfulâŚand I wish the episode had ended either with them dying, or with the scene where Aegon is crying by himself, rather than ANOTHER Alicole sex scene. đ
Overall, this episode had its highlights, and acting is phenomenal as always. But the writers really need to figure out what to do with Alicent and Criston, other than have the fuck all the time.

Century of Love EP 9 Unhinged Tangent Thoughts
Last stretch baby, let's see how this show will end. I'm hoping for a devastating heartshattering ending cause i'm a masochist whose really like to see my blorbos in pains :3
Go cry in a river bitch!
Don't hurt my baby he's already had to deal with That fujoshi goddess nonsense, he shouldn't have to deal with soap oprera henchmen too.
What a gentleman. she suck but she definitely doesn't deserve to get moider by these generic lakorn bad guys.
You go girl! and by go i mean go as far away as you can. you came, you serverd and now it's time to take a bow off the stage hun.
Bye bitches you both were generic AF.
YOLO. dying for good dicks is somewhat a good kind of death imo.
"Phi San promise me that you'll be happy without me." This! this is what i wanted. time only move in direction and i'm glad that Wee get to be the embodiment of that. this line gonna fuck me up for a little while.
Yeah you do, doesn't mean it make this any less sad.
Horny till the end, respect bruh. i mean gramp.
*cry in gay joy jealousy* look look look, i think i'm going to be extra emotional for sometime since you know what passed with gay proposal scenes in thai media.
Yeah that's not gonna happen with how pretty and a hunk Wee is.
Girl i get it sometime sad gay shits are best for us sad queers.
They're so pretty, wahhhhhhhh!.
I loved that their parting words were lottery related cause that was like one of the most common things poor thai people love to talks to each other. speaking from my own experience.
That's my man! scold that grandpa. Wee's heart gonna break either way not letting him getting through it with you is kinda not good old man.
The ways we express our love to people we care about is in a way a long goodbye in the making. cause parting ways is inevitable.
Okie dokie there is a small chance that this show will not have a happy ending but i'm a sick fuck who love sad gay shits, so i'm praying for some heart wrenching ending tomorrow.

My Love Mix Up Episode 1
Let me start with some clarity on my perspective on this adaptation:
I have of course seen the Japanese live action Kieta Hatsukoi. It's not one of my personal favorites but it's a great show doing a very Japanese style of slapstick comedy.
I am going into this adaptation skeptical, same as I did for Cherry Magic Thailand (though that project completely won my heart and I ended up liking it more than the JBL, so my skepticism is by no means immovable). I am not opposed to this adaptation, but the pre-show content has not been promising.
Iâve been a fan of Fourth and Gemini in previous shows (Moonlight Chicken being their best work, IMO), but I have felt since they first started releasing teasers for this project that they are miscast in this and should have swapped roles.
So with that said, how was episode 1? It was fine! Not bad, not amazing, and pretty much what I expected. Some reactions:
I really like the actress playing Mudmee and think she has good chemistry with Fourth.
This first ep hit all the expected beats and inserted a couple things that are not in the source material, like the cat and the badminton plot. I am guessing that's mostly to add time, though personally I think the JBLâs choice with the dog who doesn't like Aoki is much more fun than the ~fated cat connection~ thing.
This version has toned down the zany energy of the original live action. I think that's for the best, as the slapstick moments that are still here are not hitting very well, but it does change the overall feel of it quite a bit.
AUNGPAO MY BELOVED. I'm excited to see him in another show and he looks flawless.
I stand by my belief that the main pair should have swapped roles. You can see them working hard to suppress their natural instincts in every scene. I don't blame the actors for this, they are still so early in their careers to be asked to act against type to this degree.
GMMTV is doing the same weird light filtering thing on this show that they did on 23.5. Why??? It makes the scenes look fuzzy.
This one definitely doesn't feel as revelatory to me as Cherry Magic Thailand's first episode did. With that one, right out of the gate I knew I was eating crow on my skepticism. I am not eating crow on this one yet; its execution is about at the level I expected and so far it hasnât recalibrated the story to fit these actors and the Thai style as well as CMT did. But itâs still early so weâll see how it progresses!

my thoughts on the new episode as always, as I am currently losing my shit lol. I know a lot of people dislike me after last ep when I spoke up about my thoughts, but this time I'm ready to be more mature about it.
1. I love the Hu argue uhhh thingy! I forgot what it's called ngl! I love her and Nico's new sprites too, they were really all amazing and conveyed so much emotion!
And then Hu said this đ
genuinely insane analogy to make here. I'm sorry, but that was actually insanely uncalled for imo.
2. I think everyone forgot Hu's custom weapon is wire, (if you realized and predicted this, huge props to you), and I did not expect Nico to try and frame Hu for murder like that. NicoHu divorce arc when??? Just kidding, but they're much more cruel then I originally thought. I completely understand trauma from not being accepted as the person you are which was likely in the form of bullying/abuse, but I was genuinely surprised that they really try and murdered Ace just because they didn't like him and they didn't want to go through that again. Very interesting. I also feel very bad for Hu, because she's poured her heart into trying to protect Nico, and even though her methods are EXTREMELY flawed, it must hurt to know someone you really tried to help would try to frame you for murder. This makes me wonder if Nico felt Hu was a threat to their sense of self like Ace was, if they were going to try and pin a murder on her. I'm glad Charles and J told Hu to shut up though, because she was becoming unreasonable. I really hope things turn out the best for her though, because it's clear she's coming from a place of kindness, even if her kindness is mostly self-serving.
3. As much as I don't really like the guy, I'm very glad to have seen Ace pop off. Everyone has treated him like shit, and even if he's treated everyone like shit back, he did not deserve to be almost murdered and then for people to just not care. I really hope Ace ends up making a friend if he isn't the killer, because he really deserves someone to care about him the way mostly everyone in the cast already has someone.
4. They both make very good points here. I think Ace deserves an apology, but a real one.
5. "of course I regret doing it, I'm not Levi" - Nico
THATS ACTUALLY INSANE- but that may be my favorite line of the ep. I'm glad Nico regrets the crime though, because I was scared for awhile they didn't and there might be another incident of the same thing again. This makes me think they won't try and kill again, but it's drdt so you never know, and I think they're a definite threat if they get provoked to that point so easily.
6. I feel so bad for Rose, but let me say, dare I say, I think Whit asking if Rose is okay might've been the sweetest thing Ive ever seen. A lot of people tend to forget that Whit is actually very compassionate, so I'm glad to see that part of him shine through again. Rose is so human, and I think she may be the most realistic character I've ever seen portrayed in a fangan. A lot of characters are able to just get back up after a murder, but she's stuck, and I think I would be the same way. Unfortunately there's zero mental health professionals (obviously, cause they all need to be in a ward) in drdt, but I hope that she maybe can come to cope in a healthier way with what's going on around her, because she doesn't deserve this mess. I didn't actually realize before that the cast had put her on a bit of a pedestal due to her amazing memory, but it makes sense. I'm not sure where I'm going with this, but I hope that Rose comes to peace with the turpentine and the tape thing because it really isn't her fault and that she can get help for her trauma due to Min and Xander, and Teruko's almost death. No matter how much people expect her to memorize a crime scene, she's human, and we all take things at much different paces.
7.
Hey David, didn't Whit teach us that trauma is a serious thing? You know I've been defending this guy a bit because of how he helped Eden and how I think he's trying to do what's right, but NEVERMIND. Because what the actual fuck is wrong with him to say something as messed up as these two statements. Rose and Arturo do not owe you anything, and they deserve to heal healthy, and at their own pace.
8. Teruko defending Rose was not in my ch2 trial bingo card, but oh my god, that really is sweet. I think Teruko really has started to change from talking with Rose.
I'm running out of images so I can't include her monologue, but it genuinely makes me happy she's starting to get some sort of character development. She really deserves it, and Charles really deserved being so fucking right about being social, lol. Also Teruko thanking Rose with that genuine smile on her face- brought me to tears. I hope they become friends :)
9. Ace and Eden, huh? To be honest, I'm completely torn and I can't see it being either one of them, but then again, I can't see it being anyone. I know so many people are complaining about not having a culprit reveal this ep, but I'm fine. I could wait another year and a half for the reveal. Actually, I don't think we need one at all. Maybe the true drdt is the friends we made along the way. Maybe it's better to choose delusion that nobody could've done it than it to have been Ace or Eden. Maybe, I killed Arei.
(I'm not that smart so I don't think I should be making killer theories, lol. I think it's safe to say I should stick to memes.)
10.
LMAOOOO. She right though.
11. "It pains me to come to Ace's defense" - David
another laughable moment, but a win for the Acevid shippers, I guess. I don't think David was lying though, and it was my suspicion all along that he had seen the body before anyone. I'm not very smart so I'm a bit confused as to whether later they're saying David actually did see her body (which is weird bc he'd have an alibi), or if he thinks someone else might've seen it and wanted to include that as a possibility.
12.
Teruko handled this whole situation super well, I was very impressed with her. Obviously you can't rule Eden out as the killer and Teruko explained that, but she was so compassionate and understanding about it that it made me cry. I never thought I'd say this, but here's a Teruko W. As for Eden pleading... I wish I could say more and I'm sure I'll be able to later, but it's just so likely she could be the culprit that I can't take anything she says at face value rn, and I was having trouble empathizing with her. Of course that's just my take, and I have already chatted with others who felt the whole scene was just a heartwarming experience, and that makes me really happy. This being said, the fact Teruko immediately turned to Ace as her main suspect TOOK ME OUT. I feel so bad for him he has literally done nothing but be suspicious to warrant this, while Eden is at the same level of suspicion. I really like that Teruko is playing favorites now, because Eden's been so good to her all this time.
13. I forgot to include David trying to get Teruko to not trust others!!! Shit!!!
Is that seriously how he plans to end the kg.. I can kinda see what he's going for bc so far the trope is in most danganronpa that you need to trust others to live and be fulfilled (not saying drdt is gonna follow that trope though). Hm.
Bro is actually down horrendous for Teruko though đ
tierlist after watching this ep (kill me now)

15 Day BL Challenge
The full challenge can be found here!
â*:.・. Day 6: Fave line from your fave series .・.:*â
Oooh okay, okay, getting a little more challenging! I went for lines that I still think about regularly - both for the words used and the way they were delivered. And I will shamelessly cheat and pick one per country.
Thailand with To Sir, With Love. This show has a lot of really good lines and monologues imo, but my pick is in ep.11. Jiu and Tian has confessed to each other and Tian explains some truths about his family to Jiu, who asks if being homosexual really is a problem.
âYes, my father would definitely not accept it. In the past, there was a member of the association that was like me. Then he was oppressed until he had to commit suicide . So my mother had to keep the secret that I like men. If everyone knows, the Song family will be ruined because of me. I donât want to be the head of the association. I never wanted to. I just want to be me.â
Japan with Utsukushii Kare. It's ep.6 and Kiyoi's broken "I am not a god, okay?" It was such a perfect culmination of everything going wrong with their relationship, a necessary break down of his facade and a much needed wake up call for Hira. I love it.
Taiwan with We Best Love. First of all, I was obsessed with the way Yu speaks. There is something in the cadence of his speech that completely fascinates me (the way he says "YÄŤnwèi wÇ xÇhuÄn nÇ" ?? like drug to me). But I especially love this little exchange, post first kiss.
â- Was that your first kiss?â [Gao Shide shakes his head no] - Who was it? - That day in the swimming pool. - ... That doesnât count.â
His face before he says that always gets me.
and Korea with Semantic Error. This one doesn't have an episode number because it is every. single. time. Sangwoo calls Jaeyoung "hyung". I love the impact the first one has, especially, but frankly? The way Jaeyoung reacts to it every time is just delightful.
#BLChallenge2k24#Khun Chai#Utsukushii Kare#We Best Love#Semantic Error#I thought at first it would be hard to remember lines but like#I had such a hard time deciding lol

Aside from each other, obviously, who is your favourite character for Tim and Lucy to each interact with? (So basically, your favourite non-Chenford relationship for each of them â platonic, professional, or otherwise.)And, who is the one character you wish they would each interact with more?
Hi! Thank you for the ask @queseraone â¤ď¸ Sorry for the delay in answering. Finally getting time to get to this. :)
For Tim my fav platonic relationship is with Angela hands down. Whether the man wants to admit it or not sheâs his best friend. I mean he was her man of honor and took on Patrice for her wedding. Thatâs one of my fav eps for them too. Same goes for Angela she would march into hell for him. Giving him crap the entire way as she did though LOL Iâve always loved their give and take dynamic. Very brother/sister vibes. Sheâs a fantastic hug and slap for him. She cares deeply for him but isnât afraid to knock the shit out of Tim verbally if need be. Their scenes are always welcome on my screen.
As for character wish he would interact with more it would be Nyla. Their banter is top tier. S2 and some S3 had some really good stuff with them. Their competitive nature and how they rib each other is so fun to watch. Plus sheâs basically the female version of him LOL Which I love. Also doesnât hurt she is another woman who doesnât take his crap. Theyâve got really good rapport and a fun dynamic. I wish the writers would take more advantage of.
Lucy my fav platonic relationship is Harper. These two had such a rocky start. She called her Not Nolan for the majority of their first episode together. I adore that ep for so many reasons. We got to see them grow from that episode on. The stuff in 2x12 is an amazing building block for them. Theyâve only grown and become this amazing duo. Mentor and mentee. Iâve loved Lucy having this BAMF of a woman to be a role model for her. After Lucy lost Capt. Anderson that was a missing piece that Nyla filled perfectly. Iâll take all the Harper and Lucy scenes I can get.
Someone I wish Lucy would get to interact with more would be Wade. Watching them in 6x07 how he took her under his wing. Made sure she was ok and if she wasnât he was there to guide her. Realized how much these two donât get to have SLâs together. I love how he built her up to be a temp T.O. In 6x08. Lucy needs more of his influence in her life. Especially after last season. These two definitely need to be having more scenes together IMO. Fingers crossed for S7. đ¤
Thanks for this ask was fun to answer â¤ď¸

I know people thought the 'go to your room!' was funny but I think it was there to show us that Sand really behaves as a parent in his life, with Ray, with his mom as well, as she mentioned.
He is a parentified child, people like this take the burden of responsability for everything that happens to their love ones, they are caretakers at their core.
"As an adult, a parentified child may have challenges trusting others and prefer to be self-reliant. They may engage in unhealthy relationships and assume a caregiving role even when they don't want to because this is the role that they know how to play. They may worry about being abandoned." We have seen all of this in this episode imo.
Definitely! While Sand might make the occasional complaint, I think he feels fulfilled by helping other people, because thatâs just what heâs always known. I also suspect he had to grow up a bit sooner than other children due to his living situation. He describes his mother as his best friend, implying that theyâre on more equal footing as opposed to more rigid parent-child boundaries.
About his momâŚI did think it was a little bad of her to call saying there were debt collectors after her? Like I understand that that was probably the only way to get Sand to come, but as someone who has probably dealt with a lot of dangerous debt collectors, it felt a little inappropriate. (I donât wanna rip on her too much though because I genuinely liked her this ep.)
Thereâs an interesting comparison to be made between Sandâs independence and Rayâs. Because Sand seems to have adapted to solitude, always working towards his dreams, while Ray sees solitude as lonely and isolating. I think both Sand and Ray had to grow up quickly due to their various circumstances, but Ray doesnât have many supporters in his life or goals heâs working towards (that we know of). Itâs definitely possible that theyâve developed problematic attachment habits (Sand giving too much for too little in return and Ray in constant need of fulfillment and caregiving). For now, this has made balance in their relationship, but I could easily see it going off the rails.

I saw a few people, although not many, saying Ewan was a bad actor and that his acting was over reacting in season 2. Worse still, some people compared him to Tom and made fun of how some Aemond fans were disappointed with his screen time in season 2. To me, the most noticeable thing was that Tom had more screen time and most importantly, he had much better material to work with.He had more scenes that focused on Aegon's thoughts and expressions. Compared to Ewan, we only got to know what Aemond was truly thinking in ep 2, after that he was just in the background or had scenes where he stood, didn't say anything. Even the important scene where he became prince regent,it focused on Alicent's reaction rather than him. I don't know what they wanted, when Ewan had to use all his body language in all that short scenes with no dialogue. I'm not denying Tom's acting but using it to demean Ewan and his efforts despite bad writing is unacceptable. I also don't expect him to be nominated for an Emmy with this level of bias from the writers, but at least it's hard to deny that thanks to Ewan, Aemond always shines in every scene he's in, whether he has dialogue or not.
Good day/night to you!
I completely agree: quite often the talent is not the only thing that matters. And I am definitely not saying that Tom is not that talented: he is exactly THAT talented - and he was given the opportunity to show it. Aegon still could have been written much better but in comparison with the treatment many other characters were subjected to (where the acting possibilities are concerned) what Tom got is a literal dream.
And it's both quality and quantity of the material that makes the difference. Ewan got neither. He made a truly heroic effort with what he had to work with, his presence and vibe were impeccable, and so was his eye acting. But at the end of the day how is one supposed to make a delicious meal out of ten stale crumbs?
Olivia, for example, got the quantity (a whole loaf of stale bread, wow) - and for what? Alicent's character was butchered, her actions made little sense (if any at all), her scenes were either yawn inducing or WTF inducing. Olivia herself made a joke during one of the promos about herself having to portray various types of crying face.
As for some people bashing Ewan's acting abilities, I saw a few such posts (but not many) as well - plus I heard that after episode 4 was released some of Tom's fans were attacking Ewan in a really mean way. And, well, everyone is entitled to their opinion but IMO trying to compliment one's favourite actor by shitting on another one is not the best way to go about it.

Thoughts on Uzumaki the anime, now that it has completely finished airing:
Animation be dammed, I think they needed to give more episodes so that proper tension could be built and it not just be a series of "wow that's fucked up- wow that's fucked up- wow that's fucked up-" over and over.
That being said, from a very casual fan and from the perspective of someone that doesn't like horror- especially cosmic horror- this was decent for me. It's not quite the animated classic I'm sure a lot of people wanted- especially for episode 2- but it is a decent popcorn with friends type scary, imo.
Episode 1 was probably the best for obvious reasons, but truth be told, I was probably more unnerved for the hospital scenes. Genuinely, I felt a moment of fear and uneasiness - the scenes of people eating the snails in ep 4 is close, but 3 really fucked me up for that one scene in particular.
I do feel bad for the people that probably got screwed over and the people that were really hoping for a master piece- and DeMarco and Adult Swim better learn whatever God damn lessons they need to from this, because AS and Toonami already have a bad rep for animated originals. In the case of Lazarus, a 13 episode series scheduled for next year that they claim ALL episodes will be directed by Watanabe, they better make damn sure that goes off without a hitch, or risk losing opportunities in the anime industry going forward.
As for Uzumaki's story as a whole- I think I really appreciate Junji Ito's simple "hey wouldn't that be fucked up" approach to creating with a very simple concept. Some things definitely feel not scary at all, in particular the twister gangs- except for when they reveal pseudo cannibalism. That's not even the spirals' doing- in fact, the strongest horror in this series comes not from the spirals, but from the people themselves losing their god damn minds and giving into depravity and chaos. More than any jump scare or super natural being, I truly believe the most horrifying things to write with are with people and the horrible things they do to themselves or each other, and Uzumaki captures that.
The ending mystery is intriguing- but while I do understand that horror stories and especially cosmic horror rarely have happy endings, I can't help but wish for it. I think the ending is certainly just as terrifying, and the lack of solution- the exhausted acceptance of horrors beyond your imagination and knowledge that it is doomed to repeat forever- that leaves a very uneasy feeling inside of me. I personally don't enjoy this feeling, but that's certainly just a matter of taste and not a reflection of story quality- it's a fine enough ending for the genre and delivers on its job.
I don't think I'll watch it again, truth be told. It's not a story for me, and that's fine- again, just my taste, as I'm not really a horror fan anyway.
I think the most compelling things going for this anime is A. The gorgeous animation in episode 1 and the overall inky black and white colors, which really help build an atmosphere that would be list with color imo, B. The amount of people going for the manga will definitely increase, and C. The genuine curiosity about the production- what went wrong, why so many studios and an inconsistent quality. Perhaps someday an answer will be given.
I'll be honest, I kind of prefer the shitty live action movie if for nothing else that it was actually hilarious.
Anyway I'll give it a 6 or 7/10. Again, not for me, could do better with pacing, and an inconsistent animation quality can take me out.

final leg of a journey to love thoughts!! (eps 35-40). this got so gd long so under a cut it goes. spoilers, of course:
PLOT STUFF/PACING
pacing for the plot definitely got shredded in the last chunk, which is a damn shame because otherwise i've been finding the pacing pretty much perfect. eps 35-37 in particular felt like they could have been like a 10 episode arc. ep 38, which mostly dealt with wu palace politics, should have been cut or streamlined imo and more time given to the characters we've actually been riding along with the whole story. by the time we get back to the pregnant empress, prince danyang, the first prince whose name i dont even remember, and the prime minister, i do not care about any of them and i think this subplot was simply just trying to fit too much shit into one bag
that said, this show still let the emotional moments hit and breathe and linger. i love the grief for the fallen liudao comrades as we go, as well as the less heavy but still emotionally important moments like yang ying and tongguan bonding over their upbringing. and we got a wedding /;3;/!!! for this show, the relationships and characters matter more than the storyline so im not mad about anything at all
side note: it's so gd millennial to have a story about a bunch of 30 something year olds who want to fake their deaths and retire into obscurity but instead they go and die for a boss they hate
CHARACTER STUFF
this show consistently brought a lot of depth to its side characters (and side side characters!!). i said it in an earlier post, but it bears repeating that even someone like deng hui i didnt expect anything from, but he got such good development and writing that he became a stealth fave. his dying words essentially being "dude, quit fucking around" ? iconic.
i didnt like tongguan as much as everyone else, so im pretty meh about everything regarding him. the attempt to force-wed ruyi was tonally really weird and didnt make sense (i assume there was some cuts made surrounding it). but LOL at him reusing all the outfits and decor immediately for his wedding to yang ying. baby duke, you tacky motherfucker. i ultimately think yang ying deserves better than him, but the good thing is that she knows this, so she'll be able to hold her own and then some entering into this partnership
shisan really was the heart in a lot of ways--the mom to yuanzhou's dad for the liudao. i was not expecting him to break my heart the way he did, but the fact that he held both qian zhao and sun lang as they died and then tried his best to remove yuan lu from harm and saved chu yue and was just very much a nurturer all the way through got me. his character couldve been cheap comic relief but the writing + performance really elevated him into one of the (imo) most memorable wuxia characters. his line wondering who would get to behead his beautiful skull!!! and how his mantra was always that he was going to drink the best wine, see the most beautiful women, and make the best of friends and he dies having lost the ability to see and having just had wine in memory of qian zhao, yuan lu, and sun lang. like. shut up!!
ruyi and yuanzhou were both so great and they're gonna be the drama OTP to beat forever. i loved the gender reversals, that they both were so respectful of each other, and that they also felt very mature in how they handled things and communicated. they were really interesting characters both together and apart and that's always a win-win. they had a schroedinger's ending where it's not super clear if they're alive or dead (i interpreted it as the latter), but what's kind of beautiful is that either option is satisfying to me. if they both died, they're reunited and with their comrades and the story is truly about the journey and the meaningful short connections we have. if they both survived, it's a bookend with the beginning where they each faked their deaths to escape. A+
COSTUMING
i gotta just separately mention the costuming for this show because it was 15/10. the textures, shisan's accessories, the way red became integrated with yuanzhou's wardrobe and blue with ruyi's. the details on the liudao name amulets!! SO GOOD. i love when characters' clothes tell a story on their own
overall i just really loved this drama it is probably my favorite wuxia ive seen so far! it's gonna be in my brain for awhile lol feel free to send fic prompts if you've made it this far :'D

a halfhearted defense of the gas leak year
aka hot take season four isn't all that bad or actually no okay it kinda is but in fairness a lot of the seeds are there okay.
season three utilizes chang way worse than any other season. imo. and changnesia is the second best chang arc following the original. IMO. I feel like they didn't know what to do with him after he became a spanish teacher and the whole dictator thing feels ,,, very loaded and also just not interesting or funny? it feels boring is what I'm saying. and I will be a changnesia lover until the day I die if changnesia has 10 fans I am one of them if changnesia has one fan it is me etc
and troy/britta started in season 3. and not even subtly? it was a full-on thing that got left for the season 4 writers to have no choice to pull off. and I know ppl feel differently about the troy/britta thing but I just feel like. ok unnecessary. yk? it made it worse and not better BUT that's not season 4's fault!!!
there are good episodes. once I stop thinking oh gasleak year I remember that a good chunk of my most referenced eps and most quoted lines irl are from season 4: delta cubes, britta's sophie b. hawkins dance, routine light switch check, etc? and this season obviously had the Herstory of Dance episode but also the Basic Human Anatomy body swap episode!!! which are two of my faves
it feels different from prev seasons yeah. but also so did season 3? so did season 2? I really feel like this show is unique in how distinct its seasons are in terms of tone and quality idk
and in context of where it's gonna go next... seasons 5 and 6 are good but they are nowhere near as good as the first three, yk? and atp I could say the same thing about season 4 that's all
and like I'm not dumb yk it was a definite quality drop and that just is what it is but it did a lot right. I'm not saying it shouldn't get a bad rep !!! a lot of the characterization undid development from seasons 1-3 and a lot of the episodes rely on gimmicks to a degree that feels cheap and also makes everything like that from previous seasons feel kinda cheap by association? and some of that damage wasn't ever undone
but I feel like. the reason a lot of that damage wasn't undone was laziness. and harmon arrogance like "oh well OBVIOUSLY I'm better so I don't even have to touch that" maybe??? you know??? like kinda riding on his own reputation or something. idk. i'm speculating!!! but by treating season 4 like so blatantly not worth an attempt at redemption and just picking up as if nothing had happened, I think the following seasons suffered!!! in a way they didn't need to!!! it would be DOABLE to recover the character development instead of continuing to flanderize them. it would be DOABLE to return to roots and remind the audience of the heart of the show and what it's about. seasons 5 and 6, especially season 5, feel a little spiteful to me. like underneath it all is a marking-my-territory feeling? and that isn't season 4's fault!!! no matter what problems there are with season 4 you can't deny that it is earnest and heartfelt and genuinely somebody doing their best to make the best thing possible. idk.

1st quarter of 2024 shows ranked
n° of shows watched from january 1st to march 31st: 13
1. analog squad: 9/10
I deeply regret not watching this one in 2023 when it was released bc it would've been my number one favorite show of that year ;_; it's such an original and touching show with one of my favorite tropes (found family) and some of the best characters I've ever seen. definitely already an all-time favorite and a comfort show for years to come <3
2. cooking crush: 8,5/10
y'all know how much I love offgun, and while this was no not me or theory of love, this show really brought me back to my early days of watching thai dramas and freaking out over any cute interaction on my screen & I love it for that! while this show has a lot of flaws, most of them are easily forgettable when faced with such great characters & one of the cutest relationships ever! I truly thought offgun's chemistry had reached its peak in not me but I was wrong, these two never cease to amaze me they really can play any role to perfection <3
3. ready set love: 8,5/10
this show really surprised with how pretty much flawless its execution is! it's hilarious but also deals with very deep & interesting topics well, and day might be one of my favorite female leads ever! a super solid show that is honestly gonna become a classic for me, I can feel it :)
4. love for love's sake: 8,5/10
this was a super sweet show that's very well done, I was dubitative of the plot at first but it really managed to pull me in & make it worth my while! one of the best kbls out there :)
5. the believers: 8,5/10
this is definitely one of the most innovative thai shows out there, dealing with a topic (religion) that I didn't think anyone would dare touch. the story had me hooked all 9 episodes & the acting performances were amazing, however I have to say this didn't pack as much of a punch as I expected it would. it's a very good show, but it stays a little surface level & doesn't explore its characters enough for me...
6. sing my crush: 7,5/10
this was very much adorable, however two things bothered me: 1) I didn't like the time jump from ep 1 to ep 2, I wish we could've seen the friendship between the characters developed more, and 2) I feel like them not revealing their feelings for each other felt a little forced & random. apart from that it's a very cute show!
7. intern in my heart: 7,5/10
this was a really enjoyable romantic comedy that I had a lot of fun in front of :) is it much more than that? not really. pretty basic but with charismatic performances that carried the show well!
8. perfect propose: 7,5/10
really sweet show that I wish was more developed & gave me more, but a good time nonetheless!
9. sukiyanen kedo do yaro ka: 7/10
this show got me, lost me then got me once again lol. I thought the chemistry for an established relationship was some of the best for a jbl, and the story was simple but endearing. but tbh something was kinda lacking for me, which made this ultimately very forgettable imo.
10. the outing: 7/10
I was SO looking forward to this show without much expectation but it still managed to disappoint me lol. the acting was very solid but there's too many characters that get introduced too late & I failed to really understand what the point or purpose of the show was. it seems to me as if this show took all of the worst points from remember 15 (the sex, the chaos, the betrayals & annoying characters), without the substance that remember 15 actually had. it's not a terrible show, and I was intrigued during it, but tbh it could've been so so much better.
11. love class season 2: 7/10
this had some of the strongest and most interesting ships I've seen in a kbl, however the writing & execution of the show was very frustrating. early on the characters barely get introduced & we struggle to understand how they're all linked together, leading to a lot of confusion on my part. it's sad bc it had a very solid story but bad execution imo :(
12. chaser game w: power harassment: 7/10
this had me very excited but sadly didn't deliver at all for me. the story is kinda all over the place & while the chemistry was really good and it's important to have japanese characters clearly labeled as lesbians, I found the acting kinda over the top as well... but it's a start for gl I guess đĽ˛
13. sahara sensei to toki-kun: 6/10
this is the kind of show that I managed to watch until the end... for whatever reason. but the age gap icked me out & I found that the main ship didn't have much chemistry. overall this story is very empty & didn't add anything for me, but I really liked the character of toki & would've loved to see him in a better show & ship.

Top 25 BL Series of 2024
It's that time of year once again, and I will be ranking my favorite BL's from 2024. Nothing I watched this year was God Tier imo sadly, but there were some great series. Overall though I think I was a bit disappointed with 2024 series compared to previous years. Hoping that 2025 is better for me.
Also just a reminder, nothing that started in 2024 but is still airing will be on this list, they will be on the 2025 list. And if a 2024 series is missing from here it means that I haven't checked it out yet, or I tried 1 episode and it didn't grab me. It might show up on a later list.
TOP TIER 10/10
1.Unknown the Series (Taiwan) - Of all the shows I watched this year I think that this one was the one that grabbed me the most. I actually paid to watch episodes so you know how much I was drawn to it! The chemistry with the main two was so good and I loved the plot so much. I am a bit over step brother type stories at this point, but this one was just so well done. The tension and the chemistry was just insane.
2. The Sign (Thailand) - Like with Unknown ^ this series also really grabbed me and had me waiting for eps week to week, especially in the beginning. I became OBSESSED with BillyBabe and rewatched the eps like 3 times after they aired, that's how into the show I was at the start. It did fall off a bit for me at the end, but the premise and production value of the series was just so good. I def. think it's one of Thailand's Top BL series ever! Gimme more BillyBabe PLEASE!
3. Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo (Korea) - Def. my favorite Korean series this year, it was great. There were definitely frustrating moments and episodes but overall I really enjoyed this from start to finish. I just love shows that have tension and angst and drama but also happy endings and the main pairing had a sort of sweetness but also sexiness to them that I just really loved watching.
4. Love in the Big City (Korea) - This series/movie was SO GOOD but I don't really view it as a "BL" in some ways because to me it just felt like a really well done film? I think because it wasn't just about a ship, and it had so many other storylines going on and it was so well rounded. I love that we got to see the story of this man and the different relationships he experienced in his life. The bitter ending sorta left me unsatisfied, (tho I think it was hopeful), and that's why it's not even higher on my list, but everything about this was fantastic.
5. I Hear the Sunspot (Japan) - One of Japan's best series this year imo. It was really great. I really love that we got a deaf character and I also loved the plot and seeing how the main two came together. They had a really subtle sweetness to them that I really enjoyed. It was just a nice (mostly easy) show to watch.
GREAT 9/10
6.Pit Babe (Thailand) - Overall I had some issues with the plot of this, but for the most part it was a very fun and unique series. The main pairing had SO MUCH DAMN CHEMISTRY goodness and their plot was really fun to watch. The side pair was nice too. Babe as a character was just so interesting, I love characters like him that have such a tough exterior until someone can break through. The acting by everyone in this was great and I liked the ABO elements as well. Too bad it sounds like they might remove the element in season 2, but it also wasn't as implied as it should have been, minus a few comments here and there from the characters.
7. Love for Love's Sake (Korea) - Another great series from this year with a super fun plot and cute romance. I wish I had more to say about it but because I binged it SO quickly it's a little tough to remember exactly what it entailed. Definitely one I will need to rewatch soon.
8. Time of Fever (Korean) - This was super short and I binged it so fast but I do remember really loving it. Just wish it was longer. The kiss scenes were great too.
9. Love in the Air Koi (Japan) - Really loved this series, it was such a fun series. A great adaptation of the OG series and a bit more cohesive/concise. I was so pleasantly surprised by the kissing scenes too! Shoma is just so beautiful!
10. Living with Him (Japan) - A very cute series with a sweet plot and nothing too dark or serious. The chemistry between the main two was great.
11. Perfect Propose (Japan) - IMO this was a darker version of the series above lol. I get them a bit mixed up, but this one started off a bit racier and imo had a few more issues. But it was still fun to watch.
Good 8/10
12.Twins the Series (Thailand) - This series was kinda dumb at some points but there is something refreshing about sports BL's sometimes, and I absolutely loved the main pairing in this one. Not sure why but I really enjoyed watching the build up of their story and the overall plot of the show also kept me entertained.
13. Playboyy the Series (Thailand) - This series was MESSY AF. But it was also just a total blast to watch. I was always interested in the plot even if there was so much going on and if some things were dumb/didn't make a lot of sense. It was def. the raciest BL we got this year, and I am def. curious to see what will happen next season.
14. Rebound The Series (Thailand) - Another sports BL. It wasn't super exciting and I skimmed a little bit but overall I enjoyed watching it and I liked the chemistry with the main duo here as well.
15. This Love Doesn't Have Long Beans (Thailand) - This was a fun series to watch, I really shipped the side pairing more than the main pairing and I found the overall plot a bit boring, but it still held my interest.
16. My Love Mix Up (Thailand) - Loved to hear they were adapting this show cuz I liked the OG version. This one didn't hit the spot for me as much but it was still a nice series. And of course loved the main duo. Can never go wrong with GeminiForth in my eyes, their chemistry is just so natural.
17. Takara's No Vidro (Japan) - This was a great little series from Japan. The main pairs chemistry was good and I really liked the progression of their story. Super easy watch.
18. Love is Better the Second Time Around (Japan) - This was actually a great series and prob. should have been higher on my list cuz it was very well done, but I guess I just wasn't as invested in the chemistry of the main couple as other people were, But, I still really enjoyed it.
DECENT 7/10
19. Blue Canvas of Youthful Days (Taiwan) - Nice to see more representation for deaf characters this year! This was another show I enjoyed but I did skim some bits/had some issues. Overall, good series tho.
20. Last Twilight (Thailand) - I know everyone LOVED this series and I can understand why, but for me, it wasn't my favorite. I like JimmySea but dont love them, and I think it started better than it ended. It was just a bit too sad in parts for me but it was a well one series.
21. We Are the Series (Thailand) - Wanted to love this series but I found myself a bit bored with it overall. Of course I loved joongdunk and all the pairs but it was a bit dumb for my taste.
22. 4 Minutes (Thailand) - Another series I wanted to love, but didn't. Probably my own fault for not paying as much attention to it as I should have, I think I missed a lot of what was going on. I found a lot of stuff a bit boring⌠But the main pairs chemistry was fantastic!
23. Smells Like Green Spirit (Japan) - I loved the premise of this series because we rarely get to see trans/questioning characters on TV like this and I really liked the way they did it for the most part. I had a few issues of course, and overall the series felt a bit wacky at times and there were some yucky moments, but I still thought it was good.
24. Anti Reset (Taiwan) - Very weird premise and I don't usually like silly plots like this one, but I had a good time watching this series. It wasn't anything amazing, but it was fun.
25. Jack and Joker (Thailand) -YinWar are AMAZING and they did a great job in this series. I loved the characters they played and the couples storyline. But as a whole this series bored me a bit, I just don't really care for the mafia type plots on shows. But I think it was a great show.
HONORARY MENTIONS:
These shows missed the top 25 this year and I didn't think they were strong enough to highlight, but I will still rank them because I did enjoy them in parts.
His Man 3 (Korea-Reality) - As a reality series I didn't include this on the list, but it's def. worth the watch. I enjoy this series more than #27 personally. I like all the different dates they have the men go on and how they all mingle with each other etc.
The Boyfriend (Japan-Reality) - So glad Japan sort of did their own version of His Man, but this series fell flat for me. I didn't ship the main couple at all, so that might have been part of it, but I think overall the series was pretty boring. I hated the commentary too. I think the men should go on more dates etc. But, it was a fun show to watch and binge quickly.
Wandee Goodday (Thailand) - Didn't love this one the way other people did. I think the first few eps were interesting but after that it fell really flat for me. I liked the main pair but didn't love them. Overall I just think it could have been better and sexier and the promos made it look way more exciting than it ended up being imo. It was a tad cheesy, actually.
Cosmetic Play Lover (Japan) - Also binged this series quickly so I don't remember all the details. I found the plot a bit boring but I liked the main pairing. Nothing outstanding but enjoyable.
My Stand In (Thailand) - Another sort of weird premise, but I think it worked and I enjoyed watching the plot play out. But overall it was just a bit too toxic for me. I couldn't really get past the abuse, even if the scenes between the main pair were hot.
City boy Log (Korea) - Not exactly a BL and I wasn't super happy with where some of the plots went, but overall I still enjoy the series. The chemistry with the main duo is just TOO GOOD!
Bad Guy My Boss (Thailand) - Super toxic premise but I just had so much fun watching it. I love the main couple and was intrigued to see how they got together. After the first few eps the show started feeling super repetitive and boring and I kinda lost interest, but regardless, I enjoyed skimming through it.
Cherry Magic (Thailand) - Wish I could have loved this series but it just didn't really do it for me. It was okay, and at times I preferred some things to the OG version but it just didn't really have the same charm for me.
Eccentric Romance (Korea/Thai) - These mix series don't really work for me because it just feels forced, but this was a fun little dumb series that I enjoyed lol.
7 Days Before Valentine (Thailand) - Very strange series I thought I was gonna hate but I found myself kinda liking more and more as it went on. Interesting premise and I loved the "main" pairing even though we didn't get a lot of progress for them.
Two worlds (Thailand) - Premise isn't really my thing at all and I skimmed a lot but MAXNAT ARE SO GOOD. I loved their plot and their chemistry.
Love Sea (Thailand) - Loved FortPeat and their chemistry in this but overall I found the plot a little boring. And Peat's character is always such a baby in every series, I'm not a fan of the writing for him.
Cooking Crush (Thailand) - Similar situation here. I like the main duo's chemistry and overall this was a cute series, but cooking shows aren't really my thing. But I still had fun with it.
The Only1 (Taiwan) - This series had good and bad moments for me. I felt overall it was just way too slow. I did like the main pairing and their chemistry but wanted it to move faster.
Night Dream (Korea) - This series was short and I watched it really fast so I don't really remember a lot about it but I think I liked it lol.
+++ Fragile (Korea) - Didn't know where to put this series because its not really BL, but I felt it was worth mentioning because we did get a BL kiss in the final episode and will potentially get a seasons dedicated to the character. I think the series was really fun and worth checking out.
Non-Asian BL series that I enjoyed in 2024:
Rkyter (Norway) - So good and definitely worth checking out! Sadly season 2 didn't deliver so I didn't bother with it but I have hopes we will get more potentially. This isn't technically a BL but the BL ship is good.
Prisma (Italy) - Another great series with a great BL pairing, sadly was cancelled but regardless, still worth checking out.
These series I just didn't love. Maybe I enjoyed the plot, or the ship, but not both. Or I liked it at first, but it kinda lost my interest in the end. Regardless, they were all enjoyable for different reasons and still worth checking out. FYI these are in no particular order:
Happy of the End (Japan) 25 Ji, Akasaka De (Japan) Deep Night (Thailand) Sunset x Vibes (Thailand) Kidnap the Series (Thailand) For Him (Thailand) I Saw You in My Dream (Thailand) OMG Vampire (Thailand) Gray Shelter (Korean) First Note of Love (Taiwan)
Can't say there were any series I HATED but I just found a lot of them boring. I skimmed through most of these series below and don't have a really good opinion on them. But I found a few enjoyable things about them, like the main pairing, or some nice kiss scenes etc. Some of the Korean ones were good, just way too short for me to get invested in. Overall these just weren't my favs that I watched this year and were forgettable to me.
Thailand: Battle of the Writers Memory in the Letter Knock Knock Boys OMG Vampire Only Boo The Trainee Summer Night Series To Be Continued
China: My Intimate Relationship with my Teacher (China)
Taiwan: VIP Only
Vietnam: Vian the Series
Japan: Doku mo Sugireba Koi to Naru My Strawberry Film I Become the Main Role of a BL Drama Sugar Dog Life Sahara Sensei to Toki-kun Sukiyanen Kedo Do Yaro Ka
Korea: Boys Be Brave Blue Complex Match Play Blossom Campus My Damn Business Seoulblues Blue Boys Bad guy
Older Series that sadly can't make the 2024 list but that I watched in 2024 include: -Oxygen the Series (Didn't love but I liked the pairings) -I Will Knock You (Had some fun bits but felt a bit too platonic for me and toxic in the beginning) -Unforgotten Night (Great first ep imo and then went nowhere. Promo made it look way better than it actually was) -What Zabb Man (Super boring and unforgettable)
FAILURES OF 2024:]
Jazz for Two (Korea) - The one was just a mess. Started with SO MUCH POTENTIAL but starting from ep 3 it went downhill so quickly. Itâs not often that Korea gets it wrong imo but this one was so disappointing. The two couples had great chemistry but storyline wise were just so badly done. Both of the âbad boysâ in those ships were just straight up abusive and mean? Literally the bully character kicked him in the stomach and face, tried to SA the main character⌠and both were so homophobic after getting kissed. There were hardly any nice/sweet moments, and the ones that were there felt super rushed. -Addicted Heroin (Thailand) - Just couldn't get into this at all, and I found it really boring and the main duo had zero chemistry. Not to mention it was very platonic feeling imo. -B x J Forever (Filo) - Completely ruined the main pairing and the season 2 plot was such a dud! -Love is like a Cat (Thai) - What were you thinking Mew? This one was just sad (as in bad) and weird lol)
Here's to things hopefully looking up in 2025!
And stay tuned for my top BL pairings from 2024!
