Draupadi as a Feminist

Draupadi is not just a character in an epic. She is the embodiment of resistance in a world built to silence women. She speaks where others remain silent. She questions when others bow down.

Her marriage to five men was not an act of submission. It was a reflection of her will. In choosing her path, she challenged the belief that a woman's role is only to obey.

In the court where her dignity was gambled away, she did not beg for mercy. She demanded justice. She did not cry. She confronted. She did not collapse. She stood.

Draupadi challenged the very foundation of patriarchy. She asked what no one dared to ask. She forced power to look at itself. Her voice was not an echo. It was an eruption.

She did not wait to be saved. She saved herself with courage sharper than any weapon. Her strength was not divine. It was human. It was hers.

Draupadi is feminism before it was named. She is the fire that refuses to go out. She is every woman who questions, who resists, who rises.

Remember when we talked about the Titanic being an anniversary gift from Agatha to Rio?

So we know they already broke up at that time... But that doesn't has to mean there is no Agathario on the ship's board (haha you get that ^^).

Because what if Rio once told her how she hates to get the souls from shipwrecks because it's always so chaotic. So Agatha choosed to caused the sinking just to annoy her wife because that's defently something she would do.

Another idea is that she actually did it because she wanted to see her again without admitting it and with that story she could at least cover it for a few hours until they make out before the sinking really started. But Rio knew and she would defently never let her hear the end of that. Like "remember the one time you missed me so much that you caused the sinking of an entire ship because you were to stubborn to admit it?"

This also gives me the idea, what if it was really just an accident and Agatha was just there by chance but Rio thought she did it with intent and always when Agatha tries to deny it Rio is like "Yeah of course Baby." in an total sarcastic way. And no one ever believes her that she was really only there by chance.

In Regards To Your 2024 Summary:

Holy shit it’s been another year????? The hell?????

Also! Your art style is gorgeous and that being found in 2023 and then refined throughout late 2023 and the entirety of 2024 really shows, as does your growth in panel layouts, perspective, and — as you said — experimentation. If you ever post your animation or video game art I’m looking forward to it.

As cheesy as it sounds, being able to laugh at funny comics and look at all the details of your art really made my 2024 brighter, even when things were hard. Including looking at your older art— it doesn’t need to be new to be enjoyable! I’m glad your art is well loved and it’s a privilege to have been here since the (near) beginning. I hope you take care of yourself in 2025 and beyond!

Thank you so much for keeping up with my art journey throughout these last two years! Two years!!! I am baffled at how that feels both too long and too short!

Admittedly, my art summary didn't manage to capture the fact that I did a lot of comic layouts that I'm really proud of. I also drew more backgrounds and made some very detailed works (*Dungeon Meshi spoilers for these examples*).

The growth is lot more evident when comparing my 'best' comics of 2023 to 2024:

Sometimes the growth is vertical, sometimes it is horizontal - and damn, sometimes it goes out of sight into the Z-plane. But it is always happening!
