Jensen Ross Ackles, when talking about how a Destiel reunion would go while he was still working on The Winchesters, said he thought Dean would give Cas a big hug and then ask to talk about Cas's goodbye...and then said he hoped we'd get to see that at some point.

Yeah, that was number one, Dean's original car. It was funny. As I arrived on set, they were doing the the car screeching to a halt, the shot of it coming through the portal. Our stunt driver is a local stunt guy there in Louisiana, Tyler, he's one of our assistant coordinators. If he did that just proves my point that jensen isn't really an actor, he's a vessel for dean to manifest into our world. And this is not to discredit him as an actor because he's actually a magnificent one but it's to emphasize that he doesn't *think* about his jacting joices, he just does them, bc that's what dean would do. He's not planning this shit, he just does it, bc the spirit of dean winchester lives in his brain and when the cameras start rolling he just lets dean take over and that's when the magic happens

the thing is, that if jensen ackles hadn't been patient zero for dean winchester derangement syndrome, i genuinely think he could have been an a-list celebrity by now. considering tho that literally no one has ever been able to be normal about him it's definitely for the greater good that he's permanently trapped in the spn vortex.
