These were a first for me. Dead Squats. I liked em! Don't get me wrong, they suck big time. I just like the challenge of the exercise. With that said, I only got one more set after this. Struggled with getting the form. First time doing these so I'll take 2 out of 4 sets. Not happy, but I'll take it. Supposed to be 4x2x365.
