Since your mainly a dc blog, I think comics divisions of companies don’t really work with adaptators often these days. I have a running theory that dc presume Damian would stay dead after Morrison’s run and be a one note character in Batman mythos. Then WB animation came along and told them that Damian is the Robin for dcma. Thus why he still around, make sense?

Damian permanently dying in Batman Inc was fully Morrison's intentions and plan since the day they created him, however even though they were Damian's creator, they don't have full ownership to his character or a say to what will happen to him after they're done writing him.

Damian was brought back simply because he has already become a very popular character with a prevalent presence in Batman's comics, so it was foolish on their part to think that they can just treat him as a one note character after all of these years and again, killing him was solely Morrison's decision. In fact Tomasi and Gleason both said they didn't like what has been done to him and that they wanted to waste no time undoing his death, which is why he only stayed dead for 2 years before coming back.

It actually makes me wonder if the reason his death was taken so seriously in-universe and why we saw so many characters mourn him on-panel (which is rare to see in comics in modern-day) is because other writers genuinely thought he wouldn't come back and wanted to give him a proper send-off?

As for your theory......I can see why you would think that since Damian died in the comics one year before the released of the first movie with him, but I think its safe to say that WB animation don't have any type of authority over what happens in the comics, especially for the sake of the DCMU, whose movies lose all hype just a couple of months of after getting released and its not like the SoB movie was THAT much of a hit.

like i will say that "grew up thinking superman and wonder woman were the peak of coolness, gets to bang both of them as an adult" is a very funny and deserved trajectory for my beloved jason todd he deserves a super sandwich, but also dcmu!verse where he doesnt know who these people are and just came back to life angry and seething is also really good. stumbles face first into the best people on planet earth and they decide "oh this angry lil beefcake needs to be reformed, time for love"

Maybe it’s because I grew up with these shows and not the movies, but sometimes I feel the DCAU is so much better than the DCMU. The colors are bright, the longer run time allows for filler and ample character development. . . Same with the x men shows and Avengers: Earths Mightest. I know big screen movies are epic but tv gets so shafted

Yeah, it's something I've come to realize with these cinematic universes. You only get FRAGMENTS of character interaction and adaptations of these characters and their stories, with the space between each movie (and show) being used to fill in any and all blanks.

Life on earth is largely based on the photochemical process of food synthesis carried out by chlorophyll carrying plants and cyanobacteria. This cellular process known as photosynthesis is carried out within the chloroplasts of these organisms and involves a series of sequential chemical reactions culminating in the conversion of sun’s energy and resulting in the synthesis of carbohydrates from carbon dioxide (CO2). Photosynthesis is represented by the following reaction: 6H12O6+6CO2+6H2OThe complex process of photosynthesis is classified in to two stages based on the need of light. The primary ‘light reaction’ stage requires light and involves the excitation of electrons of the chlorophyll. These electrons then proceed along a series of electron carriers embedded in the thylakoid of the chloroplast resulting in synthesis of ATP in the stroma and the reduction of NADP. The dark reactions of photosynthesis do not directly require light involve the use of ATP and NADPH formed during the light reaction (figure 1) (Berg et al., 553).Figure 1: z-scheme: pathway of electron flow from H2O to NADP+ in photosynthesis (Berg et al., ch. 19)Hill reaction named after its discoverer Robert Hill (1937) involves the photoreduction of an electron acceptor by the hydrogen atoms of water, along with evolution of oxygen. In laboratory, Hill reaction is demonstrated when isolated and illuminated ‘chloroplasts’ reduce an electron acceptor present with it, and release molecular oxygen:The electron acceptors used in laboratory conditions are not the natural electron acceptors or NADP but instead are artificial electron acceptors (Walker, 109). These artificial electron acceptors intercept the electrons before they reach PS1700. Further they are generally dyes that change color when reduced e.g. DCIP (2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol). Thus Hill reaction can be written as:Thus using the above equation, rate of Hill reaction in isolated protoplasts can be experimentally estimated. The change in absorbance of the dye at 600nm measured under varied conditions of experiment gives the rate of Hill reaction occurring under the preselected set of conditions. Several of the detergents are also known to be inhibitors of photosynthesis such as DCMU , DNP and triton-X etc.HypothesisThe reagents DCMU, DNP and triton-X, and the absence of light; disrupt the Hill reaction. ProcedureChloroplast was extracted from deveined, washed and blot dried fresh baby spinach leaves. The standard fractionation protocol for extraction of chloroplasts was followed. 50g spinach leaves were homogenized in a pre-chilled blender jar along with buffered isotonic salt solution and antioxidant solution. The homogenate was then squeezed through cheesecloth to ensure only smaller pieces are utilized for centrifugation. The filtrate was next centrifuged at 1600rpm for 90seconds. The supernatant was then centrifuged at 6000rpm for 10 min, leading to sedimentation of most chloroplasts and nuclei. All solutions and containers were maintained at 0◦C during the fractionation procedure.Chlorophyll concentration was determined by recording absorbance of 10µl suspension along with acetone. 5 tubes are prepared with their corresponding blanks as shown in table 1 and 2. Tube 1 is placed in dark, tube 2 in light, and to tube 3, 4 and 5. DCMU, DNP and Triton-X are added respectively.
