How about we switch the actors in Loki and Good Omens? Can. You. IMAGINE. How fucking wild and cute and funny that would be.
First of all, Michael Sheen would EAT as Mobius!!!!
And Owen Willson as Aziraphale?? That lil Texan guy? A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E. give him some cute wings.
David Tennant would OBVIOUSLY serve so much cunt as Loki. Also, he would play Loki and Silvy.
And Tom Hiddleston as Crowley?! With red hair? And black clothes? In a Bentley? RAWR!

Cardinals Silence Twins In Opener.
Cardinals 6 Twins 1 W-Pallante (6-6) L-Festa (2-3)
The Minnesota Twins had a fine road trip going (4-3). The team returned home for a long nine-game homestand starting tonight against the Cardinals. The Twins loaded up the bases in the second and Austin Martin beat out an infield single to plate a run. This put the Twins up by a run after two innings of play. The Cardinals answered in the third when Victor Scott reached on a fielder's choice and stole second base. Masyn Winn singled home a run to tie the game at one. St. Louis kept adding on in the fourth when Willson Contreras led-off with a double and Brendan Donovan walked. They executed a double steal and Lars Nootbaar plated a pair with a double to right. This put the Cardinals up by two and they weren't done yet. Brendan Donovan crushed a Jorge Alcala fastball out to right for a solo homer. The Cardinals loaded up the bases in the eighth and Victor Scott drew a walk. Masyn Winn hit a sac fly to left and the Cardinals lead grew to five. John King had a 1-2-3 eighth and Ryan Fernandez had a scoreless ninth as the Cardinals won the series opener tonight.
-Final Thoughts- David Festa got knocked around the second time through the lineup. He went 3 2/3 innings and allowed three runs on three hits with two walks and five strikeouts. Caleb Thielbar retired four men, Jorge Alcala gave up a run in the sixth, and Trevor Richards allowed two runs in two innings of work. Steven Okert put up a zero in the ninth. Ryan Jeffers had two of the team's five hits. The Twins hit 1-for-5 with runners in scoring position and left six men on base. The bats were quiet tonight against Andre Pallante. Sonny Gray will face Pablo Lopez in a match-up of former teammates tomorrow night.

i can't stop staring at my saul commission by @osatokun (psst go commission her!)... like he's so perfect... more saul info below the cut...
saul meyer is a shitty little hoser from sudbury in ontario, born 1952 and embraced in 1971 by owain willson (a malkavian who is the childe of william biltmore, the power behind the throne of quentin king's boston). his father died in an industrial accident when he was 11, and it sent him into a deep depression that was only alleviated through his friendship with dickie goddard, an outcast kid at his school. they often play-acted stories together, from books saul was reading as well as stories he wrote. saul was sort of a natural director in that way. before he was embraced, his dream was to make horror movies, and after he's embraced, he still wants to make horror movies, just with real blood and guts!
(fun fact: he considers david cronenberg his rival/mortal enemy since they're both jewish-canadian horror filmmakers from progressive households coming up around the same time lmao... if saul survives to modern day, to avoid suspicion he assumes the identity of his own son, whereupon his hatred shifts to brandon cronenberg)
he's got undiagnosed bipolar disorder and is nervously bisexual, bragging about how it wouldn't be gay to fuck a dude or have one suck him off but afraid of fully acknowledging the love he feels for dickie, his best friend (and fellow childe of owain). his two human touchstones as a vampire are his mother rachel and his longtime penpal/ersatz girlfriend audrey. it was on a post-graduation trip to the states that saul and dickie got embraced. saul is extremely protective of dickie to the point of being obsessed with his perceived "innocence" and "purity". their relationship is pretty codependent.
there's probably more bc i've had saul for over a decade at this point??? but this is the basic stuff!!! god i can't wait to keep playing our VTM game so there can be even more story...

Guy Madison
Ele também apareceu em Massacre River (1949) e Drums in the Deep South (1951).
Europa
Ele foi para a Itália para Slave of Rome (1961), Sword of the Conqueror (1961), Women of Devil's Island (1962) e The Executioner of Venice (1963).
Ele fez Kidnapped to Mystery Island (1964), Gentlemen of the Night (1964), The Adventurer of Tortuga (1964), Legacy of the Incas (1965), Renegade Riders (1967) e Son of Django (1967).
Ele fez Bang Bang Kid (1967), The Devil's Man (1967), Superargo and the Faceless Giants (1968), Long Days of Hate (1968), Hell in Normandy (1968), Battle of the Last Panzer (1969) e Reverend's Colt (1970).
Vida pessoal

The next character I'm redrawing is Cinnamon and Midnight's eccentric aunt named Aunt Brazil, a guinea pig who is equally as strange as their Uncle Weird... well actually, I'm drawing Aunt Brazil for the first time because the only old comic I could find with her was a Halloween 2001 strip where she's seemingly already dead! Did the power of the god David Willson resurrect her? Thanks to VirtualSonic21 for helping me with the Brazilian Portuguese translation.
For more info on Aunt Brazil, check out my upload on Deviant Art.

REVIEW: BURN holds a suspenseful and fiery grip at The Players' Guild
Tumblr media
What makes a ghost story successful? Is it the carefully planned, unnerving amount of tension as you feel the hairs on the back of your neck shoot up? Is it the mystery of who's, where's and why's? Is it the revelations and twists leading you to discover the call is actually coming from inside the house? John Muggleton's play Burn has all of these recognizable elements and more. With a keen understanding of the subject matter and a skillful ensemble cast, director Matthew Willson weaves these elements together to create a fiery and grippingly successful production at The Players' Guild.
This show bursts into life with great energy, even during the pre-show, as three friends reunite in the wake of another friend’s death. It’s quickly established that their familiarity with each other has a sense of estrangement attached. They are waiting for their deceased friend's daughter to arrive and when she does, there is a growing suspicion that she may not be who she appears to be. The audience is immediately drawn into a socially friendly situation on the surface, with unsettling elements and intrigue lurking beneath.
Director Matthew Willson is no stranger to the mysterious and unnerving, having directed The Humans at Dundas Little Theatre in recent years and is completely in his element with the disturbing and darker aspects within Burn. His casting is top notch with the naturalistic and layered performances from everyone on stage. James Vezina is a standout as Robert, who portrays the character with an increasing sense of suspicion and dread. Peter Gruner excels as David; a somewhat pretentious and haughty addition to the friend circle. Gruner does a great job of working out what's going on, his mind always piecing together the story and is believable throughout. Ilene Elkaim is a skillful actor in the role of Samira (Sam), who is definitely the most grounded, no nonsense mediator within the group.
And last, but certainly not least, is Rebecca Durance-Hine as Eve, the estranged daughter and infiltrator of the group of friends. Durance-Hine has always excelled in every role I have seen her play and this is no exception. Her way of relishing the text and captivating us with her storytelling is truly astounding work. She mixes unease, mistrust and unreliability to perfection and we, much like the trio of friends, are drawn in with her every word. She is a storyteller of the highest caliber. Bravo.
Without spoiling much here, the playwriting itself is strong, melding contemporary thriller elements with a classic ghost story. There's plenty for the audience to pick up on from diegetic music cues (which were, at times, distracting from the tension being created on stage) and the massive amount of meaningful props on the impressive set design by Trevor McAnuff and team. Look around and see flames, a checkmate match, stolen trinkets and boxes upon boxes of stories surrounding them. The set lends itself to that lived in, seemingly safe and comfortable environment that harbours more than one harrowing secret. It is a pleasure to see the care and creative influences thrive here in this way as it adds even more to an already compelling story unfolding before us.
Burn leaves us with perhaps more questions than it answers but the twists and discoveries made the packed matinee audience whisper, gasp and shuffle nervously in the seats on multiple occasions. There's enough moments of levity too but I advise you not to trust them. Burn's greatest success comes from this small but stellar cast and a director who loves to see his audience squirm with uncertainty and make us beg for more. Go catch this production at the Players' Guild running now until June 15 and let this inferno of mystery and thrills consume you.

FITC Toronto 2024 Titles from FITC on Vimeo.
The piece explores the complex relationship between time and creativity, using symbolism such as a white canvas, vibrant flowers, menacing snakes, and crystals. It delves into the artist's journey from potentiality to creation, encountering challenges and limitations along the way. Fear and time are depicted as omnipresent forces driving artistic growth, while introspection and reflection play crucial roles in the creative process. The artwork culminates in the imagery of a ticking clock fracturing to reveal a crystal, symbolizing the transformative power of overcoming constraints to achieve artistic expression and innovation.
