TS!UNDERSWAP Dev Diary: Koffin-K Party Member

The area progression for Starlight Isles was much different during the initial concept stages than what was finalized. Originally, you would defeat Crossbones in the village -- and if spared, the two of you would team up against Koffin-K, infiltrating his base of operations.

With this idea, Crossbones would have been a party member -- except he would have been completely useless, and serving purely as comic relief. In battles with Koffin-K's minions, he would have done nothing besides crack jokes.

This would have gone on briefly until the two of you got separated. You would have discovered that Koffin-K (who used to have hypnosis magic) would have "hypnotized" Crossbones, with him becoming the supervillain minion "Mr. S" (inspired by Mr. L from Super Paper Mario.)

(These are the only sprites I could find.)

Some of the finer details are missing -- either you would have "snapped him out of it," or he wasn't actually hypnotized the whole time, just messing with you both.

Eventually, you and the non-hypnotized Crossbones would corner Koffin-K together -- and in a last-ditch effort, Koffin-K would try hypnotizing Crossbones a second time. This time, it'd be complete with a whole transformation into a Darkwing Duck-esque design, with Crossbones wearing Koffin-K. Sadly, I wasn't able to find these sprites.

The Koffin-K battle would have been with a "hypnotized Crossbones" wearing Koffin-K. At the end, Crossbones would reveal that he was never actually hypnotized, and just messing with you both. Koffin-K would have figured that this meant he could only control bats.

Suffice to say, this was a LOT in terms of scope -- an entire major area devoted to Koffin-K with multiple sections, minion battles, and an entire "hypnotized Crossbones" antagonist plot. This just wasn't going to be feasible in the long term, and would be going way too overboard in terms of original content versus the rest of the game.

We ended up making the following simplifications:

"Koffin-K Island" was reworked to "Koffin Keep," and made a smaller, self-contained, nonlinear area -- as opposed to a larger linear area.

Koffin Keep was placed between Stardust Woods and Starstruck Village to better integrate it within the overall area progression, and make it less of an afterthought or something "tacked on."

Koffin-K having hypnosis magic was scrapped, as was "antagonist Crossbones," because it made no sense.

The "useless party member" role was given to Koffin-K -- with Chara wearing him to conceal his presence during the festival, and giving him a great deal of unique interactions and cutscenes / cutscene variants.

It's sad we ended up having to scrap some of these ideas, but ultimately I'm really happy with what we accomplished with Koffin Keep -- laying a lot more into a Saturday morning cartoon villain feeling than a more serious superhero/supervillain conflict.

Quack Pack Kids (Preteens and Teenagers) and Young Adults (Boys and Girls) - My sketches -Game, Well-To-Do-Duck, Wild, Friend(s), Cultured, Emotional, Obscure and Nostalgic Duck (s) and FREE SPACE DUCKS (plus geese, parrots, rooster and pigeon) - Duckvember - Quack Pack AU and Duckverse (Donald Duck and Ze Carioca comics, Ducktales, Darkwing Duck and Quack Pack) - My style

After a long time, I finally drew my drawings, a newer edition, related to my favorite characters, primarily children (preteens and teenagers) and young adults. I was inspired by the brilliant Alessandro Gottardo, who draws Donald Duck and his family, friends and rivals and publishes them on his Instagram page, and who previously worked on Topolino comics, so he encouraged me to draw my favorite characters in my own way, modeled on his sketches, but this time as a Quack Pack version or as I would imagine them in a Quack Pack version (my version of Quack Pack AU). Since I didn't have time to do everything related to this year's Duckvember, I drew more characters related to multiple themes since it's hard to decide who belongs to whom, but in my own way. I would draw more characters, but I will do that another time, because these are not the only ones who would appear in Quack Pack AU. Yes, I combined Italian, Danish, Dutch, Brazilian comics, Ducktales 1987, Darkwing Duck and the original Quack Pack, in my own way to be in one gathering. Family and friends of Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie.

And I'm posting on the occasion of Universal Children's Day which is celebrated on November 20th (along with June 1st as an alternative date and the first Sunday of October as Children's Week), so Happy Children's Day! The three separate drawings I drew represent mostly preteens and teenagers as they would look in my Quack Pack version, since it wouldn't fit all in one drawing. The first drawing shows Huey, Dewey and Louie, April, May and June Duck, Gosalyn Mallard and Webby Vanderquack in my style (taking mostly the Topolino style). The second drawing shows boys and mostly features Phooey and Kablooie Duck, Honker Muddlefoot, Zico and Zeca Carioca (nephews of Jose Carioca), Newton Gearloose (Gyro's nephew), Sonny Seagull (Garvey Gull from the Egmont comics), Gene the Genie (more of a boy), Gustav Goose, Doofus Drake, Dugan Duck (Fethry's nephew), and Shamrock Gander (Gladstone's nephew). Yes, Kabooie Duck is Donald's fifth lost nephew and wears mostly brown clothes and is in between my version of Phooey and Honker. Gustav is a friend of Donald's nephews in the Quack Pack, but in my headcanon he is Gus's distant nephew. The third drawing shows girls and young women who are still adolescents, but now adults, more like in their late twenties. This refers to Dickie Duck (Goldie's granddaughter), Loretta MacBridge (Brigitta's niece) and Matilda De Spell (Magica's younger cousin) who is located in the lower part of the drawing. The others are teenage girls Minima De Spell (Magica's niece), Vanessa (a friend of Donald's nephews from the Area 15 comics and mostly Dewey's and Louie's girlfriend), Susie McGuider (from the Quack Pack "Ducks by Nature") and an unknown duck from the Quack Pack from the episode "Shrunken Heroes". Since she doesn't have a name, I decided in my headcanon to name her Dottie Duck and she is Daisy's distant niece who appeared once in an old comic, but is now a teenager. I hope you like this and like these versions.

My version of Loonatics Unleashed (Part 3)

Hi I came back! And this time with bombastic news (And I hope no one has forgotten me at this point-). This time it's going to be a simpler blog because today, I'm finally going to show the Redesigns of the protagonists of my version of Loonatics Unleashed! For those who want, the links to see my journey through this madness are there at the beginning, I don't want to go into detail here because I'm really, like... VERY excited to show them soon! So, let's go!

Protagonists' Visuals (Reinvented/Redesigned)

Let's go, I wanted to start by saying that this was one of the parts where procrastination came STRONG... Because, first... I had to consider their new personality, think about the pose that would represent this, the clothes that would have a heroic look and, at the same time, is minimally simple to draw... And that's not easy...TuT

So I had to get a lot... But A LOT OF REFERENCES!!! And in this I have to talk about two artists who inspired me and who I NEED to give credit to thank them for how incredible they are! The first is @onyxonline, who is currently making a Smilling Crittens AU called Space Riders AU (I highly recommend reading it). She also has her Loonatics AU and her visuals are AMAZING! I really like her style, something very Anime and such. She helped me a lot with some clothes.

The second is @theangrycomet-art, he, in this case, helped me a lot with the proportions and also with the bodies of some characters. His art is very clean and he made sketches of how they would look. I also highly recommend checking out his blogs!

But now... Time to talk about MY Redesigns! Let's start with the Bunny brothers: Ace and Lexi!

For Ace's design, I wanted to give him a pose of a somewhat inexperienced leader, "mainly protagonist" and who is good at fighting (even on the street), I put looser clothes and bands on his arms to symbolize him as a fighter.

As for Lexi, I gave her a cuter look that could show a heroine power. I gave them very long clothes and some extra accessories. This was one of the easiest.

Danger Duck

Danger Duck was also reasonably easy (the pose was difficult, but ok-), I took a lot of inspiration from Darkwing Duck (because the personalities even match and are really similar), a very arrogant pose, a calm one to symbolize that he is the "most incredible hero of all time". The beak wasn't difficult, because... I draw a lot of ducks...-3-)

Tech E. Coyote and Rev Runner

MY GOD!!! TECH'S MUZZLE AND REV'S HAIR WAS HARD!!!! But it was worth it, I think... The Rev wasn't too difficult, I picked up some references from marathon runners and a scarf and glasses to add some charm. Tech I mixed a bit of scientists, but also a more "Mad Max" look with the torn shorts and scarf around his neck, I also took the opportunity to show him wearing the glove and projecting a holographic screen.

And finally, Slam Tasmanian.

This one was difficult, but it was one of the most fun. I got the fighter vibe and also made sure he had a muscular physique, I made his fur simulate a beard to make him look older and I gave him some stylized gloves to give him something similar to boxing gloves.

Final Considerations

Well... That's it, folks! It was actually shorter because I wanted to talk about the redesigns (and because my life is pretty busy these days-). I'll still work on Zadavia and us villains, I'll also show two of my OCs that will be relevant to the plot, but that's for another day. I hope you enjoyed it and I’ll see you in the next blog! As I scroll Tumblr during this spooky season, I notice a lot of very good fanart depicting Ducktales (2017) characters in Halloween costumes, and it gets me to thinking how big of a crime it is that we only got one Halloween episode.

Seriously, we got two Christmas episodes, three if you count 'The Impossible Summit of Mt. Neverrest!', which does take place in the Christmas season, but doesn't have much in the way of holiday themes and doesn't use a different title-sequence, but only one Halloween one, we were robbed on that front.

Anyway, all this is to say, if we got a second Halloween special, what costumes do you reckon the characters would wear, I'll go first.

Scrooge - the same glowing skeleton costume, that guy is not gonna be buying a new costume every year.

Huey - the burning JWG he once hallucinated, gotta spread that nightmare fuel.

Dewey - Darkwing Duck, he's doing a costume with LP

Louie - Webby, she's family now, so free reign to dress as. Yes he is just wearing a bow in his hair, but damn if it isn't convincing.

Webby - Scrooge, we all know she's secretly been cosplaying as him for years, but, now she's passed the 'it has to be scary' thing you know she's going to be dressing as him at every possible opportunity.

Lena - in contrast to her usual look, something a lot brighter. She isn't wearing any costume, per se, and she definitely isn't copying several elements from Webby's normal clothes, and is not competing with Louie.

Violet - normal clothes, she doesn't realise it's Halloween.

LaunchPad - Gosalyn, he's doing a costume with Dewey, and as this is his first proper Halloween he's gone all out, and it's the quite possibly the most horrifying thing ever.

Donald - Storcules, he won't mind, they're best friends (acquaintances!)

Della - Selene, good combo with Donald.

Penumbra - Della has dragged her along, no she isn't in any special costume, because she's scary enough as is.

Duckvember - Hypnotic and Crafty Duck

For some reasons I started late, but I hope to make up for it soon with even bigger surprises and better than last year.

The first drawing I drew was on the theme of Hypnotic Duck, so I drew a scene from the Darkwing Duck episode "Days of Blunder" in which Quackerjack, disguised as a psychiatrist and imitating Sigmund Freud, hypnotizes Darkwing Duck (Drake Mallard) that he is no longer a superhero, but a waiter who serves teapots. However, in the end, the opposite will happen.

The second drawing is dedicated to Vendetta Duck, since it's November 5th (though unfortunately I'm late in posting, but it's Guy Fawkes Night, only history buffs and those who know about Vendetta know about it) so I drew Vendetta with a duck mask. Or maybe it's a duck under that mask? Maybe Donald or Daffy? All in all, I drew a redraw of Vendetta with Parliament exploding with fireworks behind it, while Big Ben stands in London. By the way, Vendetta is a DC comic created in 1982 primarily by Alan Moore, David Lloyd, and Tony Weare, to be adapted into a movie in 2006 under the title "V for Vendetta". Yes, the movie and the Vendetta comics are not the same, although I enjoyed that movie where he fights against a totalitarian regime. So, happy November 5th! Darkwing in: child’s play-

Chapter 1: monkey business

Drake was driving his car when something was bothering him.

It's been a past month, since he's visit gosalyn at the orphanage.

But something happened between them, something that he's been guilt all month about.

He pulls up to a pay toll as he was going to pay be finds something that reminds him of gosayln.

Her crossbow, as he stares he realizes how much he needed her.

So he pulls away, he decides to finally adopt gosayln after one month of leaving her, he hasn't seen her in awhile and when he tries to call her....she doesn't answer.

"Huh? Hey gosayln it's me same I know you're still mad but I just wanna see how you're doing, give me a call back when you back"

A few minutes later, he's arrived at the orphanage with launchpad.

"Thanks for coming with me launchpad" Drake says as the two get out.

"No problem same, I'm glad you decided to let gosayln in"

"Well the past few days have got me thinking about some things"

But once they get inside, they noticed how much the orphanage changed.

It had a dark interior color and the place seemed empty and deserted.

"Hey launchpad, is it me or is there something different about the orphanage" Drake asked.

"Yeah...it's so dark"

"No launchpad, it's empty, I mean where is everybody?"

"Oh right that was my next guess"

"Hello, is anyone here? GOSAYLN?" The two looked around.

"Looks like nobody is here, we should get going Drake" launchpad says.

"Not until I find gosayln if we can find someone"

"May I help you two" then a voice startled them.

"AH!" They turned to see an odd vulture in a suit walking slowly down the staircase.

"I'm sorry you scared us, not because you look so old and creepy it's just you startled us by coming out of nowhere, bit that your creepy just because you look creepy it's just that, sorry Mr uh-"

"You may call me Vladimir bloodsher, or Vlad bloodsher for short or Mr bloodsher"vlad says as he comes face to face with Drake.

"Right, Mr...bloodsher, sorry to bother I was just looking for someone-what exactly happened to this place, last time I visit here there were lots of kids and it wasn't so....the Adam family decor style, where is everyone?"

"What happened was I took off, after a recent fire incident the orphanage burned so I rebuilt, I'm the new caregiver here, are you here to adopt?"

"Uh yes, I'm looking for a little girl, green eyes, red hair, her name's gosayln waddlemeyer"

"Gosayln? Gosayln? gosayln? Nope I haven't seen her" Vlad walks up to a desk counter.

"Well do you know where she might be?" Flare asked.

"Hmm, maybe she's on the second floor, two hallways on the right third doors down, that's where the other children might be"

"Right, thank you" so Drake and launchpad head upstairs.

But little did they know, there was something peculiar about Vlad, he grins wickedly.

So as Drake finds the door, they head in, "ok here we are come on launchpad"

They entered the door but it turned out to be a portal as they entered a dark red corridor with an open door that lead into darkness at the end of the corridor.

Once they entered it, all they saw was red for a few seconds until they're visions was cleared to see they're the lobby of a hotel.

"Hey Drake, call me crazy but this looks exactly like a hotel"

"It is a hotel launchpad""Oh yeah it is, but I thought this was a orphanage"

"It is, I think that Vlad guy just made a few changes, come on we got to find gosayln"

They see a sign and it says" WELCOME! BREAKFAST & MURDER! FREE EVERYDAY UNTIL 10:00 AM". They were creeped out.

"Ok creepy" Drake says as he passes by it.

They walked down a hall with a cutout of a monkey wearing a hotel suit. But as they were about to turn the corner, the cutout falls down startling them.

They turned around the corner to find another way. They then heard a "Ding!" sound of elevator play out as they see a elevator at the end of the hallway with a figure of a monkey in it.

"Is that a monkey?" Launchpad asked.

"Not much a fan of monkeys" Drake says.

" It looks like it has.... Knife for hands!"

As they went up closer to the elevator, the monkey screeched and jumped as they the door closes.

"Ah!" They get startled by the sound.

"What was that?" Launchpad asked.

The elevator went up for a few seconds and came back down. Once it came back down, the doors opened, they went in as the doors closes.

Elevator music plays as the elevator went up. Once the elevator stopped, the doors opens as the gang walks out. They stepped out to see a stature with no head with a purple ball in it's hands

And some boards blocked their way, "ugh I have no time for this"

Drake begins to pull down on the boards. Then A knock came from the door on their right as it startles launchpad.

They start wandering the halls, Drake check room by room looking for gosayln.

"Gosayln? Gosayln? Are you in here?"

Launchpad noticed the paintings of murderous monkeys.

"Do you see this Drake?" He asked.

Drake looks at the painting, "I know creepy monkeys but we need to stay focus"

But suddenly right behind them far back was a frenzy monkey. "Drake do you get the feeling that...we're being followed"

"No, do you?"

"I think someone or something is stalking us"

"Relax launchpad it's just a hotel, what can happen"

They turned a corner to see a monkey in a hotel suit, both blades covered in blood for hands and with blood dripping from its mouth.

"AH!" They get scared.

They started to run away from the monkey as they started to hear more noises.

"Drake? What was that thing?"

"I don't know but we better run"

They start to run all over the place where they run into more monkeys as they hear monkeys angrily screeching all over the halls.

"Drake I don't think gosayln is here"

"You're right, we need to get out of here now"

They head to The elevator as the doors opens they raced. As they entered the elevator, murderous monkeys emerges from the hotel room door and sees them.

Launchpad and drake panic as Drake presses the close button anxiously.

"Come on come on" Drake muttered then The doors shut before the monkey could reach them.

"Phew. That was close" launchpad says.

"Tell me about it" The doors opens again and thet exits

The elevators on each sides opens for each murder monkey to exit.

"Let's get out of here launchpad!!"

They started to go down the corner they came from and saw the door. They jumped into the portal.

*THEY ESCAPED!*

Furious Drake needed answers so he approached Vlad who was by the desk reading.

Paying no attention to Drake, "hey!" Drake shouts.

"Did you find what you were looking for"

"No, we ran into your staff and they tried to attack us"

"Oh my apologies, I'll have to talk to them about their behavior"

"We don't find gosayln, where is she?"

"I do apologize, she must be on the fourth floor, maybe you'll find her there"

So Drake storm out, frustrated, launchpad worries and follows him but Vlad smiles.

"Don't worry you'll be seeing the other children as well too"

Max looked at his phone one last time, a fond smile though on his muzzle as he quickly put it back in his pocket and looked at his date next to him.

He still felt like he was in a dream, an incredible dream where the funniest and most unique guy had accepted a date with him.

He couldn't help but admire the outfit he had decided to wear today, although the mere fact that he was wearing something other than those smoky topaz pants and lavender polo shirt already made him feel so special that it was hard to keep his tail still. Today, however, he was wearing a mustard-colored Top T-shirt with a Darkwing Duck print with jean pants with a calf-length hem. Overall it was simple, but Max couldn't help but think that he looked so cute.

“You're going to like this place. It’s like a vegan ice cream parlor.” Max said, once he managed to take his eyes off Yakko to see that they were reaching his destination.

“vegan?” Yakko tilted his head with a curious look.

Max stopped when he arrived at the place, a humble place with pastel colors and an eighties style. He steps in front of Yakko, opening the door and holding it for him. That made Yakko's cheeks turn pink as he entered first.

“They make the ice creams with completely lactose-free milk, the standard is almond milk, but if you are allergic, they have options with soy milk.” he explained, as they both approached the register and the employee who was smiling at them.

Yakko perked up. "That sounds great."

The employee across the bar took this opportunity to speak.

“Good afternoon, what would you like to order? We have a promotion today: Three-ball cup. You can choose the flavor you want from our options and when you finish you can take the cup home.” The boy raised his hand, showing the screens above him with the promotions, he pointed out where the cup with ice cream of different flavors was and in the corner the price.

“Oh, Dot would like to drink grape juice there to look fancy, shall we order that?” Asking, Yakko turned to Max for an answer.

"Sure." Max nodded at Yakko and quickly looked back at the employee. “Two cups please.”

The employee nodded back and then pointed to the other side of the bar where the trays of ice cream flavors are displayed. “Choose your flavors.”

Yakko quickly walked over to look at each flavor, his hand holding his chin while the other rested on his hip. Meanwhile, Max took out his wallet and paid for the ice cream beforehand.

When he joined Yakko, he was still struggling, his bean eyes narrowed in a look of pure, adorable concentration.

Max took a moment to appreciate the view and then looked at the flavors. “For me… Oreo, vanilla and tiramisu.”

The boy who served them began to pour Max's drink when Yakko finally decided. “mint, chocolate and caramel please.”

They received their glasses with a spoon and found an empty table by the front window. They ate the first fifteen minutes in silence, Max fascinated by Yakko's expressions as he took his first bite of each flavor as if it were the most delicious thing in the world.

“so, this is your first date?” 

The sudden question caught Max a little off guard, almost dropping the ice cream off his spoon before putting it in his mouth.

He thought about it while he ate, looking out the window at the people passing by on the street.

“Well, I had a girlfriend in high school, we dated during the summer of our senior year, but when she started college she left the country, a week later we realized that it wasn't worth staying at a distance and we left it as friends.”

Yakko ponders for a moment, before asking another question. “And how was your first date with her?”

“Do you really want to know that?” Max raised an eyebrow.

The other shrugged, “I'm curious, sue me.” taking a spoonful of mint and putting it in your mouth.

Max was quiet for a moment, before smiling sideways without looking at Yakko. “I took her to a special ice cream shop.” He barely finished the sentence, covering his face and trying to dodge the napkins that were thrown at him while he laughed. Once calmed down, he spoke again. “I actually took her to the cinema. I was so nervous that I couldn't remember anything about the movie when it was over, the next day I came back alone just to watch it again."

There was silence at the table after that, although it wasn't awkward or heavy so Max saw no need to worry. He ate more of his ice cream until he had less than half left when Yakko spoke again.

“You don't look nervous now.” His voice was softer, not accusatory, but inquisitive.

Max smiled, looking Yakko in the eyes. “I was nervous when I asked you out because I didn't know if you would say yes, but you make me feel calm, I feel like myself when I am with you.”

Yakko's cheeks flushed red before he lowered his gaze shyly. “I think the opposite happens to me.”

Max tilted his head, a gesture associated with a confused but still cheerful puppy. "in a good way?"

Yakko laughed, his black eyes having a special sparkle in them. "In a good way. You bring out a side in me that I didn't even know and I like it.”

"I like it too. I like everything about you, in fact.”

Unpopular opinion Guys but for me Darkwing duck 91 is not like Mulan at all.

Please here me out ok.

First off. Darkwing is a male whether Trans or cis he is still a man. Mulan only dressed up like a man to protect her father. She still stayed a woman when the fighting was over.

Second off. Mulan is a very selfless woman she became a warrior so her father who she loved dearly would not die in the war. Drake on the other hand is very egotistical. If anything he'd go cause Gizmoduck is there and he would want to one up the hero.

And Finally because Launchpad is NOTHING like Shang. Yes both are seen as Bisexual disasters, However Shang is kinda of a jerk to Mulan/Ping Even though he doesn't kill her when he finds out the truth He still leaves her behind IN THE SNOW IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE!!

I mean I'm sorry but I cannot see LP doing that to Drake at all. If anything he would listen to him and help him or at least not leave him in the frigid cold alone.

Now the Princess I do See Drake as Jasmine from Aladdin.

Think about it. Both stand up for themselves, Both are very tomboyish Jasmine wears a purple dress once but she is mostly in pants. Both are very adventurous people. Oh and there boyfriends have flying equipment. I don't know how many times I watch A Whole new world in YouTube and imagine Drake and Launchpad there.

Also get this but the voice actor for J. Gander is the same exact one as The Sultan.

I'm just saying guys if you think Drake is like Mulan then power to you she is an awesome princess 😍. Err warrior I mean. However in my opinion he is definitely more like Jasmine.

Background Launchpad McQuack is the son of stunt pilots, Ripcord McQuack and Birdie, with a blonde sister named Loopy. All of them wear scarves and pilot caps and goggles, and the four of them used to perform in an airshow with dangerous stunts as “The Flying McQuacks,” as shown in DuckTales episode “Top Duck.” Launchpad told Huey, Dewey, and Louie Duck he left home after embarrassing himself with a crash during the Flying McQuack’s air show. Launchpad mentioned he left home to get a job when he was fifteen, in Ducktales “Launchpad’s First Crash.” Launchpad’s first plane was a small bi wing called the Sun Chaser, which Scrooge McDuck hired him to fly for as cheaply as possible. It is uncertain how they returned home from that pastiche of Jules Verne’s “Journey To The Center of the Earth” but Launchpad’s next plane was a red bi wing he named the Joy Rider. At some point in his history, Launchpad joined the Junior Woodchucks, earning every merit badge except for swimming, as he revealed in “Merit Time Adventure.” He earned enough merit to become a Scout Leader, and he led Huey, Dewey, and Louie Duck and Doofus Drake on a camping trip in “Super Doof”. In “Double O Duck,” Launchpad was mistaken for a spy who looks just like him named Bruno. Launchpad was enlisted by the Duckburg Intelligence Agency to meet with double agent Feathers Galore and intercept enemy agency FOWL’s plan. Feathers attempted to murder Launchpad but Launchpad’s luck and clumsiness (and general awkwardness with unwonted flirtation) spared him from several mishaps until they were both caught by FOWL and thrown into a pit of lions. Launchpad used one of the devices Agent G (Gyro Gearloose) gave him to help him and Feathers escape the lions. In gratitude for him saving her life, Feathers helped Launchpad corner Dr. No Good until the villain ended up falling, presumably to his demise.

“Where No Duck Has Gone Before,” Launchpad was jealous of the attention the triplets were giving to an actor, Major Courage, poignantly saying “real heroes don’t need cameras and makeup. Real heroes just do their job.” Major Courage was the first to call Launchpad “LP”, a nickname Darkwing would use in his show. Launchpad steered the spaceship through an asteroid shower. (He also said there’s no such thing as aliens.)

Launchpad briefly worked for the Beagle Boys in “Hero For Hire”, Flintheart Glomgold in “Robot Robbers”, and the DIA (Duckburg Intelligence Agency) in “Double O’Duck.”

Launchpad has worn the Gizmoduck suit at least twice (in DuckTales “A Case Of Mistaken Identity” and a 1992 DuckTales comic, “A Switch In Time” https://inducks.org/story.php?c=KJZ+025 ). In the episode, he was encouraged to help keep Fenton’s identity a secret by neither denying or acknowledging that he was Gizmoduck. When he was seen disappearing at the same time Gizmoduck removed a box of lit fireworks from a stadium, and reappearing dazed from a stray firework blowing up on him, the whole town took that as evidence that he was the costumed hero. He was mobbed with throngs of fans for days and although he enjoyed the attention of female groupies, he asked Scrooge to help him prove that he was not Gizmoduck. Scrooge arranged a press conference for Launchpad to make his statement, but Launchpad quoted Fenton’s favorite saying on camera during the conference. Since M’Ma Crackshell was watching the conference on tv, the Gizmosuit responded and zoomed to Launchpad, attaching to him on camera. Launchpad tried to remove the suit by pressing random buttons, ending up accidentally flooding the city when one of the suit!s missiles damaged a dam. Trapped in the current and unable to swim in the heavy suit, Launchpad had to be rescued by Fenton via a construction crane. The second time Launchpad wore the Gizmosuit, in the comic “A Switch In Time”, the wheel and leg attachments were missing from the suit and he seemed more in control of the suit’s functions. He and Fenton Crackshell were both tired of their low paying, high risk jobs and they simultaneously told Scrooge they wanted to quit. Scrooge encouraged them to try each others’ job for a day to see if they would change their minds. Unfortunately for Launchpad, some thieves attempted to break into the money bin while he was in patrol and when he attempted to stop them by ejecting a puddle of oil, he slipped and knocked himself out. Fenton again saved him and they both resumed their original jobs. Launchpad was tricked by the Beagle Boys into acting as a live action superhero, the Web-bed Wonder, in “Hero For Hire”, accidentally creating real crimes. Ironically Launchpad said “nobody needs a hero nowadays.”

In Darkwing Duck “Water Way To Go”, Launchpad told Darkwing he wanted to try being the hero for a case, turning some of Darkwing’s words and mannerisms against him, while still being open to following Darkwing’s leadership and evaluations of the case. He helped Darkwing escape a flood by surfing. His hero worship for Darkwing was still present, though, as he was clearly delighted Darkwing praised him. He did not mind reverting back to doing menial chores after Darkwing called him an equal. In Darkwing Duck, Launchpad posed as Darkwing in “A Duck By Any Other Name” with Tuskernini as the main villain (http://darkwingduck.wikia.com/wiki/A_Duck_by_Any_Other_Name) and “Double Darkwings” (http://darkwingduck.wikia.com/wiki/Double_Darkwings )with Jambalaya Jake as the main antagonist). He also donned a Darkwing suit in one comic, “Hero For A Day,” (http://darkwingduck.wikia.com/wiki/Hero_for_a_Day). where he went up against the one shot villain, the Back Alley Bushwhacker, defeating him by apologizing (making the villain laugh) and pretending he lost a contact lens. In Darkwing Duck “U.F. Foe”, Launchpad revealed that he used to be afraid of heights. His father, Ripcord McQuack (who seems more stern and oblivious to Launchpad’s feelings in Darkwing Duck versus the version we saw in Ducktales “Top Duck”), took Launchpad for a flight in an open air biwing to help him overcome his fear, neglecting to make sure his seatbelt was fastened. Launchpad fell out of the plane during a trick, and was rescued by a visiting young purple alien princess named Tia. Tia flew Launchpad around, a la Peter Pan style, to a fairground. According to Launchpad, he had so much fun, he forgot to be afraid of heights any more. Later, adult Tia had him abducted to ask him to marry her to help her lead her people. After Darkwing and Gosalyn helped expose the evil plan Bleeb had for Launchpad, Launchpad turned Tia down and all three Earthlings had their memories of the adventure erased. In Darkwing Duck “The Quiverwing Quack”, Launchpad said his father kicked him out and told him to get a job. It is also interesting to note that Launchpad was perfectly capable of cooking breakfast for the kids over an open campfire, yet in Darkwing Duck, Darkwing was surprised that Launchpad was able to make a decent looking (and unfortunately for him, spicy) batch of brownies.

In Darkwing Duck “Trading Faces” Launchpad said school was difficult for him, and in the Darkwing Duck read along book, “High Wave Robbery”, Launchpad jokingly said he “played a stringed instrument as a kid. A yoyo!”

Three billionaire ducks (Scrooge McDuck, Flintheart Glomgold and John D. Rockerduck) as vampires and three witch ducks as the Sanderson sisters from the Hocus Pocus movies - Halloween cosplay - Occult and Venomous Duck(s) - Duck comics and Duckverse (Ducktales and Darkwing Duck) - My style

Although Halloween is over, I still don't want to be a burden, but I drew two drawings related to the costume party, even though I'm not a fan of that holiday. Still, related to Duckvember themes such as the occult and poisonous ducks, I drew famous ducks from Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge comics as well as from other Duck media who would be in the roles of mystical creatures and monsters.

The first drawing I drew is three billionaire ducks who play the role of vampires. Since they love money so much, they must love to suck the blood of others because vampires live on the lives of other beings and they are monsters whose origins come from Romania (the word vampire itself is actually a Serbian word) and they are mostly undead people. I drew Scrooge McDuck, Flintheart Glomgold and John D. Rockerduck who wear vampire clothes like the old Hollywood actor Bela Lugosi. By the way, this is not my original idea that they are vampires, but others drew them before me, so I took inspiration from others, and the original idea is certainly from @ankkalinna. Yes, they are in Scotland in an old castle waiting for a victim to prolong their life during the full moon. By the way, vampires hate sunlight and garlic.

The second drawing I drew is a cosplay of female ducks as the Sanderson sisters from the movie Hocus Pocus. Yes, that movie is from 1993 and in my opinion one of my favorite Halloween movies made by Disney and I can say one of the few Disney live-action movies that I like. It's about the Sanderson sisters who were witches and were supposed to be hanged in Salem in 1693 and they cursed that they would return during the full moon for Halloween in 300 years. And it happened. To survive, they needed the blood of children, especially girls, so they attacked Dani, Max's sister. In the end, they failed, and they were turned into dust when the sun came out, and Max and Dani's lives were saved by the black cat Binx, who was a teen boy from the late 17th century who was turned into a cat by witches. And then sacrificed his life. In this case, famous female ducks would play these roles in my opinion. Winifred "Winnie" Sanderson would be played by Magica De Spell since she would be the most powerful witch, Mary Sanderson would be played by Morgana Macawber from Darkwing Duck, and Sarah Sanderson would be played by Daisy Duck. Although Morgana is not as big as Mary, she is certainly a very capable witch, while Daisy, although not a witch, would still fit the role of Sarah Sanderson since she has blonde hair in the comics and tends towards beauty and men. I drew them a little too quickly, so I apologize for any mistakes I made, but I definitely drew them as a redraw from the poster.

Why do I feel like when Thad takes over as Darkwing, Dewey is the most worried/concerned? After all, his best friend is with one half of a super hero duo, he dated/married a super hero, and now he's the father of the next next gen heroes and he's seen what the job does-the good and the bad.

Thing is, Dewey grew up with the heroes and to a certain extent sees one of his kids becoming a hero as a natural process. That's just what happens: one hero retires, one of the kids takes over. The mental process for Dewey and Gosalyn was different than what Fenton and Gandra, and Donald, Daisy, and Storkules experienced when their kids wanted to become heroes; Fenton and Donald were heroes, like Gosalyn, but they were OG Heroes. Their experiences with hero-ing are incredibly different than Gosalyn, Clara and Huey's--and that was done purposefully.

Because Dewey and Gosalyn are part of that second generation of heroes, their experiences are similar but different. They're still very much aware of the good and the bad of the job, and the danger aspects, but they also got training and support that Fenton, Drake, and Donald didn't have right off the bat. The original Hero Trio learned as they went, figuring out what worked and what didn't and what they needed (and especially what they needed when they were not wearing capes or armor), and developed a system so that they could train their apprentices and protect them better mentally and emotionally. Gosalyn, Huey, and Clara further developed that system for Thad, Estella, and Denny.

So, long and short, Dewey isn't worried at all. He knows Thad's got this, and has a great team beside him. Sure, there's battles where his anxiety spikes while Thad's in danger, but it's not a constant anxiety.

Differs From canon: For mysterious reasons Gummigoo was allowed to stay at the Circus rather than being poofed at the end of episode 2. 

AU: Gummigoo is actually a human that abstracted like Kaufmo and who's data was remade into the “NPC” Gummigoo. This verse is treated as default unless more info about abstracted characters gets released in future episodes.

Canonically Barok is racist against Japanese people due to the death of his older brother. I find this to be a poor reason for it. So I'm alter this portion of his character to instead be more of a "He sees his brother killer" or rather their traits in the Japanese men he meets until the second game's end where he over comes this as the truth is revealed. Other Verses may vary and completely change his backstory and will be noted as such.

In canon Enoch is shown to be something of a hypocrite as he acts to avenge his hopes and dreams being crushed but has no guilt over crushing someone elses in pursuit of that revenge. My version will be more bitter by his lost dreams and see his efforts keeping others from being dreamers so they don't go through what he did rather than blatant hypocrisy.

Like with Barok, verse my alter or completely change his backstory and will be noted accordingly as separate verses.

Transformers One

Name: Megatronus Prime

Age: Adult

Gender: CIS Male

How they differ from canon: Though decapitated and having his T-cog removed by Sentinel, Megatronus lived. His spark was extracted by Sentinel and kept as a sort of trophy. Made to watch and hear within a cube that sustained him but unable to do anything about what was going on.

His spark was discovered in the remnants of Sentinel's tower post battle by the new Optimus Prime. A new body was made for him, and he was given the T-Cog of his brother, Prima Prime, which Megatron had discarded after taking his from Sentinel.

Our apartment is situated right above/next to one of the doors to the building, and so we can hear delivery drivers trying to get into the building to drop stuff off.

Anyway, this poor driver has come to deliver packages THREE separate times, only for the person he's delivering them to to not be home. So I've gone down and let him into the building each time.

He complimented my Darkwing Duck shirt the first time, and the Gravity Falls shirt I was wearing the second.
