Tbh, it's the spin of a roulette wheel to determine whether Petro would show up to kill Belos, show up to ruin his ceremony, show up just to verify with his own eyes that Belos is still alive before going back to the human realm, or if he'd just get increasingly paranoid in the human realm and start stockpiling defenses against him

this drawing is from a couple mouths back now; ......but i still like it 😝 forbidden love as witnessed by ms. Varona. it killed off my traditional art kick when i was done with it, but i had fun. i used very faint watercolors for this one just to see how well i'd do with them and pencils together. my favorite part of it is this tree, love how it looked in this WIP pic i took:

Awkward meetings

Pretty much the same things happen as in canon, but Danny almost constantly bumps into Ra's in his time travel (where dc and dp can exist together or as separate/parallel alternate universes). After an indeterminate number of meetings, the contents of which I won't reveal, both came to an unspoken agreement to ignore each other no matter what.

Remarkably, the order of encounters for Ra's and Danny is chronologically confusing, as is their timeline relative to each other. How strong. No one knows at what segment of their meetings the other is. It's so damn confusing that Ra's and Danny keep logs of meetings, in a futile attempt to sort this shit out one day without potentially destabilizing the current time stream, the Flash's bullshit is more than enough, thanks.

And out of a desire to avoid all this headache, they most often just walk by and report their subjective meeting number. On rare occasions, they warn each other about how their next meeting might go, or simply ask the other to remind them of something.

Their awkward meetings/attempts to avoid prolonged interaction will look quite funny from the outside.

It seemed that the League always had its own "Cryptid". At truly random intervals (day, week, month, years), the same child quickly appeared in front of the Demon Head and just as quickly disappeared. Most often they exchanged some numbers, less often he uttered some phrases. Neither of them will even look at the other, eager to leave as soon as possible (the longer they are around, the higher the chance that something unpleasant will happen, strange, but together they often attract any kind of trouble from an earthquake to level threats end of the world).

Anyway, I think Caleb would be really proud of him in a melancholy sort of way. Like, man, this sucks, you shouldn't be having to do that, and I'm sorry it's happening, but also... look! A Phillip given the same choice options as canon Phillip but choosing to do the right thing! (I haven't read the fic, so I can't really speak to specifics, but I'm assuming younger Phillip is a generally better person). And like, in general, he's proud of him, but as with all "AU where Phillip isn't totally evil" crossovers, he's sad that his Phillip is. But even more so with this one. Like!!! It's right here!!! Unlike those other AUs, this is a version of Phillip that could TOTALLY could have turned evil!!! He's separated from Caleb by magic, he was in the midst of his witch-hunting mania when it happened, he's got all the tools for genocide, but... he's not doing that! It's so so so so possible!

I wonder if it's a design choice or the devs themselves can't make up their mind, but why did Solomon's eye colour "change" in NB? The chibi sprites in the OG show his eyes are shades of grey to brown/almost gold-bronze.

The NB chibi sprite shows his eyes to be dark blue and brownish-gold.

Don't even get me started with the cards and merch that can't make up his effing eye colour
