Finally finished the Darkening version of Jai'da I started before I left for vacation. tried to better depict her blackening on her hands and hair and skin but still didnt find a way to pull off the horn foliage from this angle....so another time XD

Someone else who has read Darken! I binged it after getting into Widdershins and it's so good--have fun!

same hat!!! I was having Big Feelings about the final Widdershins storyline so I decided to go check out its predecessor. I just finished up the Regalia arc (...oof and ouch...) and am getting into "what's the party been up to over the timeskip?"

It's hard to pick a favorite character, they're all so well fleshed out and enjoyable. I'd probably say Komiyan because he panders to my personal sensibility of long-suffering pretty men, but Gort's so brash he's always fun to watch, Casper panders to me by being a rogue and a deflecting little shit, and Jill is one of the best "whose side are you on??" characters I've seen in a while

But yeah, having a blast so far, and definitely interested in seeing whatever Kate does next

please i love you i'm begging you bring back suspension of disbelief bring back trusting the audience like. i cannot handle any more dialogue that sounds like a legal document. "hello, i am here to talk to you about the incident from a few minutes ago, because i feel you might be unwell, and i am invested in your personal wellbeing." "thank you, i am unwell because the incident was hurtful to me due to my childhood, which was bad." I CANT!!!!

do you know how many people are mad that authors use "growled" as a word for "said"? it's just poetics! they do not literally mean "growled," it's just a common replacement for "said with force but in a low tone." it's normal! do you hear me!! help me i love you please let me out of here!!!

Pets - 1 currently. A Half-Golden Retriever and Labrador named Sheldon. She's a smart one, she knows how to open doors

Comfort Food: Whatever's in the pantry usually, wheter sweet or salty type foods

Languages: I speak both English and Filipino. A bit of Spanish (but that's like beginners level).

Random Fact about me: I was terrified of suit mascots when I was a child, since they didn't look human and was afraid of ehat was underneath

Something I'm proud of: That I finally have so many friends! I didn't really have much growing up and only got more when I was already in Senior High, so making so many friends is so fun!

Continuing on the Retrospective Month with another album.

DARKEN has been one of my favs back in 2015. I have 8 songs from the original album, 5 songs are merged from Silence, 5 songs are merged from Get Away From Me, and 6 new songs that fit this album.

It sets the theme of darkness. What happens in the dark, I'm staying away from the light... for now.
