Ever since I saw that trivia about Kokichi’s hair being stringy because he plays with it, I felt like they missed the opportunity to quietly imply that detail in-game with a sprite or two. So I finally just tweaked some myself!

bonus : me doing quick calculations for the difference in skin + hair shading (and hair highlight) for the pixel sprites to make sure theyre accurate

I editted Himeru from Enstars to look like Morro from Ninjago. I chose Himeru for his hairstyle. The main writer of Enstars says that Himeru’s archetype is “Ghost”, which is a funny coincidence at least
