Ishimondo week was so fun this year, and I hope I still love danganronpa as much as I do now for next year's! Seeing everyone's submissions was awesome, and this was a good opportunity for me to get out of art block and draw once a day for a week (truly a once in a lifetime event). Edward Quinton, the 'school king' of Foxfield High who secretly harbors mysterious powers, discovers a social outcast with his same supernatural predicament: the titular character, Isaac Beamer. Edward, motivated to form a secret club of others like them, goes down a path that changes their lives for the better or worse. The two of them make friends along the way… and enemies. An incredibly niche fic series where I rip apart everyone’s derogatory favorite Danganronpa V3-inspired fan character, featuring lucid dreams, existential crises, depression and kissing your idiot hot inner demon. The character list has increased significantly since it started, featuring counterparts for other V3 characters as well. Last updated August 2022.

🗡 Dreamswap - Open Setting, No Ongoing Story

An ‘AU’ based on the UTMV outcodes. It originally got its name from being centered around Dream and Nightmare switching roles. Other other characters have also technically switched roles, but at this point, the swap thing is basically obsolete due to the convoluted nature of the lore. A comedy-heavy setting despite its themes. This was being adapted into a separate story called Fatal Flaws.

❤️  Greyscale - Comic (Stopped)

An Undertale comic about two humans with drastically different ideas on how problems should be solved who end up in the Underground at the same time and have to work together to make their way through it. Went on hiatus in 2019. Any comebacks would be a complete rework.

🌙 Darkness Is Nicer Than It Seems - No Ongoing Story

Forced into the role of a hero, Dark has been at odds with his power-hungry childhood companion Jet for a long time, but he decides that continuing to fight him is not worth it anymore. A Dreamtale alternate timeline. Its tag is #dintis.

An interactive story dedicated to Nightmare and Dream, except they were combined into one person and they had no idea how. A post was released explaining the remainder of the story. The last comic strip was in 2019.

one thing i didn’t put in the reply to your ask for some reason: whenever i’m going through the “fandom” (derogatory) for danganronpa, what i find with trigger happy havoc is that leon and mondo are demonized to hell and treated like irredeemable pieces of shit, but celeste and sakura are like “yeah well they did some bad things but also like. they’re my blorbo guys 🥺” not saying this for everyone but i find the way leon and mondo get treated like monsters while celeste and sakura are like “🥺🥺” is lowkey gross. especially celeste, i feel like she gets less flack than leon and mondo, when she is definitely a worse person lol. how are you gonna say that the chick who just so happens to be hot did some kinda bad things like being a bit selfish in chapter 3 and lie a few times is less of a villain than the guy who suffers from ptsd and the guy who’s dealt with a stalker for the majority of his life. ??????? leon and mondo ohh you two deserved to be in a better fandom :(

Some characters REALLY are treated like monsters while others have their actions justified for whatever reason, Sakura personally I think people don't talk about her all that much because they really ignore her. It's rare for me to see anyone actually liking her, she is a really sweet character but she does have some issues, she was written AND designed in a very racist way, she looks like a caricature because people can't believe black women can be feminine, she's called an "ogre" and many other racist things plus there's a version of her before she started training martial arts and.... she's white??? Do people think someone can be born white and turn black?????? Wtf. But I don't really blame SAKURA for all that, it's pretty obvious that the one's who designed her were racist

I do believe that the hate Leon and Mondo face is ridiculous (I'll also include Sayaka here because she is another character that's treated horribly by the fandom) Mondo is a complex character with deep mental health issues and the fandom ignores that fact because they think he is unappealing, but they're still demonizing a man who struggles with PTSD, if you ignore that part of his character you will never get him!!! People need to stop ignoring Mondo's obvious PTSD just because they think he's not a complex character... I think the same kinda happens with Leon, the fandom doesn't think he is that deep because he dies in the first chapter and the fandom doesn't have any effort of actually trying to get to know him, I swear people don't even know his cousin is a stalker??? (Danganronpa stop putting incest in the story challenge failed) and that's a very easy information to be found... Stop hating on a character if you don't even know anything about them!!!

I think the fandom treats Mondo and Leon as irredeemable monsters just because they're not "perfect victims" in their eyes.
