Explanation: Eclipse being a father figure to Sun, Moon, and Ruin because Creator tampered with them to turn them into kids as a distraction, and I just.. *holds gently*

I really want to make an au out of it-

Eclipse, picking baby Solar Flare up: I’m so sorry. He’s still learning how to say names. He’s still calling Moon ‘Moo’ and Sun ‘Thumb’.

Monty, taking baby Solar Flare from him: Back off, I’m his mom now.

Make it three. Eclipse from my Baby Solar Flare AU would adopt them so instantly. Just kinda snatch them up and carry them like a baby. He shows up to the daycare with both baby Solar Flare and Broken New BM in his arms like ‘y’all I got a new baby. This one is actually twins!’

Eclipse: *picks baby Solar Flare up*

Eclipse: Four of the five of you are daycare attendants, how did you not know he just wanted me?

Dad Eclipse au is making me think of the possibility of “Uncle Lunar” and now I’m curious if Lunar is in that AU and how he’d likely be as an uncle if he is

Possibly. In the roleplay, Lunar is also a child, so he has four to look after. If i decide to adapt it tho, Uncle Lunar could become possible for sure

I’m just imagining the utter bafflement the Fam would have over an Eclipse being a single dad of three

Actually it's four now, in the roleplay at least. One was a newer addition that was added after i made the doodles lol

Eclipse would probably have high respect for Dadclipse for managing that and not losing his temper. On top of those four, he has to run the daycare too, so even more respect to him lol

Sun, in his current “Eclipse needs to die yesterday” state, being introduced to the various Eclipse’s Lunar and/or Moon adopt for the the first time? Before today’s bs, of course, because I doubt Lunar would let Sun near any Eclipses after that.

Not all at once or in the same timeline, just how you think a first meeting with each one would go if Sun had no previous exposure to any nice Eclipses?

Sun would probably be very upset meeting Good Eclipse but eventually he’d come the realization Lunar did that ‘oh, he’s just a mechanic’.

If he met Kill Lunar Eclipse, he’d be quite startled to meet a blind Eclipse whose just as snarky and sarcastic but no longer evil. But meeting him may just give him light on his Eclipse’s mindset because KL Eclipse more freely talks about his feelings with his brothers and would do the same with Sun if he asked.

Dadclipse, being the closest Eclipse to Sun’s own, would just stare at Sun and explain every single bit of his own, and therefore canon Eclipse’s, reasonings for the things they did.

Meeting either memory loss Eclipse or factory reset Eclipse would show Sun the scenarios where Eclipse lost his memory and the ramifications it left on them, ML Eclipse being essentially a feral stray only knowing how to survive on the streets and FR Eclipse being a blank slate with trauma but no memories to attach to the various traumas. He’d be very protective of these two, regardless of which one he met, it would greatly change his mindset with Eclipse in general.

Human Eclipse would be a horrific meeting for both parties. Human Eclipse is terrified of everyone, because, in his eyes, everyone is a threat and he could be hurt by anyone. Sun would be more scared of all the bruises and cuts and wounds on human Eclipse because he knows humans are fragile and he would have to calm him down and comfort him before being able to talk to him.

With stress response Eclipse, Sun would be very skeptical because he’s very quiet and he doesn’t speak much because he’s scared of being stressed to breaking again. But once they begin talking, Sun feels very differently about Eclipses knowing his own could break under pressure just like SR Eclipse and would likely feel quite protective of his own Eclipse, despite their past.

Eclipse, who hasn’t slept in a week because baby Solar Flare is waking up every few hours: Are you telling me my newborn son has to learn how to walk when he can’t even crawl yet?

Freddy: Um…

Eclipse: Shut up, your ex-wife took full custody and you adopted your son when he was twelve.

Monty, in the distance: GET WRECKED, FAZBEAR!

Kill Code Moon: *leering over Baby Solar Flare, getting ready to kill him*

Baby Solar Flare, grabbing for him: Papa! Papa! Up!

Kill Code Moon, hesitating to kill him: Uh…

Baby Solar Flare: *hugs his leg* Wuv you Papa!

Kill Code Moon, gingerly picking him up and holding him protectively close, in tears: I have a grandson.

Eclipse: *escapes Kill Code and hides in Monty’s bunker*

Baby Solar Flare, waddling up to Eclipse: Daddy! Daddy!

Eclipse, crying while picking him up: Daddy’s here, baby.

Monty: I know I hate ya, but this is actually the cutest father-son reunion I’ve ever seen.

Kill Code Moon: *holds baby Solar Flare and begins to dig his claws in*

Baby Solar Flare: *starts wailing because he’s in pain*

Eclipse, with fatherly instincts and a death wish: *slams Kill Code’s head into the ground and breaks his faceplate and main controls*

Eclipse: Nobody hurts my baby!

Lunar, presenting Solar Flare to Monty: This is my new nephew!

Monty: So is that Sun’s kid or Moon’s kid?

Lunar: Eclipse’s!

Monty: Get the cretin’s child away from me.

Eclipse: *watching baby Solar Flare hand off a kid to their dad because Solar Flare wanted to help with pickup*

Kevin: The fuck? A runt robot? *shoves Solar Flare away from his daughter*

Blood Moon: *starts growling*

Baby Solar Flare: T’ank you for c-co-com-bing to da pick-ups!

Kevin: Shut up, dumb robot! *pushes him down the slide*

Eclipse: Get him.

Blood Moon: *launches himself at the Kevin, snarling and biting while Eclipse fishes baby Solar Flare from the ball pit*

DJ Music Man, picking him up and carrying him back toward the daycare: Hey there, little one. You’re a long ways from the daycare.

Baby Solar Flare: *giggles as he grabs at DJ’s face and hair*

DJ Music Man: Alright, so who in here is a parent and happens to be missing their kid?

Eclipse: That would be me. God, you’re getting faster with your escape attempts, Flare.

DJ Music Man: Made it all the way to the West Arcade. Here’s your little escape artist, Eclipse.

Eclipse, trying not to stare as he takes baby Solar Flare: Uh…T-Thanks you. I mean, thank. I mean- *growls at himself*

DJ Music Man: You’re all good, man.
