My favorite headcannon for Noel is that he owns a dress very similar to the one he plays Monique in.

He never got the chance to wear it during his short life, it was kept in the back of his closet and he'd only take it out to daydream about being Monique. But he never got the chance to really wear it. After his death, it stayed there, untouched until his mother found it tucked away on a hanger.

(I also like to think that it was his Mom's from when she was younger!! He could have taken it from a collection of things his mother was clearing out the house after his father left.)
