everyone lives/nobody dies where penny remembers everything abt being jane doe and as soon as shes out of hospital she buys a wig and old fashioned doll-like clothes and pure white foundation and bright pink blusher and fake eyelashes that are likke. where groups of the lashes seperate so theyre cartoony. and dark red lipstick and contacts that cover the entire eye - but not in black, in a dark green. too dark to look green from a distance but kf youre close you can tell. she buys a new doll, different but similar to her original one of which she was given the head of. she takes its head off, keeps it so she doesn't feel bad. and when she feels like she needs to embrace jane, the girl that gave her her friends, her found family, and her life. she becomes her, instead of missing her.

jane doe mini rant bc i noticed a thing recently

so like. anyone else ever thought about the fact that the ballad of jane doe is like one of if not the only time that she shows like. strong emotion. throughout most of the musical she had a fairly neutral tone/expression and like you can kinda tell some of her emotions but she doesn't really show it that much. but then in tbojd she puts her ALL into it and there is SO MUCH EMOTION and it's so POWERFUL!! especially the second half of the song. like??? that's so cool??? and then after that she goes back to just ⚫_⚫??? AAAAA ever since i thought abt this it just sits in my brain
