WIP of my Exclamation!2080 wiki

Yeah I finished three character pages today, translated them and still have so much work to do! Haven't shared with you all my hard work sooo... look what I've done already!

Homepage, characters page, the timeline table, locations page (with interactive map I'm still working on), gallery (with tabs! and other content), Ideas and Concepts page (for uncategorized things like side-story ideas, episodic characters, cool items and other stuff)

For now I've got Abe, Cleo and Gandhi pages on my wiki, but there will be more soon! I hope. Here's the preview of how the character page looks:

#wren rambles #greek mythology #the iliad #the odyssey #i am actually not 100% sure what stories shes in #but i got interested at her mention in the odyssey and then read her wiki page #girl lost BOTH her parents for 17 years when she was 9 #grew up probably raised mostly by Clyemnestra which. no one wants.#her parents finally came back from troy and their re-honeymoon in africa #and three years later shes send off to marry Neoptolemus #an agrragement her father made during the trojan war #(now marriage customs were different ans this arragement would have been normal.#and she doesnt seem to hate the idea [though her opinion isnt mentioned] so it could just be a normal marriage agreement #however it IS Neoptolemus. who is often portrayed as brutal and violent.#tho idk what hes like outside of war. anyway. happiness of the marruage aside #its probably a shock to be Nine Years Old and then when youre solidly in your 20s your dad comes back abd is like MARRIAGE TIME)#and THEN Orestes and Neoptolemus fight over her and she marries Orestes (her cousin. but again. ancient greece)#just. most of that generation of kids lost only their father #some perminantly #telemachus for 20 years #most for at least ten years #but Heromine lost BOTH her parents #lost the relationship with her MOTHER which the vibe i get was SUPER valuble #(if Demeter's attitude is anything to go by and the cultural vibe of mother-daughter relationship)#helen even did cite that she was a foolish creature for leaving her husband and beloved daughter #ALSO Hermione not having any full siblings means something to me #idk just. okokok so this is definitely the most weirdly specific question ive ever asked but does anyone know if the symmetrical worm enemies in terraria (eater of worlds, destroyer, bone serpent, etc.) flip to stay upright in the same way the asymmetrical ones (wyvern, blood eel, and phantasm dragon) do and we just cant tell bc their designs are symmetrical

#amicus.txt #terraria #ive been brainstorming some texture pack ideas and this is very important info that i dont have time/energy/ability to test #like to try and explain it differently:#in terraria the wyvern enemy's textures will often get mirrored while youre fighting it #this is because the wyverns texture is drawn from a side-view perspective; so theres a correct “up” orientation for it #so when it flips its doing that to prevent itself from being upside-down #which would obviously look weird for it to be flying around like that #this same principle applies to the blood eel and phantasm dragon enemies and the stardust dragon minion #the wiki lists these enemies as having the same ai type (Worm AI) as terrarias worm enemies. such as the Eater of Worlds boss #Eater of Worlds is drawn from a top-down perspective and not a side-view perspective. it also happens that it is symmetrical #so its left half looks the exact same as its right half #which also means that with the way it is drawn it cant really be “upside-down” in the same way a wyvern could #so if the Eater of Worlds was flipped in the same way the wyvern is then we wouldnt be able to notice #BUT since they are both listed as having the Worm AI type which would presumably contain the directions to have it flip #that might mean that its still flipping to keep itself “upright” even though it doesnt change anything #to prove this you would have to make a custom texture pack where the Eater of Worlds' texture is asymmetrical #and then test it by fighting it in a world #so for example if you drew a big R on each texture of Eater of Worlds' segments (head body and tail)#if it doesnt flip like the wyvern does then itll just look like an R at all times just at different rotations #but if it DOES flip then it would look like a Я at some points in the fight

i’ve officially finished all of siffrin’s battle portraits!!! 39 of them. you don’t need that many bright baby

#marshtalkin #and im already halfway done with mira lol. everyone else has 7 sprites with the exception of bonnie. who has 6 #on the wiki sif has about 35 portraits? but i think one of them is missing ?#specifically. the act 5 buff portrait. i SWEAR that exists but i couldn’t find it. so im not counting it as a custom portrait #i’m planning on posting siffrin’s stuff on its own first and posting everyone else’s sprites later. but who knows what’ll happen #i worked for like 8 hours straight and i have no idea if i’ll keep up that pace tomorrow

Design process: Tilira (2009-2022)

The first version made for my stories at the German Bionicle fanfiction wiki. Second version was never published to any platform and unfortunately as of now the crowded group cutout is the only image remaining of her.

The two distinctly MOCpages versions of her. First step into more custom builds.

The more refinded revamp built for my comic story, Elegy. The tube was meant as a callback to her very first verison.

An unreleased revamp intended to address the stability issues and the use of Nuva shoulders from the previous version. Though as this version still had some stability issues as well as movability problems, she was never posted online.

WIP stage design process, continuing from the unposted revamp. While starting out trying to rebuilt certain sections, the entirety of the MoC was gradually replaced with better techniques. The arms in particular took a long while to get right. During the build progress focus shifted to make an accurate remake of the first ever version instead of a reinterpretation.

The newest version. Remake of the original from 2009. One of my personal favorite builds. More pictures can be seen here.

shoutout to my playthrough of p4 where i played for like a month straight, got to like a week before hollow forest, stopped playing for like a month, started playing again, got through the last week and hollow forest, started izanami's dungeon, and then got demotivated partway through and haven't played for like two months. i'll finish it someday-

#rambearling #persona 4 #p4 #persona 4 spoilers #i got stuck on like three bosses for two days each. and got stuck on shadow teddie for like an hour #+ got stuck on ameno-sagiri for a day and had to turn on higher exp gain through the difficulty customization to actually beat it #(him? what pronouns does the giant eyeball god use one sec-)#(the wiki uses they/it. non-binary icon poggers)#(that makes at least three persona gods that are trans /silly)#(the other two are nyx avatar (the wiki alternates between he she and it depending on the page)#and izanami (he/him is used for the gas station attendant but izanami is always referred to with she/her)#pretty trans to make your human disguise a different gender from you if you ask me-#also irrelevant but why did izanami decide to work at the gas station #local goddess takes on a probably minimum wage job at the local gas station in a town with like two cars more news at 7

#if you know niche rodents and my sona is like round ears and bearyena ears #both of them are rodent but Something Is Wrong with that 1 #thats what my sona has going on #chirps #i <3 tiny details and kin refrences that only i will see #(if you dont know niche its a game about genetics round ears is in story mode and you get it by reuniteing with your starting nichelings #family with home island immunity (scent in the notif) and it looks like mice in beloved kids books #you get bearyena ears by hybriding with a friendly bearyena with will grow up into a normal bearyena and eat your #nichelings there the most common predator and there ears are flat on 1 side and round on the other and they look like mice in a diffrent #stylization but from the right angle they also look like cat ears)#bearyena eyes are so souless i want to make a custom tribe and pretend my nichelings are actually bearyenas #i litteraly have big bearyena ears though i lost my mind about them when i was reading the wiki to make a nichelingsona /vpos

My job schedule just switched around again so I'm expecting to be so so sleepy </3 But I've started on a new project which I'm very giddy about!

I've decided to return to my roots and start setting up a wiki for Deltacable :) I've tried coding one from scratch on my website, but that turned out to be a massive hassle I just wasn't willing to deal with

The wiki is still very early in progress (I've shared a few links on my Discord server) but I've been having so much fun! Those who have followed me since before my Deltarune days probably heard me speak of my old OC Wiki where I was keeping all sorts of content related to my old OC universe!

I worked on that wiki for years and never got around to a point where I've considered it Finished LOL

But the plan is to make a wiki of that sort, but primarily focused on Deltacable, and having it so that my AU and characters can have a more accessible directory of art, information and overall content without having to jump through all the social media hoops where I've sprinkled all my OC information and hints

idk I'm very excited!! And now that I have a better grasp of HTML and CSS, I hope to use those skills to make something cool within the MediaWiki format!
