New Mod: Seasons Trait Bundle.

Happy Holidays, folk! Here’s a holidya present for you all ---- Three new traits, all for Seasons EP!

Values Traditions

The first trait is Values Traditions.

Sims who values traditions get extra buffs when completing holiday traditions, and will get happier when they finish more. They’ll get stressed on major holidays and will become angry if traditions are left unfinished. Family members will get tense around them if holiday is not perfect, and might get nagged to complete traditions; if family members perform pranks or mean socials, they might even get scolded. It’s hard to communicate with them if you haven’t completed a tradition first.

They need a cake, a party and presents on birthday, or they’ll get upset. They will also celebrate their family’s birthday by baking a cake.

Proposing to them must be well thought out, either at Romance Festival, Light Festival, at a restaurant, on a holiday or other formal occasions.

When a family member has passed, they’ll hold off having fun for a day to grieve the family member. Other family members must behave or might get scolded.

Life moments need to be celebrated with a party or they might get upset.

They can set traditions with lovers to maintain their relationship. They’ll even do it on their own!

They have two special holiday power: Summon the Deceased and Cage Mischief. 

Festive

Festive Sims get happier on holidays and will forget about negative emotions faster on a holiday. They can build up holiday atmosphere to acquire holiday magic to become a holiday guru!

Festive Sims become happy when positive life events happen, and they enjoy sharing it with others. They also enjoy hearing good news from others. They will get bored if nothing good happens lately, but if they’re Gloomy, Paranoid or Insider, they get sad instead.

Other Sims will become happy when Festive Sim is sharing good news, unless they’re Jealous, Self-Absorbed, Mean or Evil.

Festive Sims can celebrate with others, but might get embarassed if they do it on a bad occasion.

They can Spread the Joy and Fix Up Holiday. They also have special connections with holiday characters and can acquire new powers.

Flower Bunny can give your Sim the Kiss of True Love to win the heart of a Sim.

Holiday Gnomes can allow your SIm to trap someone inside the gnome.

Father Winter can give your Sim the ultimate blessing of holiday and prevent them from dying on holidays. It also unlocks a secret power that is related to the Summer holidays.

Scrooge

Scrooge Alert! They love making money, and the more money they have, the happier they are.

They get tense if they haven’t earned money in a while.

They get more motive when sleeping in money pile. They also gain more fun when playing in the money pile.

They are very angry on holiday! They can perform mischief and mean socials or sabotage holiday for others to make themselves get better!

The Scrooge trait was still kind of WIP, because I couldn’t finish it on time due to Covid. I planned a Holiday Carol for it but didn’t finish that part, but there’s still a chance for Scrooge to become happy about holidays.

Cottagecore traits - a set of 8 new traits | Sims 4 Mods

I've been working on these traits for a while, ever since I made the Fairy traits I wanted to make more traits to use with the Sims living around their village so that's how I came up with these traits!

 I was inspired by my own experience livng in a small countryside city so it makes me laugh when I think of the people that I was inspired by for each trait hahahahah If you guys really like it I intend to bring more updates for these traits :)

Keep in mind that the autonomy for these traits are subtle, I just thought that having your Sims trying to repeat the same actions non-stop would be just as annoying as Sims randomly doing press-ups every minute.

I really hope you like them, I made them thinking of bringing more joy to all of you guys :)

This post will become public at some point, probably after I record a youtube video showcasing the traits, but for now it will only be available for patrons.

TODDLER Traits Pack V2.5 by Vicky Sims

I love this mod because this gives your gameplay more traits for toddlers which can be very realistic to toddlers traits that they would normally have in the real world!

❓ What's the difference between Original (CAS) and Reward Version?

Not Required but Recommended Mods:

My Lifetime Traits is a mod to assign corresponding personality traits when toddlers grow up to child age. You can still edit the auto-assigned traits in the aging-up UI if you don't like them!

My More CAS Traits is a tuning mod that allows your Sims to have more than 3 Personality (CAS) traits without script or changes to UI.

My Custom Traits in Club Filter let you set all Preferences, Lifestyles, Parenthood Phases, University Diploma/Degree, Ghost/Death Types, Rewards, and Aspirations Bonus Traits from the base-game and packs as well as custom traits made by me and many other creators' traits as the club requirement.

My Sorted Traits Picker allows you to add traits to your Sims categorized by game packs,  cc trait packs, and their creators, without going through a long list of AddTraitsMenu.

My Mass Traits Remover helps you to remove traits from your Sims/Pets in bulk, without clicking on remove traits one by one with other cheat traits mod.

My Holiday Tradition Override makes custom traits affecting the Love and Ignoration (Does Not Care) of Holiday Traditions. E.g. Aromantic Sims no longer want to celebrate any love day tradition, Hostile Sims love the fighting tradition, etc.

I maaaaaay have gone a lil' trait crazy 🙈 But you guys! There are SO MANY incredible trait mods out there for Sims! Like, literally over 100 unique traits. Most of them even add custom buffs, interactions, and some even have custom CAS animations! I'm running a 100 Baby Challenge and couldn't afford a maid... what to do? Put the kids to work instead!

A very simple tuning mod -- if children have the Neat trait, they can now have the "Clean the House," option pop up when you click anywhere on the lot, as Teens/YA/Adult/Elder sims do. They still can't clean some objects, so if the action keeps cancelling, it could be Child sims aren't coded to be able to do it (I suspect like with putting on laundry) but all others should work fine.

I've not seen any model stretching or problems yet, so please let me know if you do. Just install in Packages folder.

They also now seem to be able to roll the "Clean the house," want as in the screenshots; if I notice anything else different, I'll update the description.

Color Trait Enabled Writing Quills

THIS IS A DEFAULT REPLACEMENT

Blatantly inspired by @episims who just made a pen one. We don't use pens in Medieval Fantasy Kitchen Sink Land, so I made one for colored feather quills instead! Sims with a color trait in their inventory will pick the corresponding quill. Works for doing homework, university assignments, writing a diary, filling crosswords, drafting, and restocking. With no traits in inventory sims will use the White Quill.

Based off on the DR done by Sunni which I recolored at one time, I've expanded the color selection and enabled them to work with @episims Color Traits. So you'll need those for this to work. You'll also need the usual trait mods such as Easy Inventory Check and trait_MAIN, which I assume you already have.

Since this file is based on episims' own, that means that you no longer need the Menaceman44's diary pen fix and it also works with their updated simlogical school files. See their post for more details on that.

New Traits for TS2

Happy 5 years to my blog! Here's a gift for everyone. There's 2 versions inside the download, a catalogue version and a collection only version. There's also a new collection file, make sure to replace your old file, this goes in Collections, not Downloads.

Edit July 10/23: The original trait randomizer shares a GUID with the Boring trait. Either change its GUID, or use another method to randomize traits.

Edit July 18/20: Wannabe Moodlets and SimLife Goggles also share GUIDs. Change them as well, or remove trait_crybaby and/or trait_dreamer.

This is all the traits that had icons available on the wiki. Wanton has a description.

Included is a list of GUIDs for modders. I was unsure about doing the WA culture traits (they don't have a description for 1) and the Future Sim trait, but maybe I will one day?

At the moment these don't actually do anything, just like regular traits. They don't get added via the randomizer at the moment, but I thought they'd be a fun little touch.

Princess traits | Sims 4 mods

Guys I'm so haaappy with this new set of traits!!! I absolutely love Disney and I'm an avid player of disney dreamlight valley. I wanted to bring something of that world to the sims 4 so I came up with 3 traits: Simderella, Snowsim White and Sleeping Sim! These traits are more in-depth compared to my previous traits! There's a lot to them and I hope you have a great time discovering everything!!!

Traits descriptions:

Snowsim White: Once upon a time this Sim ate a poisoned apple from a spellcaster and it didn't end very well...This Sim is oblivious to evil, extremely hard to lose their friendship... (they get very happy when interacting with gnomes for some reason). This Sim very rarely gets angry. Very good bakers!

Simderella: This Sim used to be bullied by their stepmother and step sisters which affected their personality deeply. This Sim needs to clean often, they get nauseated very easily. Simderella adores rodent friends and will love to be around them! This Sim excels at singing and knitting!

Sleeping Sim: Once upon a time, a spellcaster, envious of this Sim's charm and elegance, enchanted their cross-stitch needles... One day while cross-stitching with that needle this Sim got hurt and ever since that day needs to sleep constantly. Despite of that this Sim is still very charming and a hopeless romantic, they build romantic relationships fast but friendships slowly as they find it hard to talk to strangers. Oh yes, they're also very good at cross-stitching (you don't want to hurt yourself with a needle again!).
