N he sees that u DO read it but with a huge frown and furrowed brows, then keep it somewhere safe.... N he brings it up bc he don't like giving u stuff that you don't like.. You may not know what he's saying but you do know that it's probably lots of stuff relating to how much he loves you <3 But like,, not only do you not speak about his little love letters, but when he randomly asks you about something he mentioned in his letters, you don't know what he's talking about?? So now Pantalone thinks you're not reading his notes :(( Did he do something to upset you? Are you mad? But no, that can't be the reason because you're still showering him with lots of kisses and hugs like normal! Of course, being the inquisitive man he is, he's going to get to the bottom of this! And when he sees you, squinting real hard at his lil note for literal minutes before tucking it away safely he's just confused now? So he just comes flat out and asks you in the middle of dinner and you nearly choke because damn you weren't ready to expose yourself like that yet 😓 But oh. When you finally come clean that you can't read his intricate cursive, he laughs. Pantalone laughs so hard because you are so, so, cute.

I imagine he forces you to take out the box where you keep all his letters, and you sit on his lap while he makes you read his sentences out loud, at least, what you can understand - "My beloved [Name], today i, um... something something something, i bought you- er, yeah i don't know what that says-" Pantalone is trying not to laugh behind you and you just want to punch him because this is NOT funny!! You're struggling out here!! He ends up reading all of them to you and showing you how to read his cursive better 🥺 i cant who allowed him to be so sweet

I think during college before Layla and ford worked together, ford thought Layla was interesting but instead of talking to them he writes on them. He finds Layla interesting in a way and I think it’s funny.

I also head canon he writes notes on people he wants to befriend or people he think are interesting (he has notes on Emma may and fidds)

Went with the orange, and this nib is incredible! Granted, it doesn't seem to love my Clairefontaine paper, but on Midori and Leuchtturm it was smooth as butter and super juicy. Perfect with some Iroshizuku fuyu-gaki!

Just saw a tweet of someone lamenting the fact that fewer and fewer young people are able to write in cursive.

Who fucking cares lmao? It's not an important skill. Forcing kids to learn cursive just makes people with co-ordination disorders (such as dyspraxia) feel shit about themselves.

And for what? What does it actually accomplish? When is this a skill that any of us are going to use in our daily lives?

THAT is a child's handwriting. In the main contract and the bottom left corner. That is "I just learned cursive and dont have the hang of it" writing that every eight year old that had to learn cursive had until they got comfortable with it and relaxed into their own style.

The best part? They didnt use the same handwriting for both of them. Vash's writing is clearly different to Wolfwood's, despite having the same self-conscious youthfulness to the script.

fic writers really be shooting themselves in the foot by placing aesthetics above everything. their entire fics will be in the small text which a lot of people can't read, titles will be in fonts that can't be read by screen readers, and having flashing headers/dividers. yall constantly talk about engagement and reblogging meanwhile your choices to look ~fancy~ actively turn people away
