🍞: Sweet Potato Cream Bread (top left), Red Bean Donut (top right), and Curry Croquette (bottom) -- Decided to get some bread at the nearby bakery a couple of weeks ago.😅 Out of the three, I'd say the croquette was the best although there wasn't that much filling. The sweet potato cream bread was not too sweet which I liked but it wasn't anything special tbh. The red bean donut was way too sweet. I felt that both the batter and the red bean were extremely sweet which kinda ruined the entire thing for me tbh. If they had cut down on the sugar in the red bean, it would've been much better imo. Okay so this was originally for Lingfan week for the AU day (day 5? idk) but I missed the boat and got lazy and I didnt write it even though I pretty much wrote the whole thing in my head   So its pretty Ling / Lan Fan centric

Also I’m sorry this ended up being so long ahaha hah ah h a h 

So it’s set in the Amestris Region, where Lan Fan lives in a small village that train the villagers to use fast Pokemon and specialise in stealth (its a ninja village ok) and she’s being trained specially by her grandfather, the village chief. But Lan Fan’s village gets raided by the evil Team Ouroboros while she’s out training, and they attack and steal most of the village Pokemon. In the process of trying to stop them Fu’s Pokemon Ninjask gets stolen and he gets injured. Lan Fan and her Pokemon Zorua return to her village just in time to see the villains escaping into the nearby forest with bags full of Pokeballs and containers of stolen Pokemon, so she quickly pursues them with Zorua, but they’ve scattered and she only manages to cross paths with one of the thieves. 

He introduces himself as Greed, one of the members of Team Ouroboros, and Lan Fan notices the container he’s holding has Ninjask in it! She challenges him to give it back or battle her and Zorua, but he replies that he doesn’t battle women and the Quilava by his side uses Sand Attack to distract them while he makes his escape into the forest. Unfortunately she hears the rumble of a truck and knows they’ve all escaped.

Literally a few hours later Lan Fan is already planning how she’s going to track them all down (nobody knows their hideout is actually in Central City underneath the 8th Gym) and packing for her trip. Just as she leaves the village she can’t believe she’s seeing the same thief that stole her Grandfather’s Pokemon! But there’s something a little different about him, since the first thing he does is stumble up to her and request food. Lan Fan is suspicious and angry but he soon explains that his name is Ling from Xing City with his Pokemon Cyndaquil, and he’s been tracking down his twin brother who got involved with some shady people. (She can’t believe he’s going to ‘rescue’ the person who introduced himself as ‘Greed’ and thinks Ling is quite mad.) But he explains that his twin isn’t as bad as everyone thinks, since he’s a total sap deep down, and he’s going to bring him and Quilava back to Xing. 

Ling eventually convinces Lan Fan that they should travel together, since their destinations are the same, and their journey together begins!

Eventually Zorua evolves into Zoroark and Cyndaquil evolves into Quilava then Typhlosion. They make an awesome ninja-butt-kicking team. Also Greed ends up realising he’s been a complete tool for joining Team Ouroboros and helps Ling and Lan Fan in taking the whole organisation down.

Oh and there’s a bucket full of fma cameos on their travels

Ed has a Lucario, Al has a Gallade, Winry has a Lopunny Hohenheim has a Dragonite, Trisha has a Togekiss (she lives in my au ok) Roy has an Arcanine, Riza has a Talonflame, Armstrong has an Ursaring, Olivier has a Beartic Izumi has a Medicham, Sig has a Hariyama Team Ouroboros members: Envy has a Kecleon, Gluttony has a Munchlax, Pride has a Gengar, Sloth has a Slaking, Lust has a Liepard, Wrath has a Bisharp and Greed has a Quilava until he leaves the Team, then it evolves into Typhlosion.
