The way Adam eggs lute on and looks at her all smug was kinda disturbing to me. Can you imagine how cool it would have been if he had manipulated her all along, making her think he's the only one that understands her and cutting her off from anyone else, basically grooming her into being a perfect little attack for him. Then at the very least they would have been a bit more interesting than just "he's a pos and she's into that I guess"

I actually really miss when she gave no indications of being into him romantically at all. He was just her colleague and her buddy.

Okay so I was re-reading parts of the kid!Xornoth fic again yesterday and then I had a dream about it. I dreamed that Scott had gone to the undergrove and found his brother alone and told him that he knew. Xornoth freaked out but Scott explained that he wouldn’t attack and that he was against the whole thing and then they hugged. The whole thing was very cute. I assume how it’ll actually go down in canon will be in really angsty (and I’ll love it, of course) but it was neat to have such a wholesome, sweet dream about it.

I remember just a few years ago "viv is dangerously irresponsible with her money" was a hot take in the critical community. You'd get people screaming at you about how it's her money and she can do whatever she wants with it, which would be fine and fair if she wasn't also underpaying her employees. Nowadays her bad spending habits are common knowledge and nobody bats an eye at "taxidermy peacocks" jokes. Sometimes things do get better!
