I’m so mad at Crunchyroll for removing comments this week. I wound up Googling my question and got WAY more spoilers from the AI overview.

SO, how many pennies did Crunchyroll save but taking away the comments?

And I mean, the comments could be a cesspool so I tended to stay away for certain series, but in general? BAD DECISION. They save a little bit by not having to have anyone moderate it, but they lost a community, basically.

between finding a copy of dragon maid at the library and watching super lovers for my BL research i'm starting to think some anime fans have a really low bar for what they find to be objectionable content
