a quick lunch @crumblecrew.id with @shutterfoodie... because rainy weather calls for a bowl of piping hot meatball soup from @manganmangan.jkt. We both ordered the bakso special and I chose the big meatball with an egg inside, and then I asked for additional risoles and pangsit polis... so comforting and yummy, add on chilli sauce, vinegar, sweet soy and mix to your preferential taste. (latepost) been to @crumblecrew.id and checked out this little stand @kookie.do selling a variety of edible cookie dough in cups or cones and I had a double flavour of salted caramel and chocolate chips... kinda like ice-cream but ain’t ice-cream. Think of the time when u’re making a batch of cookies and you have the left over mix stuck onto your mixing bowl and you swipe your finger across the bowl with all that gooey cookie mix and sticking that finger into your mouth! Just like a little kid... best part about this gourmet edible cookie dough is if you can’t finish it, just bring it home and stick it onto a baking tray and bake your own cookies with it! Went over to @crumblecrew.id couple of weeks back with @shutterfoodie to try the newly opened @PokeyStudio... poké bowls are fairly new in Jakarta but I’m always willing to have a bowl of fresh sushi topped over warm rice. PokeyStudio offers a wide variety of pokébowls and this one comes in a very generous portion with fresh salmon and tuna, lots of greens and even a bed of crunchy lettuce. I like it that they’re not too rich with mayonnaise as some poké bowls are frequently covered with a large smearing of mayo but this one has a really light but flavoursome soy drizzled over the ingredients just enough to cover whatever’s in the bowl 👌🏻 (plus point 👍🏻)... Crumble Crew is holding a soft opening party today and Pokeystudio is offering a 10% discount off their menu just for this Saturday!
