2018. 2018 was a year and it turns out that my favorite albums were not kpop albums so this was kinda hard, but I decided not to break my tradition (even though it's February) and give you my list anyways.

20. Why by Hoody ft George (The Queen returned with a smooth slow bop for us and when I say it LISTENED to this I MEAN IT)

19. DKDK by Fromis_9 (My girlies came back with a fresh cute song about the pitter-patter of their hearts and I couldn't get enough of this song)

18. Baby Don't Stop by NCT U [Ten and Taeyong] (This song is just. A LOT for me the ASMR-esque hook the way the song just flows in an unexpected way. We stan BDS(M).)

17. Forever Rain by RM (This song is actually perfect for my mood. It's like RM dropped his music just in time. Thank God.)

16. Singularity by BTS (V truly SNAPPED with this song and if for some reason you haven't seen the masterpiece that is the video then do yourself a favor and check it out)

9. La Vie en Rose by I*Zone (When this song dropped I KNEW it was going to be my favorite song and even in my top 20 it rings true and I cannot wait to see what else they have in store for us

7. Martini Blue by DPR Live (Mr. Hong Dabin came for my edges with this track and he got them!! I LOVE this song and the video is just. Art.)

6. 134340 by BTS (CALL IT BY ITS NAME! 134340 crawled so the LY series could walk! The BARS in this song are nearly unmatched and Rap Line did everything as did vocal line. This song is groovy. Wavy. And I love it)

5. Trivia: Seesaw by BTS (Yoongi made a great soft pop sad song and you better believe I listened to it almost everyday since it dropped)

(latepost) been to @crumblecrew.id and checked out this little stand @kookie.do selling a variety of edible cookie dough in cups or cones and I had a double flavour of salted caramel and chocolate chips... kinda like ice-cream but ain’t ice-cream. Think of the time when u’re making a batch of cookies and you have the left over mix stuck onto your mixing bowl and you swipe your finger across the bowl with all that gooey cookie mix and sticking that finger into your mouth! Just like a little kid... best part about this gourmet edible cookie dough is if you can’t finish it, just bring it home and stick it onto a baking tray and bake your own cookies with it! Hello there Nonny!!! Aww sweetie I’m so happy you’ve enjoyed my work, it means a lot to me, truly! Unfortunately I have to admit that I’ve not read any recent Mysme work so I can’t give you recommendations from truly active writers. As you must know however there are a couple of writers such as @guacameowle and @promiscuous-jalapeno who are both pillars of the fanfic community for MM and their work is just phenomenal. In case you’ve not read their work, I highly recommend it as they are amazing. Other writers include @illneverrecover @suzunesays @kookiedoe @feelsgood-anon @juminssi @reifromrfa - all great writers! Another thing you can do is look up zines! Like the Juminfanzine or saeranfanzine or the love for all seasons project and you’ll be able to find current writers who create great content for MM! I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help, alas I’ve not been active in the community for a while and am completely unaware of who is doing what nowadays. I wish you the best of luck finding all the amazing fanfics out there; may you have many hours of happy reading :)

A/N: I wanted to do something for some people this Holiday season, so I wrote a drabble with their bias. The premise of the shenanigans are:

I picked a winter/cold/christmas theme, and a random prompt off a huge list, and tried my best to keep them sort. Key word is TRIED. =p

So hello miss @kookiedoe - I uhm. Well I wanted to do something for you since you’ve written some amazing things for me. I do hope you like it, specially since Jumin wished to take you on a sleigh ride, and I couldn’t tell him no.

Prompt: “All I need, is for you to stay by my side.” Characters: Jumin x Reader Song Reference: Nancy Wilson - That’s what I want for Christmas Word Count: 568

One of these times you knew you’d get through to him, that he didn’t need to go above and beyond for you so much. All you really wanted was to spend time with him, despite his busy schedule with the upcoming holiday. But this was not quite how you imagined you’d be doing so.

Your eyes went wide as you took in the picture perfect scene in front of you. The old sleigh, the two beautiful horses that were harnessed to it with Driver Kim holding the reigns who gave you a gentle smile and a light tip of his hat in greeting before you looked up at Jumin and tilted your head gently.

“What’s all this?”

He smiled softly as he looked down at you, “Just a small surprise, My love.” before leaning to gently kiss your forehead.

When you hummed softly and smiled, he gently took your hand in his and led you up to the sleigh, helping you to sit comfortably. He settled in next to you, and covered the two of you up in several, very warm, wool blankets. Gently taking your hand in his a moment he gave it a gentle squeeze before he spoke softly.

“Driver Kim, if you please.”

With a gentle nod, Driver Kim gently snapped the reigns, the sound of the golden bells on the horses harnesses filled the air as they started off at a slow walk before he brought them up to a trot. Jumin gently wrapped his arm about your shoulders and brought you closer to him.

“Jumin, you do know that you didn’t have to do all this.”

You heard him hum softly as he lightly squeezed your shoulder, effectively drawing you closer to his chest. “I know, my love, but I wanted to do something a little bit special, since I have been so busy lately.”

“You spoil me too much.” you said with a giggle.

He smiled down at you fondly, petting a gloved finger gently along your jaw, before he gently dipped his head and kissed you gently. When he drew back from that gentle kiss, he leaned back against the seat, and pulled you to him so that he could rest his chin gently on top of your head. After a few moments, you went wide eyed, and clung to his coat as he had begun to sing.

“Anyone can wish for all the trinkets in the window, some can even buy the things they see. But the presents that I want you’ll never find in any window, bring me love and bring it just for me.”

You slowly pulled away from him to look up into his eyes. He smiled to you more so, and gently moved his hand to lightly cup your cheek, his thumb petting gently. 

“When you come home at night, take me in your arms and hold me and kiss me, and say you love me, love me, love me…” he dipped his head gently, and brushed his nose against yours. “That’s what I want for Christmas.”

His smile grew as you brought your hand up to gently rest it against his, your eyes misting over a little before he gently lowered his head to speak softly in your ear.

“All I need is for you to stay by my side, my love. Promise me you’ll stay, and let me cherish you, this Christmas, and always.”

2017 in a capsule

2018 has already arrived in the other part of the world. 

2017 has probably the year where I delved most into being taught lessons: life and in business. 

I know that I have severely taken a step back in writing because I had pivoted to start my business, Read it to me, to support writers and authors get their stories out into the world. Even with this going all on, I still met new people and treasured the people who have stayed with me. 

@hifftn who was my first ever friend in Tumblr after my divorce. Our rp keeps my muse thriving and alive. My admiration for you as a mother and a friend only grows each time. Thank you for our friendship. I know I haven’t been the best person always but you are one of the closest friends I have that stuck with me through thick and thin. I love you and wish only the best for you and your family.

@valogirl My Tumblr wifey. We still kept in contact and I appreciate our friendship. Thank you for being in my life.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Besides the other two things I listed… hmm. I would have to say - spending my time and effort to help someone just to have them not listen. Whether that be with advice, or physical help, or whatever - they ask for my opinion, and then they just… do the complete opposite. UGH. Also… people who click pens over and over. Fun fact - I almost got kicked out of my SATs because some bnch wouldn’t stop clicking her pen and I threatened to jam it down her esophagus.

Do you know if hyyh pt. 2 is supposed to be a repackage album or a new mini album altogether? I was under the impression that it would have the same songs as pt. 1 just with Nevermind and Butterfly added to it, but it just occurred to me that pt. 2 might have a completely different tracklist altogether.
