Braids for Scylla and Fidar at the horse rescue. Too hot to not put their beautiful hair up! They were so good and patient. No need for halters or crossties.

I'm alive!
Finally back to making things after losing all my files.
This time, I actually modelled something. A true feat.
A lot of people have been wanting actual cross ties for their horses, and I'm here to oblige as best I can! They aren't perfect by any means, but I did my best LOL.
I'm not a blender pro, so bare with me here.
These are standalone objects that come in 2 pieces, left and right, with 9 swatches total (3 tie colors, 3 metal colors).
This was the best way I found to do things with the way I had to fiddle to line these up with the halter rings. They do NOT move with the horse, they are purely for aesthetics/use with poses.
They do clip a little bit into the horse's face, but its the closest I could get. I'm aware there's some "details" missing that I could have added, but shhhhh, it took me so long to import these into S4S for some reason that I'm fed up with it now and am releasing these as a V1 kinda deal that I will likely tweak later.
I've included a tiny posepack to go with it, place the teleporter approximately one square behind the crossties to get the right positioning! (see image)
You will need
Horse Ranch
Andrew's Pose Player
Teleport Any Sim Mod
works best with the default "horse ranch" halter model and "cross tie poses" pack included for download also.

Well it's not EXACTLY what i promised but w/e more train blorbos as Cybertronians lol
Insanely happy with how well the shoes translated into the design, everything else may be tweaked in the future but those are permanent lol
Also came up with new names for them:
Emmet -> Crosstie
Ingo -> Stockrail
[now to work on some backstories n whatnot. i've been thinking a lot about my old Cybertron project and i may just pick it up again if i can make something of it.]
Also funny fact when i tried to upload the jpeg of this tumblr said it was way to big and that's how i found out i was working on a 55/22 inch canvas @ 600 dpi lmao my poor computer
#submas#pokemon crossover#transformers#maccadams#ingo#emmet#kind of#i need a new art tag#seriously my old ones get contaminated with others who have tagged their stuff that i reblog and i don't want to cause confusion#kicks' scribblings

Didn't really have the energy to train Rudi today, but the thing downright guilt tripped me into it
I just cannot say no when she is standing in the crossties, doing her very best tricks, beaming with pride and motivation 🥹

I am probably never writing out the Favonius Stables AU as a full fic, but over the past few months it's been prime rotating-at-the-barn fodder and I know at least the general shape of the plot! To which this scene is semi-related.
---
By the time Amber has Bunny ready, Collei still hasn't arrived. She frowns; Collei is sometimes a little late, but she'd been so excited for her first lesson. She checks her texts, then puts Bunny's halter back on over the bridle and clips him back into the crossties. She'll have to go looking.
As she steps into the aisle, Noelle comes around the corner, leading Blossom towards the washbays.
"Noelle! Have you seen Collei? She's running late, and she hasn't texted me yet."
"Oh, yes! Mr. Kaeya caught her in the tack room. He closed the door when I went out, so I didn't catch what for."
There's something weird about that. Probably it's nothing--Kaeya's an instructor, even if he's not giving this lesson, so it might be advice or something about her gear--but Amber feels uneasy anyway. Noelle looks faintly baffled, too. Kaeya doesn't generally keep his critiques private.
"Can you keep an eye on Bunny for a moment? I'm going to see what's taking so long," Amber says, and dashes off towards the tack room as soon as Noelle nods.
Through the door, she can hear Collei's voice, raised, though she can't make out the words. Kaeya, unusually loud, cuts across it. Amber can't tell what he's saying, either, but she flings the door open to find him right on the other side of it, blocking it, drawn up and tense while Collei glares from across the room. There's fear under the fury; the way she's shifting, it's like she's trying to figure out how to bolt.
"-just saying it's interesting that Dr. Zandik's adoptive daughter would be so interested in our barn just as we're having an Eleazar breakout," Kaeya is saying, his tone biting and cold. He glances back at Amber. "Ah, here's our little bunny at last. Tell me, Amber, has your new friend told you anything about her family?"
"I don't need to know anything about them to know you're being a jerk!" Amber kicks him solidly in the back of the knee.
From his words, Kaeya might have been expecting her, but he certainly hadn't expected that. His leg folds, and he staggers sideways, catching himself at the last minute on a saddle-rack. The moment he clears the doorway, Collei bolts for it. Amber tries to get out of her way, but Collei doesn't go past her, she turns around and plants herself in it, in front of Amber, squared up like she's expecting Kaeya to hit back.
"I haven't done anything to you! Leave me alone!"
"Nothing, huh?" Kaeya gets himself on his feet and looks at them both with that cold-eyed, unsmiling look. "You really expect me to believe that?"
"Kaeya, stop!" Amber puts a hand on Collei's arm, then winces apologetically when Collei shrugs it off. "Sorry- but listen, there's no way she could have given any of our horses Eleazar! She's not pooping in the field or anything, that's gross. I don't care if you're worried about Waltz, if you say anything else to her, I'll- I'll tell Jean and Eula. I'm telling Jean anyway."
Collei glances back at her, eyes wide in alarm. "Don't do that. I don't want to make trouble-"
"Kaeya's the one making trouble. He can't treat students like this." Amber glares at him again. "Jean's going to be so mad at you."
"Oh, I'm sure she will."
Kaeya is still looking at them with that uncanny look, and for a moment, Amber thinks he's going to- to what? He can't do anything to them without getting in a lot of trouble, and however scary that expression is and however mean he was being to Collei, it's not like he actually would. He catches her eye, though, and she still feels a chill down the back of her neck.
Then Kaeya shakes his head and smiles, conciliatory and completely fake, holding his hands up in front of him. "You're right, Amber. She certainly couldn't have given our horses anything through traditional transmission methods. I might have let my concern about Waltz get the best of me. My apologies, Miss Collei, and if you don't mind I'll go convey my regrets to Jean myself."
"I'm still telling her," Amber warns him. "Don't try and twist anything around."
"Of course not. I think I may need to take some time off work, if this is the way I'm acting around students. Go on, you two, enjoy your lesson."
"Come on," Amber hisses to Collei when she stays standing stiff and braced in the doorway, hands clenched into fists. This time she resists the urge to tug on her arm. "Bunny's all ready to ride, and Eula hates when people are late."
Turning to her, Collei nods and steps down into the aisle. She marches off towards the washbays without looking back, but her fists are still clenched, and her back doesn't relax until they're around the corner and out of Kaeya's sight. Amber glances back once as they make the turn to see him watching them from the door, still with that fake smile. He raises a hand to her in casual salute, and she glares and turns away.
Amber has to speed up a few steps to catch up with Collei. "Don't let Kaeya ruin your first ride just because he's a jerk. Bunny's the best horse there is, you'll see."
Collei's glance over at her is unexpectedly startled. For a second she freezes, wide-eyed, as if she isn't sure how to take Amber's smile. Then she smiles back, soft and relieved.
"I promise you won't regret letting me ride him."
Grinning now, Amber gives her a thumbs-up. "You're gonna do great! I just know it."
It takes only a minute to get the crossties unfastened and the halter back off, and then she holds the reins out to Collei, who takes them with a bright-eyed excitement that makes Amber all the more excited herself. She offers as much last-minute advice as she can think of as she leads Collei out to the ring where Eula is waiting, leaving Kaeya's weird looks and bad behavior behind. It doesn't matter how mean he is. Collei is going to have a great time--she'll make sure of it.

I am Emmet. Ingo is having a verrry hard time speaking. That is alright. I will do so for him. I don't mind returning the favor for all the times he spoke for me.
He has been here since he went missing. He doesn't remember anything before. The only thing he remembered was my name. And he named a weird jellyfish Freight. I can't believe that's one of the few things he remembers. When we get home, I am going to show him the trains again.
?Fr??eight?
Sorry Ingo. I didn't mean anything bad by it. It's a wonderful name. I named my eels similar things. This is Maglev, Bullet, Metro, Boxcar…
…
I am Emmet. Whoever put us here made a big mistake, yup! There are now two of those drones that start the waves on this island.
We are going to break one and see what happens.
…
Well that was anticlimactic.
I am Emmet. It was verrry difficult to break the drone. Whatever it is made of is sturdy. We managed, though. It freaked out and opened a portal. Maybe it went to go get repairs. We followed it here.
It doesn't look like the simulated island. And it doesn't look like Petrichor V. We are standing- I am standing on a floating chunk of rock. Ingo is… also floating. Since when could you do that…?
???
Nevermind. It is not important, nope! What is important is that we figure out where we are now. And what we do. We are still not in range of the Safe Travels.
S?afe?
Yup! That is the ship I took to come find you. It is a rescue ship. You were on the Contact Light, a bulk freighter.
Frei??ght?
Ah. No. A freighter is a ship designed to carry cargo. Freight is what we call that cargo.
Im??porta?nt.
…Is it safe for you to touch…? Nevermind. I am Emmet. I am glad you had someone.
…
I am Emmet. I am tired of this stupid poison air. It is dumb and annoying and everywhere. My suit! Should protect me! From environmental hazards! But whatever this is does not care about things like airtight space suits.
?Voi?d hu??rts.
Yup. But at least it only happens when we activate these odd beacons. They are sending some kind of signal. I know that sounds verrry dumb and reckless. But nothing else here does anything.
There are these weird round containers, but opening them feels like getting hit by a train. What kind of box hurts you to open it? All that for a weird bug that infected one of my eelektross, and an alien device. Ingo tried to grab it, but I stopped him. Something about it felt malicious. Touching unknown tech does not pass safety checks. I did not open any more after the first one. I don't want to lose any more eels.
That just left these beacons. I activated one and the fog came back and we were attacked again. They were more crab-like creatures like the one I saw on Petrichor V. They are verrry dangerous. They almost killed Ingo.
I don't think they want us to activate the signals. But I am confused as to why they stop coming when the signal stabilizes. From my scouting earlier, there are four in total. They have plenty of time to kill us. Why stop when we finish one? What are the signals even doing? Something is not right here.
Fish?y.
Was that a pun? Ingo???
…
I am Emmet. We activated all of the signals. Another portal appeared.
We have been sitting here for a while. I don't like the portal. I have gone through two already. It doesn't go well. Not that finding Ingo was bad. But I highly doubt this goes home.
Tr?ack??s.
You're right. There is nothing else to do. Nowhere else to go. These are our only tracks forward. I still don't like it.
…
It's another floating wasteland. This island looks like a donut. It seems purposeful. Not random.
Lik?e an aren??a.
That's not ominous. Nope. Not at all.
…
Oh dragons. Sweet swords of justice, what is that.
RU??N
Where's the shield generator. I'm out of mines. Everyone, fire at will- CROSSTIE!
Dammit. Crosstie is down. Maglev and Boxcar are damaged. Dammit dammit dammit.
I am Emmet. I need to- I need to get them. I need to fix them. I can't let them-
EMMET

Table & Yard Equipment: Everything You Need
Whether you are new to running a stable or have been caring for horses your entire life, there are always new things to learn about proper equine care. Understanding what to feed your horses, how to groom them effectively with the right horse grooming brushes, how to keep them comfortable throughout the year, and how to engage them with plenty of exercises is crucial. As a responsible horse owner, creating a safe and comfortable environment is essential, and this requires significant effort. This is why we, at Ride Every Stride, have brought you this essential guide to advise you on several important steps and everything you need.
Stable Equipment
Cleaning your horse’s stable is among the biggest responsibilities for horse owners. To ensure that your horse’s stable yard is always properly equipped, you must have the following items:
Feed buckets
Water buckets for your horse to drink from (keeping two buckets is advisable)
Manure fork for mucking out
Hay nets
Rubber mats for the stable floor
Wheelbarrow for manure and dirty shavings, making it easier to move dirty bedding over the manure pile
A rake, which is useful for ensuring you don’t miss any droppings in the shavings and for making the bedding even and flat
Yard Equipment
Your stable is not the only area that needs cleaning; the yard requires attention as well. Here’s a list of some extra horse stable accessories you will need to keep the paddocks, aisleways, crossties, and other areas clean:
A scooper for picking manure
A broom for sweeping stable floors
A pair of scissors for yard jobs
A vacuum, which is optional but quicker than sweeping
A big box for keeping your hat, tack, boots, etc., safe
Hosepipe to wash dirty and muddy areas
Grooming and Care Equipment
You may already be performing cleaning and storing to ensure your horse looks and feels good. However, it’s easy to overlook essential accessories. Here are basic horse grooming and care accessories you should not miss:
Horse grooming brushes: body brush, curry comb, soft brush, etc.
Shampoo
Hoof pick
Sponges
A first-aid kit that includes vet wrap, bandages, wound sprays or creams, cotton wool, scissors, thermometer, syringe, etc.
Feed Room Equipment
Stable yards do not only contain horses; mice and rats can also be uninvited visitors. Keeping your feed room clean and organized is essential to maintain hygiene and reduce the risk of pests:
Feed scoops for dispensing an even quantity of food
Feed bins to keep feed items in a closed container
Scales to measure supplements and feed accurately
Essential Horse Stable Accessories
Rubber Matting
Rubber matting is quite useful for fields and stables. Placing rubber matting into your stable means you can use less bedding and reduce mud if placed around the gate in a field.
Haynets
A haynet is indispensable; your horse may break them easily, so having several on hand is crucial.
Lockable Tack Storage
Lockable tack storage is great for livery yards. You can buy a sturdy container for storage or build one at home.
Feed Bins
If your horse gives you a hard time while feeding, feed bins are one of the most important horse stall accessories. They keep feed bags safe from pests like mice and rats.
Towels
Towels are important for drying off your horse’s face after a stroll in the rain or after bathing them in cold weather.
In addition to stable accessories, having the right horse riding equipment is essential for a successful riding experience. Invest in quality saddles, bridles, and riding apparel to enhance both comfort and performance during your rides.
Choosing the right equipment for your horse’s stable is always necessary. Your horse should have access to fresh, clean water at all times via water troughs and easy access to food. At Ride Every Stride, you will find all the necessary horse stall drapes and other accessories to cater to your stable requirements. We also offer custom stable accessories for your horse. So, browse through our website today to get custom stable accessories and keep your horse in the best shape.

Someone was NOT on their best behavior on Friday...
Laura, Eli's owner, bought a small trailer and was practicing how to park it. She wasn't going fast and it wasn't making noise. Amba found it concerning when I started grooming her, but for ten minutes she didn't do anything other than stare at it. But then, the moment I turned the hose on to give her a bath, she broke out of the crossties and destroyed her halter. She went away at a leisurely trot. Was she nervous? Yes. Was she terrified? I think not. Regardless, since she let me catch her easily, I did not punish her, even though I had doubts as to whether she was truly scared or just avoiding a bath.
She was good for about another half an hour. I then decided to free lunge her in the round pen because it was hot and stuffy in the indoor. It was around 5:00, so the other horses were being brought in for their dinner. Amba did not like it, and started cantering around and head tossing, and ignoring the "walk" verbal cue she knows prefectly well. Again, was she nervous/agitated? Yes. But was she so worked up that she was incapable of listening? No.
So went I from being proud of her earlier in the week to quite irritated. This honestly annoyed me more than her stepping on my foot and ripping out the nail, because at least that was a genuine spook that couldn't be helped.
Another contributing factor to the misbehavior was probably that the side paddocks with long grass had been opened, and she did not want to leave that good grazing to be groomed and worked.

oh speaking of horses! my instructor has had me riding different horses at our farm and each one has been teaching me new things even though it’s a little hard to get used to each guy’s quirks but today she had me ride this one guy who i’ve been in lessons with when he had other riders and tbh i was a bit nervous bc he seemed to have quite a few ticks (his tummy is sensitive apparently, i had to tack him up in crossties and Not in his stable bc he bites, doesn’t like taking the bit And we have to use this honest to god couch cushion foam pad thing under his saddle that we Constantly have to readjust… etc….) but he was Such a sweetheart to ride? he listened to me So well and my instructor told me she trusted me on him bc how well i keep my hands still and she complimented my position and riding all through the lesson!!!
#like i was so ready to fall off but even jumping him was easy… I LOVE HORSESSSSAS#also my instructor gave me this comically long crop to use and it kept getting stuck between my leg#nothing beats the feeling of having a great lesson like today and walking home in the sun and looking forward to next time#i’m soooooooooo happy to be aliveeeeees
