Carob Cookie, the adoptive father of St. Brandy Cookie.

He used to be the best Delivery Train engineer, until one day a severe accident put him into an early retirement. Now he spends his days tending to the upkeep of holiday cabins; it might not be the same as delivering presents, but if folks still get to enjoy their holidays he's not too bothered.

Although it'd make his job easier if his guests weren't terrified of him....

(I'll give a crisp hi-five to however can guess the joke with his name—its obvious but I still find it funny-)
