Made some #ShitOnAShingle for breakfast. I rinsed the jarred dried beef and used unsalted butter, tried to balance the salt with some pepper, onion powder and paprika. I made the sauce a touch too thick, but I hate a sauce or gravy that is too runny. Both kids actually ate it, but I think they just liked the temporary free pass of being allowed to say "shit on a shingle." @bcarroll_13 & I had seconds! A big plate of one of my 'All Time Favorites'. Good old 'CCBOT', better know as 'Creamed Chipped Beef Of Toast'. ❤❤🥞🐈❤❤ It's been one of my favorite since I was a tot. ❤ I was recently in the 'Hospital'. 'Cream Chipped Beef' is pretty easy on the tummy so I figured it would be the perfect first non liquid meal for me to have since returning home from the hospital a couple days ago after a incident with some 'Mondo Traumatizing' 'Headaches' and 'Tummy Malfunctions'. ❤❤😺❤❤ I made it myself and it was good. However..... this little 'Tilly Billie Beggar' thought that I should give this 'Homecooked Meal' to her instead of eating it myself. ❤ Sorry 'Missy Sassafrassy'.
