I know that it's common fanon belief to see Starlo as the younger sibling between him and Orion, but I actually like the idea of Starlo being the older brother and what it means for his family dynamic. Generally, the older sibling is expected to be the more responsible and mature sibling in the family. There's this expectation that the older sibling sets an example for the younger sibling(s) and that they'll look after the family/business once the parents get too old to do so themselves. So, what does it mean when the older sibling sorta betrays those familial expectations by behaving immaturely and ditching the family to do their own thing?

I'm trying to figure out how to put this into words in a clear and concise way, but I feel like if it's a case of Starlo being the younger brother, then there's this sorta "Ah, that's just the younger brother acting like a kid, y'know how it is. He'll grow out of it" dynamic, whereas if Starlo is the older brother, then it's more of a "Okay, he should've grown out of this by now, why's he still acting like this? Even Orion is more mature than him; what is going on?" sorta deal. (This frustration would be especially felt by Orion, who has to pick up Starlo's slack in his stead because his older brother isn't mature enough to work like he's supposed to!!!)

These are just personal musings, don't take my word as gospel! You can still do tons of interesting things with the Sunnyside family while having Starlo be the younger brother and Orion the older one. I just find myself gravitating more towards seeing Starlo as the older sibling.

#idk how much grounds i have to speak on this because I'm the youngest sibling in my family and I'm not all that close with my older sibling #(nothing crazy going on there. we just grew into different people and we don't interact much in our daily lives)#but like. with older siblings there's generally all these heavier expectations around you. you're supposed to be what your #younger sibling looks up to. you're supposed to set the bar that the rest of your siblings get measured against.#so what does it mean when--from the family's perspective--you set the bar pretty low by running off from your family/responsibilities #and dedicate your life to LARPing as a cowboy?#obviously Starlo's family loves him. but they don't seem all too supportive. Orion is annoyed by his brother's antics.#Crestina expects him to grow out of it. Solomon is the most positive about it but that's bc he thinks that Starlo did it to #indirectly save the family business.#they only seem to come around post true-pacifist when Starlo opens up to them more and they sell corn in the W.E.#there's something that's lingering on the tip of my tongue about this but i can't articulate it.#something something age =/= maturity and all that? i guess?#char: starlo #char: orion

Currently thinking of an Angel AU where Sanji is one of Cupid's angels for the past 800 years. He makes people fall in love. And for angels of love to ascend, reincarnate or reborn they're given specific clients that he needs to fall in love.

But he has a problem. A mold problem. He only has one client left that he needs to fall in love. And it's the lone wandering swordsman with an odd memorable green hair. And no matter what Sanji does. No matter who he matches the swordsman with as every new lifetime pass, the man just never falls.

And so, as Sanji begrudgingly stands on the swordsman's grave alone, he swore that on the man's next life (11th) he will make him fall in love by hook or by crook.

Sanji's sin was Zoro fell in love him and sanji was starting to love him back #to save sanji. zoro was willing to rip & offer his heart up. but doing would remove his feelings but also he can never feel love #or fall in love ever again. zoro says its okay. he didn't want to fall in love with someone that isn't sanji #sanji still doesn't want to bc its the first time zoro felt love in centuries he'd known him. he didn't want to take it away from him.#sanji “dies” but since he was able to make zoro fall in love he passed his rebirth. cupid was moved by their love #so sanji was reborn in the current lifetime with his memories with zoro intact. they met each other after 2 years he “died”#they reunited. zoro met the strawhats during the 2 years.#the end #omg that was pretty long

Crazy how despite Mikan's love for gory movies and blood, she doesn't do an over the top murder. She doesn't even do a medical themed murder despite it being the main focus of the chapter. (Only one of her victims was a patient and she just strangled her)

i’m not entirely sure if it counts, but the closest thing hypmic i think has gotten to this as a concept is the base line melody that loops throughout ore ga ichiro (underneath all the keyboard noises and synth) is the main melody in faces, except in faces it’s in reverse. ichiro may not have entirely been calling out rei but rei sure answered lol

I do like dogs but why do so many dog owners act like youre some kind of freak if you get nervous around their animals. Like I have nothing against your german shepherd I promise but why are you treating me like a mass murderer because I don't want your dog to jump on me
