I hope this isn't too late, but introducing Haven Tongol for @cowplant-pizza's roommates wanted! Haven is a lovesick island girl whose attending university to pursue an economics degree! Her dream is to become a famous environmental manager, starring in nature documentaries and ultimately writing a best-selling book on the importance of protecting the environment. Though her career prospects are pretty solid, her love life is a dramatic mess. She falls deep and hard for people, aspiring to find the love of her life though easily swayed by sims with brown eyes and maybe not the best of intentions. She practically invented bi-panic. ♡

Day 8 - Challenge Day

It's time to take a field trip! Today our challenge is taking place in Sulani. Everyone is thrilled to have a supposed beach day (don't mind Hans, he's constantly pouting) and Toni even started making a sand sculpture!

But I didn't take everyone here just for everyone to have fun on the beach. No beach episodes here! Instead... I have a much more entertaining activity in mind.

Hehehe... While everything seemed to be going well, the ground suddenly began to shake, and the active volcano on the neighboring island began to spew ash...

And before everyone knew it, the small island everyone was on was bombarded by volcanic rocks! Willabelle narrowly escaped being crushed by not one, but two giant rocks that hurdled straight toward her!

Did I just summon a volcanic eruption at will? Absolutely. Let's just say I can make anything happen... Anything.

Now, what's the challenge? Well, I summoned this eruption because this challenge's movie genre is action, and no action movie is complete without giant burning objects hurdling towards you! But what are we gonna do with these rocks exactly?

The teams will be harvesting the riches within these volcanic rocks, and the team whose stash of riches is the more valuable than the other will win invincibility! This challenge will also come with a standard elimination, to give ourselves a break from the new and scary last challenge!

Once again, due to uneven teams we will be sidelining one contestant, this time from the Big-Names as they are now the bigger team! Before I could spin my wheel, however, Neal decided to book it and he swam away to the other island, so... I guess I won't be needing my wheel today!

Our remaining contestants got cracking, breaking apart each piece of rock! Paulina strikes it rich and earns 136 simoleons from 3 different treasures while Willabelle only manages to retrieve a single broken fossil, which only earns her 10 simoleons... Coffee and Drew fill out the middle with their 54 and 78 simoleons respectively.

i wanted to create a legacy challenge that focusses on the parent-child relationship and how that impacts their adult life. (i know growing together would be the perfect pack for this challenge, but i can't afford it rip)

Wanda WAS still pregnant at the Summerville's beach party, I thought so! Well congratulations and it looks like Korey is a definite girl dad, that makes number three for him and I haven't even made it through an entire rotation yet!

Not sure which townie Mindy is, but yikes! I hardly ever get notifications of sims getting fired! I wonder what she did!

Pulled from slumber by a ringing cellphone and crying children. Malika is definitely close to that imaginary friend of hers, she plays with it all the time! Gotta say, in a full house like this, it is super handy.

It was off to work again for both Marley and Aimee. Considering the amount of children you are watching, girl, you should be charging more! Not us though...we can't afford it, LOL!

A while ago it was suggested to me that Cowplants make good paparazzi control...Now if you know me, you know that I've actually been done with the St. Bernie playthrough for weeks now, (part of the way through Pleasant Isle actually) so I hadn't even thought of that at the time this was played, buuuttt...there's always next round! These two ladies right here are the most ANNOYING Sim Paparazzi I've encountered in a while! What do you mean showing up this late at night to ring the bell! We have little kids, five of them, who are needing to get to sleep!

Just some appreciation pictures of the bright colors I used to decorate this home! This one and the one the Williams previously lived in are two of the brightest on the island! Also snuck in an adorable picture of Myles biting the head off what looks to be a Ken Doll, LOL!

Oh boy! Korey is surprise, surprise not paying on any of his three daughters and Freddie! Sir! I just moved poor Nickolas back to Ivy's home for the rest of the year and you already can't afford payments! It's the least you could do after leaving the poor kid in your DRIVEWAY in the middle of a hailstorm!

Working full time as a teacher and running after those five kids, and now on top of that you've got a big $50,000 loan to pay back...I'd be stressed too.

And it looks like one of the babies is crying again. And hey! Myles is still up too!

Turn that phone on silent for the night! You both need some sleep!

Tomorrow is Spooky Day, and while I don't think we'll do anything big, it will be nice to at least be off of work!

Betta Biosim

A sim Request from @cowplant-snacks

Meet Betta, a young marine biologist who spends most of her time off the shores of Sulani. She was born and raised on the islands, primarily by her Da, an ocean cartographer, after her mom, who was a marine biologist herself, passed away when she was young. Her parents had her later in life and thus an only child. Because her Da never got over her mom dying, he became somewhat of a recluse, so Betta spent a lot of time alone and a lot of time in the water talking to her "friends." About 3 years ago, her Da passed away, so she spent most of her days in the ocean, learning and exploring the marine life around her. Betta is socially awkward, geek of epic proportions but if she warms up to you, you might just see some of her EPIC dance moves( poor baby cant dance a lick but don't tell her). Oh and don't dare bring up her big ol glasses as they were actually her Da's and when he died she had her prescription set to fit his frames and aside from sleep and being in the ocean you will never see her without them

Well, the consequences were a little less intense, since Rapunzel's death flower finally bloomed in the winter, so there were a few more flowers on hand.

But still! Why does fear of cowplants stop you from interacting with every plant except the cowplant?? You even have the death fear now!!!

Teo had already talked about getting staying with Auntie Cass for a while to get some more life experiences; her place was also less isolated than the tiny island he'd grown up on.

He'd also get to bring Max, who for some reason no one liked except Teo. Poor Max.

And Tiana... well, she'd been ready to go for a while! And one of her attempts to duel her mama had finally snuck past the benevolent god.

It was a bit of an odd choice for a goodbye moment, but it worked just fine for the two little weirdo princesses.

Of course, Rapunzel just had to squeeze in one final victory.

Tiana may have been baba's girl, but Karim was 100% Rapunzel's cheerleader!

With that, it was time for the twins to say goodbye and leave the nest.

Karim couldn't wait to see where his little girl's dream would go; hopefully he'd stick around long enough to see the end of the ride!

Rapunzel's ride had been a good one, and she could pass the torch to her daughter knowing she'd done everything she'd ever wanted.

With that, it was time for Rapunzel and Karim to enjoy the rest of the Happily Ever After.

Crazy Chaos Legacy Challenge

Generation 1 - Rough Beginnings

Must have at least 3 careers.

Before changing to a new career , you must reach rank 3 of that career. DO NOT exceed level 4 of that career. Once you have reached rank 3 or 4, switch to a new career. After doing this, at least, twice, you may settle on a third career and advance as far as you please.

Must get married and have a child.

After the baby has been born, the sim you married must be killed by a cowplant before the baby becomes a child. (The sim must be eaten twice, and not brought back to life once dead.)

If you adopt or have a science baby, your sim has 1 in game week to be eaten and killed by the cowplant.

If the sim is still alive by the time the infant ages up, shift click kill them, cheat half of your money away (rounded down), & change to a new career.

Generation 2 - Revenge

Driven by rage of not having your other birth parent to be there with you through life, you become angry and hateful, convinced your other parent is at fault for their death. As a result, you have developed a thirst for blood.

Required trait: Evil

Join the criminal career.

Make friends and kill them by luring them onto your property and locking them away. If your parent is still alive, kill them too.

Generation 3 will receive 100 simoleons for each best friend lured and killed.

Money may ONLY be added AFTER your heir becomes a young adult.

Generation 3 - Rage

Having lived with an evil parent, there’s a voice calling from within you, and it sounds animalistic.

Must have at least 1 of the following traits: Hot headed, high maintenance, erratic, mean, jealous, evil

Must become a werewolf (if you aren’t one already.)

Join the Wildfangs and become the new Alpha.

Find and marry your fated mate.

This task is optional. You are free to marry whoever you wish.

Cure yourself and any other members of your household and turn back into a human.

Generation 4 - Hero

A taste for adventure has left you feeling curious, and the sands of StrangerVille are calling your name.

Must complete StrangerVille gameplay by defeating The Mother.

Complete StrangerVille Mystery aspiration and receive the “Hero of StrangerVille” trait.

Must be in the military career.

Visit a hidden world.

Sylvan Glade (Base Game)

Cave of Sulani (Island Living)

Planet Sixam (Get to Work)

Must get married to a sim that you meet at the gym.

Generation 5 - Rise & Fall of Fame

Wow! A hero for a parent? That’s incredible! How could you ever step out of that shadow and become your own person? Wait! What’s that? Is that…a red carpet for you?

Must have the following traits: self absorbed & mean.

Become a celebrity and get a bad reputation.

Advance as far as you wish as a celebrity.

After you are happy with your celebrity status, start causing problems and scandals. You could start fights, be rude to friends and fans,etc. Be as crazy and chaotic as you can.

Generation 6 - Fresh Air

Lights. Camera. Action. Your whole life has been spent watching your parent be hated in the spotlight. Maybe the spotlight isn’t for you. You crave clean air and a simple life away from the crowds and paparazzi. The life of a farmer.

Move to Henford-on-Bagley and start a farm.

You may have a career, but try to rely on animals, crops, and your farm as a heavy source of income.

Get married and cheat on your partner with Patchy the Scarecrow.

Go on a vacation to another world.

Max the gardening skill.

Raise, at least, 3 cowplants at the same time.

Generation 7 - Tough Choices

Your family’s past has left you conflicted. What does life have to offer you?

Flip a coin.

Heads: You get to live in your dream home. Without spending your own money, build or download the house of your dreams, no matter how big or expensive.

Have no less than 4 kids. Must try to have a set of twins. One of the twins will be the heir for the next generation.

On each of your birthdays, you must cheat away HALF of your money ( rounded down).

Must have Luminary’s Exotic Water Garden (shark pond from Get Famous) on your property.

After the twins finish highschool and become young adults, they must each jump into the pond, one after the other, until one of them dies. The survivor will be the next heir.

If you are fully unable to have twins, then the two eldest children will take turns jumping in the pond instead.

Tails: You must live in an off the grid tiny home, exceeding no more than 64 tiles.

You do not get to change the lot type to tiny home residential, and do not get to tiny home perks. Lot type must be a regular Residential.

You may not join a career. You must make money in other ways.

Your spouse may have a career, but you can not, purposely, help them level up past level 4 of their career. Any further promotion they get must come from their own autonomy or every day activities that leveled up a skill.

Generation 8 - Landlord

Growing up, you knew your house was different from your friends, and that has left you with the sweet taste of real estate.

Become a landlord and buy a residential rental.

For added chaos, be a cruel and unjust landlord. (optional)

Marry a resident of a property you own.

Kill a resident of a property you own.

Must have a female heir.

Generation 9 - Not Settling for anything

The apartment life just isn’t for you. You don’t know what you want in life, but you know you don’t want what your parents had.

Move to 3 different worlds.

Change jobs each time you move.

Do NOT get married.

Have children with 3 different people.

Have a child get taken away.

Break up 3 couples.

Generation 10 - Disowned

Your mother wasn’t a very good woman. You wonder if she ever loved you at all? She kicked you out and left you with nothing. Where do you go from here?

Move your heir to an empty lot, and cheat away all your money. The heir should be the only sim living here at the start of the generation. Play this generation as if it were rags to riches.

Do NOT get a job.

Pick two methods you would like to try and use to make money.

Make money, build a house, and start a family.

Generation 10 ends after your child becomes a young adult, or after you have successfully made 50 thousand simoleons.
