currently replaying the arcana and honestly lucio's route is the funniest one. not because it's written to be this way but because mc must be so fucking tired like imagine being them. you're magically connected to the ghost of the dead count who's super hot and horny and you make out with him once and now the two of you are kind of?? a thing??? but then you learn that he used to sacrifice human hearts to demons and you're like. oof. maybe I can fix that. but then his mother shows up and accuses him of killing his own father with some dark magic. You manage to convince her not to kill him but at this exact moment your teacher/best friend shows up with his long lost parents and apparently the count locked them up in some magic realm for some petty reasons?? like it just keeps going and going what do you even do in this situation lucio honey I can't keep protecting your ass

lucio soooooo has npd. finished his route today and there were several moments where i was like "this guy just has the worst unacknowledged npd ever". one day i'll replay and get specific screenshots but the stuff abt him wanting to be liked by everyone & acting like he's the best to cover up the fact he thinks he's the worst. oh and the fact he doesn't realise his actions actually effect other people (smth about low empathy/sympathy levels & being self-centred) & constantly tries to push blame onto other people/things so that nothing is his fault ever . and being obsessed with his appearance and creating the image of "perfect count lucio".
