Basically, I used to be taut, not muscle bound, but not pudgy. I've let being back here take everything from me. My drive to look and feel good, my passion, I even let it bring back my nasty smoking habit. My butt used to be a shelf, and my stomach was flat, at the very least. I'm not saying I'm ugly, but I'm not feeling myself as much. I let a diagnosis affect what I did for myself, I let it become the reason I didn't take care of myself. I did become a little depressed when the Army medically discharged me, but I'm home and working a job I love, being with strong and passionate people who actively look for my time and energy to be around, I'm happy with my life... I made this post in my private page and it's true! This can also apply to cosplay as well especially with a certain cosplayer and the issue that's happening. Some cosplayers might seem nice when you meet them and then be mean to other cosplayers and other people behind closed doors. There are people who will realize that the cosplayer isn't who they say they are (especially with proof) and will not associate with them and support the victim. Then there are others who will defend the cosplayer no matter what and blame the victim (even if there's proof showing that the cosplayer was the perpetrator) because they are pretty and/or they met the cosplayer one time and that person was "nice" to them. It's all up to you guys on how you want to deal with this. Legs Day! Not my best workout. Couldn’t get into two stations I wanted so had to ad-lib a little. — Started off with 4x4 of sumo deadlifts at 75% 1RM (315lbs). — I used a bar path app for the second video. Not nearly as straight as I thought it was. The bar is definitely dragging up and down my leg. SQUATMAS! Starting a new program to kick off the month. It’s gonna be super similar to what I did last year over the fall/winter. Compound lifts for strength building (weight based off percentages of 1RM) and then accessories for hypertrophy. — Today’s squats were 4x5 at 70% 1RM, so 225lbs. — Happy with my depth.
