Jupiter Solar Water Heaters – Leading the Way to a Greener Future.
1. Superior Thermal Conductivity
Copper is renowned for its exceptional thermal conductivity. This property allows copper solar water heaters to absorb and transfer heat more efficiently compared to other materials like aluminum or steel. The high thermal conductivity ensures that the maximum amount of solar energy is captured and converted into heat, providing consistent and reliable hot water even in less sunny conditions.
Tumblr media
2. Durability and Longevity
Copper is highly resistant to corrosion and can withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions. This durability translates to a longer lifespan for copper solar water heaters, reducing the need for frequent replacements and maintenance. Consequently, the long-term cost savings and reduced environmental impact from manufacturing fewer units make copper an ideal choice for sustainable energy solutions.
3. Antimicrobial Properties
A unique advantage of copper is its natural antimicrobial properties. This feature helps maintain cleaner water, as copper inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria and algae in the water heater. This not only ensures a safer water supply but also reduces the frequency of cleaning and maintenance required, further enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of the system.
4. Recyclability and Environmental Impact
Copper is one of the most recyclable materials available, and its use in solar water heaters aligns with the principles of a circular economy. At the end of their lifespan, copper solar water heaters can be recycled with minimal loss of material quality. This recyclability significantly reduces the environmental impact associated with mining and processing new copper, making it a more sustainable option compared to less recyclable materials.
5. Energy Efficiency and Cost Savings
The efficiency of copper solar water heaters translates directly into energy and cost savings for consumers. By harnessing solar energy, these systems reduce the dependency on traditional fossil fuels and lower utility bills. Over time, the initial investment in a copper solar water heater pays off through reduced energy costs and minimal maintenance expenses.
6. Enhanced Performance in Varied Climates
Copper’s excellent thermal properties and durability make it suitable for diverse climatic conditions. Whether in hot, sunny regions or colder, less predictable environments, copper solar water heaters perform consistently, providing a reliable source of hot water year-round. This adaptability makes them an attractive option for a wide range of geographic locations.
Conclusion
As the world seeks sustainable and efficient energy solutions, copper solar water heaters are proving to be a leading technology in the green energy revolution. Their superior thermal conductivity, durability, antimicrobial properties, recyclability, and overall efficiency make them a standout choice. By investing in copper solar water heaters, consumers and industries alike can contribute to a more sustainable future while enjoying the practical benefits of this advanced technology. The green energy revolution is here, and copper solar water heaters are leading the way.

You were extremely annoyed.
Last night was… a mess. And you didn’t even have the time to ruminate on it since your day started off late — you missed your bus, you had to take an uber to campus, you made a stupid mistake on your quiz and lost three marks because of it, and to top it all off you had to walk home in the rain because you forgot to check the weather forecast for the afternoon.
You were cold, shivering a little, hair sticking to your forehead, damp and kinda gross. It was an odd feeling to be sweating while the weather was so cold but it couldn’t be helped as you rushed into your apartment, only stopping to finally take a breath when you entered the elevator.
You leaned against the elevator walls, pushing your hair off of your cheeks. There was no way today could get worse.
Your phone buzzed in your pocket and as you pulled it out, you took a deep breath in. Heeseung’s bright smile graced your screen, the name ‘Hee-man🧍‍♂️’ at the top.
“Oh god,” you muttered to yourself. It was bracing, those tense three seconds where you wait whilst deciding whether to pick up the phone or let it keep ringing. Truth be told, you loved your boyfriend, you loved him to the ends of the earth, but after such a shitty fight the night before, followed by such a shitty day, well…
You exhaled, and answered the call.
“Hi,” your voice was soft.
“Hey.”
You felt your stomach flip. Two years and you still could not control that reaction every time you heard his voice.
more under cut !!
Heeseung sighed before continuing, “Look, I know you had long classes today, and I know all you wanna do is just relax but… I was hoping we could talk?”
“Um,” you glanced at the number on the elevators monitor, your floor was next. “Okay, yeah, okay.” It was like you were trying to convince yourself that it would be alright. “It’s just that, I only just got home.”
“That’s fine,” Heeseung chuckled, “I’m at your apartment.”
You froze, almost forgetting to get off the elevator as the door opened. “I- what?”
It was like you could see Heeseung shrugging as he went “Mhm, I was hoping you’d say yes.”
“A bit presumptuous, huh?”
“I like to think it’s because I know you so well,” he chuckled.
You slowed down your pace, a few steps away from your door.
It was never fun to fight with him, the few fights you’ve had you’d resolved quickly, but last night was different. It was the first time either of you went to bed without fixing things. But even in the midst of nerves and the buzzing sensation from how overstimulated you were from your day, Heeseung had managed to calm you down in about five seconds.
You really wanted to fix things. And you hoped that’s what he wanted too.
As you stepped through the threshold of your door, you smiled at the warmth that filled your home.
He’d turned the heater on in the living room, he was listening to the playlist you made for him and he was… in the kitchen?
“What are you doing?” You dropped your bag and coat on the dining table chairs, unclipping your hair to start drying it.
Heeseung smirked, glancing up from the cutting board. “Ramyeon,” he said, simply using his thumb to gesture behind him at your stove. A copper pot sat on top with a delicious, spicy scent wafting out. Heeseung carefully added some small squares of fish cakes before turning down the heat to let it simmer.
You leaned against the counter, observing his movements as he let out an awkward cough, shuffling a little closer to you.
“I, uh… I know that there are a few things we need to talk about and, um, I want to sit down and properly explain my side and hear your side and just…”
You held his hand, stopping him from waving them around in a frenzy as he tried to find the words to explain what you already knew. “I get it,” you whispered. “You wanna work this out.”
Heeseung gave your hand a squeeze, a silent confirmation.
The relief that washed over you was worth every nitty gritty annoyance that you went through today.
“It was just some miscommunication, baby.” Heeseung pulled you closer by your waist. “I didn’t like how we left it last night so, I figured I’d do something nice, let you know that I’m sorry for that. And maybe we could just eat some ramyeon together and I can help you relax before we talk about this?”
You fought the smile but it slowly bloomed on your face. “You didn’t have to do that.”
“I know,” he shrugged. “But just because we had a fight doesn’t mean we don’t love each other, right?”
You nodded, burying your face into his chest. “You’re right,” you whispered, your voice muffled by the material of his shirt.
Heeseung pulled back a little, his eyes darting down and back up, holding himself back from leaning closer.
He settled his gaze on your lips. “I wanna kiss you right now.” The heat of his breath brushed against your cheeks.
You didn’t trust your voice to respond, opting to lean closer, closing your eyes and melting into his touch.
Heeeseung hands slid up your arm, reaching to cup your face, smiling into the kiss. It felt that much more special to know the love you shared wasn’t dependent on good moods and easy going days. Heeseung gave you the freedom to feel and the agency to express every emotion. Willing to slow down and solve the issue together because your love isn’t something finite. Heeseung made you feel worthy of asking for that love, he made you feel worthy of accepting that love, even when you weren’t at your best self.
“We’ll be alright,” he murmured against your hairline.
You giggled under your breath, before screwing your eyes shut. “Oh, babe… Your fingers smell like fish cakes.”
“But you love fish cakes.”
“Not as skin care!”

This is a DIY pool water heater. I read that copper pipe doesn't burn unless the temp is very high, but it does give off toxic fumes.

"Did you know they can fix butterfly wings?"
Dick turns his head. The rustle of his hair on the pillow is a sound she could breathe. Doesn't have to close her eyes to picture it, sees it on every blink, falling soft and shaggy around his ears. "No. Really?"
The heater kicks on and Tara curls her toes, tucking one iced-over foot under the other knee. There's no way the unit in this room spits out anything other than cold. "Yeah."
Pause. Count the heartbeats. Would he think it was stupid if she held his hand? Does she... She knows it's stupid.
"How do they do it?"
Even if there was a fan to watch wind in slow circles on the ceiling, they couldn't see it. What else do people do, at times like this? They'd just...
What do normal people do?
"They- they use glue. I don't- apparently if you have another butterfly wing, or even, like, a feather, it could work." Aware of her own chest rising and falling fast beneath the covers. "It doesn't seem like it should work."
"Why not?" Dick's breath warm. On her cheek. He's looking her way, even if there's nothing to see. Couldn't find your own hand in front of your face. Damn it, she's thinking about hands again. "Too good to be true?"
"I- Yes. But I also just... I thought they died. Butterflies. If you even touched them. I thought that could kill them." But there are people putting them back together. Not the same people who broke them? Right?
"Who told you that? Where did you learn about this stuff?"
Do normal people remember things like that? Where they heard, when it happened, whether it was their choice to look... "I don't know. I don't remember. I think my..."
Heartbeat. Imaginary fan. Another rustle the blanket on his bare chest, a thing she's never seen, is vivid across the back of her eyelids. Her face flushed. Fingers suddenly warm.
One year, maybe two if she's lucky (unlucky?). What does she have to lose?
"My brother. He- I think he told me. About the- about them being so fragile. Like powder. Like dust."
Copper dust. The leftovers from the syllables tangy on her tongue. Squeezing her eyes shut against his exhale. Another minute shift of his body. He talks and moves like he can see her and it's driving her crazy.
"You... have a brother?"
Seeing red, stop signs, whoa whoa slow down. "Yeah," a word that barely comes out. I have two. Say it dont say it say it?? "Kind of."
Swallowing poison. Acid and burning all
the way
down.
Dick settles back onto his pillow. He pulls in a breath. "I guess they're stronger than people think are, then. Butterflies."
Tara folds her arms across her chest. It's the only kind of warmth down here. Body heat. "I guess."
...What if it happens again? How stupid would that be. Getting your wings ripped off, preparing to die a slow, agonizing death (a butterfly would starve) and then some weird, massive freak of a creature comes along and literally glues you back together.
And then you go. And fly into another pair of scissors.
Who's going to fix you now?
"You know, they only live for a few weeks."
Dick clears his throat. "I knew it was short."
"And people don't actually agree, anyway, on whether you should fix it. Because you're adding weight to the wing even with glue, and you'll fuck up their flight ability, and it's not like the wing will ever actually heal, anyway. It's a bandaid over a bullet hole." Her head aches. It's the noise, the cold down here.
"But it can fly again. Which is all a butterfly really wants... isn't it?"
Tara repositions her shoulders. "I wouldn't know."
"And if it can fly, I think it could live. Even if that life is short."
"Can we stop talking about butterflies?" (Stupid, she brought up the topic, stupid, why do you have to snap at him like that?)
The heater cuts out.
A silence that could drain the blood from her arteries and veins. Suck the color from her skin. It's a force on her chest, a hand or two around her wrists.
A silence that could take the life straight from her mouth.
His voice breaks in the middle. "What do you want to talk about?"
She can't see the ceiling fan.

Dear Hrodwyn
[843 words; a Lancer RPG fic]
06 SEP 5010u
Dear Hrodwyn Vorobyev, what to say to you? You have her eyes You have your father's name When you came into the world you cried And it broke my heart
Here, on this ice planet in its lonely orbit, life thrived.
As the sun's first rays carve peaks out of darkness, see how bones of copper and steel are nestled between treacherous mountains. See how they are buried beneath white snow and frozen in azure depths, weathered by the elements but preserved by solitude.
Quickly, before the sun parts with the land again, look how this metal skeleton twists along the planet's veins, the great frozen river. The river streaks blue and green across white, and with the sun's warm blessing, it brings forth minerals and algae, water and valour.
From afar, this planet is death. But closer, the river carves a path through the white void. The river carves life.
I'm dedicating every day to you Domestic life was never quite my style When you smile You knock me out, I fall apart And I thought I was so smart
Here, on the fringes of exploration and expansion, life thrived.
No one recalls when the first colonies arrived, but the winds remember what they came here for. It was not for the bones of metal, but it was for what the bones once were. It was for the red-hot core of energy housed within, the dying heart of a star.
See how greed tries to dig its venomous claws into the stars. See how, in greed's self-declared war against itself, it tears apart scraps of alloys, weapons of titanium, and frames of carbon fibre. It is a hunger that ravages; it is a hunger that tears its stomach inside out to house the mass graves of the first colonies.
It all ends like how it all first began: with silence. Life, innocent in ignorance, crawls out of the graves to start anew. No human remembers what they came here for.
The wind warns them in whispers, but it cannot control who listens.
You will come of age with our young nation We'll bleed and fight for you We'll make it right for you If we lay a strong enough foundation We'll pass it on to you We'll give the world to you And you'll blow us all away Someday, someday
Here, on footsteps that follow the river eternally, live thrives.
From dust, tiny specks come together like ants to form new colonies. Though humans have greed, they also have resilience, intelligence, and creativity. Observe how they dig through the snow with their own hands, wrangle with tooth and leather and stone, and explore for years to reignite the machines that first brought them here. Watch as they create tools with the guidance of ghosts. Watch as they teach themselves to walk, to run, and to fly once again.
What was first a single colony in the beginning has now scattered into multiple colonies -- some big, some small. The biggest colonies were grown on the secret to reawakening cores. Their strength fuels machines, their warmth radiates from hearths, and their light is a beacon from which cities are built around. But though their light welcomes all to hide from the frigid cold and dark days, the secret of the cores remain tightly grasped within the palms of handpicked engineers.
Cores are scarce and so are the cities that followed. In their wake, smaller settlements are nurtured around other sources of life: the geothermal energy volcanoes bring, the lamps and heaters machines bring, and the fresh food and water rivers bring. Trade routes are forged between these settlements, and when the first port to the rest of the galaxy opens in the largest city, the settlements begin crossing paths more and more like constellations across the ink-black sky.
But some colonies do not settle. Some continue to fare across the white void as their ancestors once did. Forever walking, forever migrating, these nomadic colonies follow the planet's orbit as they seek the longest days of warmth, the longest hours of light. The sun is their beacon, their core, so these colonies continue to follow it: living off the river that melts and freezes and melts, marching across the planet's equator back to where they began again and again and again. ⠀ Nothing changes from this never ending track. In these nomadic colonies, the scouts go scout for shelter and danger on foot, the hunters go hunt the feared and the fearing on machines, and the rest of the farers follow the path cleared through the snow.
Nothing changes until a settler hears the song of a farer.
Nothing changes until the settler, with her wit and her machine, joins the farer on his eternal voyage; and the farer too embarks on a new eternal voyage of walking in the settler's shoes and seeing through the stars in her eyes.
With time comes love, and with love comes life.
Yeah, you'll blow us all away Someday, someday...
Life learns, life changes, and life thrives.
---
I wrote this all the way back in 22 May this year, and here it finally is with some light editing! (Don't mind the grammar errors, it is late and I am tired lmao). I ported the Birdfam yet again into Lancer, in which Gavrill Vorobyev is, yet AGAIN, my PC! (I just really want him on a Swallowtail idk I think it fits him well) The biggest differences here is that he's 21 instead of 41, his wife Leyna is alive, his kid Hrodwyn was just born (coincidnetally, the campaign kicks off a day after), and he doesn't have thirty four mental illnesses.
I do not take credit for this worldbuilding! This planet is directly ripped off of the planet the Birdfam originally came from, which was from a 4e campaign. So it's my GM who came up with this; all I did was write about it here.
(i'm gonna throw in all the hamilton references i want FIGHT ME)
