But... it's a 4 year *maximum* sentence and unlikely to be stacked end to end. There's guidelines. Given what he has been criminally convicted for in the past, he isn't at the 4 years in the rubric, and the judge is very unlikely to stack them end to end.

Most likely is a large fine and some probationary restrictions. Maybe <1 year jail time.

(Granted he's being a right old public asshole which may factor in but I imagine the judge will be hesitant to stray from the rubric too far especially given inevitable appeals.)

But this is only the first, weakest, & smallest trial coming.
