Americans who plan on voting for Kamala thinking the lesser of two evils is a solution need to take a serious look at France.

Macron was the “lesser of two evils” the first time. By the second time we knew the solution was to kick him out because he was NOT the lesser of two evils but too many white people kept believing in his lesser of two evils bullshit.

You know what’s happening now? The left won the election in the beginning of July. Macron chose to ignore it.

Macron chose a prime minister from the party that got the 4th place at the election. That party is a far right party labeled just right wing. Yesterday we got the new government chosen by that prime minister.

The Home Secretary believes that colonialism had great positive aspects (on the indigenous population) and that “Africans want for France to not repent and to accept that there was positive aspects and to take back its leadership in Africa”. He is also against making “forced conversion therapy” illegal against LGBT+ people.

The Higher education and Research Secretary, believes that “Islamoleftism” is a problem and a threat in higher education and that it must be fought against (Judeo-Bolshevism is so 1917-1945 so France switched things up a couple years ago). He also voted against putting abortion right in the French constitution and against gay marriage.

The Secretary of State against Discrimination was going to change its name to include the protection of secularism (which in France means the protection of Islamophobia and even supporting and being an islamophobe) after a pushback it looks like it wasn’t included in the name BUT it will still be one of his jobs. So the guy chosen supported Stanislas a private catholic schools who was involved in a scandal about favoring students but also about encouraging homophobia, Islamophobia and sexism in the school. He also believes that racism and homophobia exist in France like everywhere else but that very few people are racists or homophobes and that the real problem for minorities is the left who accuses people of being racists and/or homophobes. He thinks that there’s a problem with immigrants and immigration in France and that mass immigration must be stopped (for the record if you respect the Tumblr rules every single one of you was born before he got his French citizenship). But hey he is Moroccan so apparently it automatically means he ain’t racist and anti immigrants. (Say whatever you want about France but this country is hella good at finding the sell outs in each community)

I could go on and on about these three and about the rest of the government. Some of them want to go back on the legalization of gay marriage, how some of them want to make the access to universities and any public space to women with a hijab which will quickly turn into a ban for Arab and Black women to wear baggy clothes as a whole in public spaces…. But I will stop here.

All I have to say is that voting for the lesser of two evils even when people were saying that the lesser of two evils was still a danger for People of color and LGBT+ people turned France into Germany before WW2 except the targets are Muslims and people indentified as Muslims instead of Jews. But go on and vote for Kamala if you want but don’t say that nobody warned you and don’t pretend to be all righteous.

Some Team 8 + Sand Sibs chara sheets

I procrastinated writing yesterday by doing little chara sheets for my polycule AU.

Kiba and Shino have been dating since they were teens. Shino and Hinata have been dating since college. Kankurou and Kiba start dating at 22/25 (I am writing this fic). Hinata and Kankurou may or may not have some queerplatonic relationship going on eventually.

Additional facts!

Kiba:

Inuzuka Kiba isn't his legal name, he is still officially registered under his deadname and his father's family name. He might change it once his father's dead, probably not before that since he doesn't want him to know about it. The rest of the polycule handle most of his mail so he doesn't have to deal with it unless necessary.

He is Japanese through his father and Filipino through Tsume.

Hana is his half-sister (different father).

He transitioned in his late teens and has been on T + post-top surgery for some years now.

He got a hysterectomy for endometriosis.

He doesn't smoke much anymore, mostly vapes, which allows him to control CBD/THC levels and ratio better.

Kankurou:

He doesn't identify as trans, but might identify as non-binary somewhere along the way. He's fine with being seen as a man and conveniently goes by he/him, but is honestly a bit too psychotic and dissociated to really have an opinion about his gender and gendered body.

He is Jewish through his mother, but was raised by Baki (here, Rasa's half-brother) so most of his relationship with Judaism and Jewishness is self-taught reconnection.

He had only one brief relationship before Kiba and had sort of settled for the idea of not trying to look for partners (both romantically and sexually) because it was a lot of work and socialisation and it didn't feel all that too important for him, but hey, shit happens. (Kiba happens, and it's good shit.)

He gets a colectomy and stoma bag for his ulcerative colitis around 25 (again, the KankuKiba fic is about that). He probably won't try to get a reversal surgery in the future because he hates surgeries and hospitals.

Shino:

He mostly uses Makaton and text-to-speech as AAC. The former is easier for short indications and requests in daily life, and the latter for more complex conversations.

He gets on opioid replacement therapy sometime during his teens, although still injects occasionally as an adult.

He was initially assigned male at birth, and then reassigned female during his childhood, which he (very understandably) did not live well. Shibi defended his right to choose his gender presentation and refuse further intersex surgeries after that, and he's been mostly living as a boy/man since then. He half identifies as a cis man, half not because dissociation and plurality and trauma make gender complicated but he's sort of working through it. He'd still consider his relationship with Hinata straight, and his relationship with Kiba gay.

His parents broke up when he was a kid (in part over the decisions made about him) and Shibi raised him for the most part. He sometimes sees his mother as an adult, but they're relationship is not very good.

Hinata:

It's been a bit of a struggle to slowly acclimate Hiashi to her being part of a polyamorous relationship, but he does like Shino a lot, so that helped. (He doesn't have an excellent opinion of Kiba but they also mostly never see each other and they're happy with that.)

She has a fairly ok relationship with her family now, but being able to move out and live in group with way less hierarchy and a whole lot more community support has been very healing and helping with having more resources to maintain her relationship with her family too.

Kankurou does all her phone calls (as that of about everyone in the polycule, to be honest).

Gaara:

He's had a lot of autism-related struggles as a child/teen, but functions much better as an adult now that he understands his needs better and has accommodated his daily life to them. He works as a landscaper but has a lot of at-home work hours.

Lee is his first relationship (I also have a fic about that) and he does think he's gay? But also never has thought about neither his orientation nor the idea of dating and who he would want to date much before that, so he's not sure. He's going with that for now.

He waxes his eyebrows because he compulsively plucks them otherwise. Dying his hair also helps with trying not to pluck them.

He was mostly raised by Yashamaru, who is Jewish and raised him Jewish, but has a bit of a complicated relationship with that because there was a lot of projection on Yashamaru's end, and difficulty to see him as his own person and not just his late sister's baby. He's not religious although he sort of still observant out of habit. (Ex: he doesn't necessarily care about eating kosher, but it's also the food he's used to make and eat, so he will still go for that most of the time.)

Temari (in pyjamas mode in this picture because I didn't have something less casual that fitted her style in the picrew):

She works as a diplomat and is very much a workaholic. The trauma is strong but the grind is stronger.

Just like Kankurou, she was raised by Baki and her connection to Jewishness and Judaism are mostly self-taught. She is a bit less observant than Kankurou.

She has chronic pain that she probably ignores a bit too much, but who can really stop her. (Kankurou should try and probably does.) Compression stockings enthusiast.

She has a motorcycle that Kankurou is very afraid to ride. (Gaara is okay.)

i walk into my dad’s room to watch an episode of the simpsons with him, immediately turns into a discussion about the chinese government where he blurts out it’s the fact the chinese people don’t have guns that makes their living conditions so poor. turns into an argument about gun rights, i bring up american suicide rates in relation to legal guns and rejection of mens mental health in favour of patriarchal aggression. my dad hits me with this:

Let's start with #1. Just putting the above quote out there in case the first one trips you up: actively killing members of the group is not necessary for something to be considered genocide.

But just for the record, people very much do kill trans people simply for being trans. It is very much a thing that happens. Secondly, many of the things happening in the next few steps lead to the deaths of trans people too. Sure, they're not lining us up against the wall - yet - but that step doesn't come first, and it doesn't always look like that.

#2:

Causing serious bodily/mental harm: This is happening systemically to trans people in a multitude of ways. Forcing a trans person to detransition causes mental and physical harm. Taking away a trans person's HRT causes mental and physical harm. Refusing to let a trans child transition causes mental and physical harm. Forcing a trans person through conversion therapy causes mental and physical harm. The mental and physical harm can be so great that members of this group commit suicide to escape the pain inflicted upon them - and this is a desired effect by the way.

This abuse is systemic. It is being written into law in state after state here in America. At least 10 states in the USA have passed laws outlawing childhood transition. Several of those states are going a step further and banning health insurances from covering transition care for legal adults. There are states banning "drag performance" worded so vaguely that it could outlaw a trans person just walking down the street - and that's what it's meant to do by the way.

To claim there is not a system of law being brought down on trans people to stop us from existing as trans people is to be purposely blind and ignorant. And that's just America.

#3:

Inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about destruction: There are several ways this is happening right now. Conversion therapy is, in and of itself, a life condition imposed on a trans person in order to force them to cease existing as a trans person and to erase their transness. Forcing life outside of the home to be so unsafe and hostile that a trans person doesn't feel safe walking around as their true self is the same thing.

I want to make one thing clear. Forcing a trans person to detransition, forcing them into the closet, or otherwise forcing them to present as cis for their own safety - that is destruction. That is erasure of trans people from the face of the earth. To claim it is not, is to claim that it's not the destruction of someone's culture to force them to assimilate to Christianity if they are not Christian. It doesn't matter if the person is still technically alive: you have destroyed who they are.

Forced sterilization: Sterilization was and still is in some places mandatory for a person to legally identify as trans. To deny this is to deny literal reality. I am sure people like you do not want the disgusting transgenders to pass on their gross dysfunctional genes to their children. Which brings us to the last section.

Removing children from the group: This is happening. This happens all the time. In America, it often happens through the courts: one parent comes out as trans, the spouse freaks out, and goes to court to divorce their spouse and take full custody of the children.

But it's becoming outright law, too. In Florida, there is a bill on the floor to make it legal to take children away from transgender parents, because having to live with a trans person is "abuse". Texas last year wanted to make it so trans children could be taken away from their parents because letting their child transition was "child abuse".

You know what I absolutely LOVE (read: hate)? How almost no one who talks about trans issues in the mainstream feels the need to do the most basic research and just cherry picks whatever spurious evidence confirms their biases.

A few little PSAs all in one:

* Trans children are NOT being pushed into transition and everything related to it the instant they show gender non conforming behaviour or question their gender. Dysphoria diagnosis is far more nuanced than that.

* In the UK at least, you can't just say 'I am [x gender]' and have that be recognised in law. You need to be taking tangible steps to actively live as that gender from then onwards, and for many legal gender changes there are further steps still.

* I can't believe I need to say this one in 2023, but here we are - gender transition is NOT conversion therapy. Ignoring the big fact that not all trans people are heterosexual anyway, the number of people who'll accept a heterosexual trans person but not someone who's LGB is almost infinitesimal. Homophobes, almost without exception, will be transphobes too.

I have no problem with people disagreeing on questions like 'what defines man/woman' or 'what's the best way to protect the rights of trans people' but can we at least agree to some basic fact checking before forming opinions on it?

I kind of treat the AU like a whole series and each chapter like an episode🙈. So between “episode” 1 & 2 I made up my own version of the series in my head but wanted to wait till the “season” is over to share it because I didn’t want to risk influencing the story as it unfolds. So, my brainworm is, that for whatever reason Aleksi didn’t tell the guys about Eevi and Liisa and also didn’t meet Eevi again (and therefore also never Lisa. Also Eevi is only 17 and a few months away from turning 18.). The girls go back home and a few weeks pass and somehow Eevis family finds out about her and Liisa before she is ready to tell them and shit hits the fan. They take away her phone and put her in some religious pray-the-g-away-camp. Because she is still a minor there is nothing Liisa can do and she doesn’t have Aleksi’s contact info. Thinking that he won’t believe her when she reaches out in social media, she takes the next train to Helsinki and begs the receptionist at the entrance to the studio to tell Aleksi she is here. The receptionist calls in the studio and whoever takes the call (its not Aleksi) is more than confused and tells the room that a Liisa wants to talk to Aleksi because someone named Eevi got found out by her parents and is now in danger. Aleksi understands and immediately races out of the studio (followed by the guys) to meet her and is shocked when she tells him what happened. The guys are of course not happy he didn’t tell them anything but are ready to help him safe Eevi. After getting Eevi out of the camp doesn’t work (they are threatened with the police if they should trespass) and also not talking sense into the family (they only scream at nonsense at them), Aleksi decides to make his story public. His reel on IV goes viral and the public is outraged that Eevi is held against her will at the camp. Eventually, the pressure on the camp gets too much and they release Eevi. For the last month until she turns 18 Aleksi gets custody of her and then she moves in with Liisa. Not sure what happens after or if her parents get punished for basically locking her up, but I do think she and Aleksi are doing a lot of interviews, maybe a doku about both their stories and are definitely becoming activists for same-sex rights✊🏳️‍🌈.

I do love me some angst too, ngl I did have an idea to make Eevi 17 and the threat of conversion camp being a major factor.

Apparently a couple years ago a motion was brought forward to Finnish Parliament to ban it, but it lapsed. (I think only 26 states here have it banned, plus DC and Puerto Rico. Some municipalities have banned it in other states as well, but then that's simply the matter of crossing from one city to another...)

In that version, which was actually my first draft, was that Eevi was going to run away and track Aleksi down at a BC concert and beg for help. They would help hide her until she turned 18 and her family legally couldn't send her, then she would confront them with Liisa at midsummer, and Aleksi would go with her for support.

I had the idea for assault tbh, Aleksi was going to get punched in the face by his dad and Tommi was going to retaliate. The family was going to call the police but Joel would point out that they have all the messages they sent Eevi telling her she was going to be sent to conversion therapy, as well as confirmation of their past abuse to Aleksi, and a recording of the fact Aleksi was hit first and Tommi was defending him (Joel was recording everything just in case something happened)

I almost kept that part in the current fic 😅

Niko pointing out their career would bounce back, even if they took a little hit or had to take a break for a year or two, but their family name would forever be tarnished with child abuse allegations. So they dropped it.

Indiana introduced and sent to the Health and Provider Services Committee a forced outing bill which requires school staff to inform parents if a student so much as mentions "conflicted feelings" or "difficulty coping with" gender identity or expression.

North Dakota introduced and sent to Judiciary Committee. A schooling misgendering bill that prevents anyone from requiring an employee to use an asserted person’s gender/pronouns.

Texas filed a standard "parental rights" bill that requires parent consent before any discussions of gender identity or orientation take place. Also requires parental consent for the existence “certain student clubs."

West Virginia introduced and sent to the Health and Human Resources committee. A health care ban... we are waiting on full text.

New Hampshire introduced and sent to Health Human Services and Elderly Affairs committee. Titled the "Protection Against Child Medical and Psychological Experimentation Act," it’s an all-in-one health care ban, school bill, and conversion therapy ban.

Moved bills: MO SB14, SB29, and SB49 birth certificate, sports, and health care bans (respectively) moved to "emerging issues committee" today.

OR HB2186, a sports bill, has been sent to the Rules Committee.

ND HB1139, a birth certificate bill, passed committee with amendment on the house floor.

Now, for the good news!

Missouri introduced a civil rights act amendment, adding sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression under protections.

Arkansas introduced a bill to ban the panic defense, which is a legal defense that allows people to assault or even kill because of gender identity.

Lastly, Texas filed a ban on conversion therapy covering gender identity and expression.

"I- I didn't have any particular reason in mind when I started my first semester here. Y'know, just what seemed like once I got out of here I could make some good money and handle some situations in my personal life, I had lots of legal stuff and far too many hospital bills around that time, which I'm still paying off, actually. However, I really did find a love in this career outside of the money. I think I chose it because I truly do want to help people. And I know, I know everyone hears that allllll the time and I know my distain for these phone conversations may not frame me as the most caring person around, but I do want to atleast try and help if I can. I know what it can be like to struggle mentally. Saying your getting therapy around here is like fully admitting yourself in a goddamn psychward."

first and foremost, rain hates to be called her legal and surname. she’d get it changed if she wasn’t so avoidant. to stay in her good graces, calling her rain is- for the most part- the key.  

at first glance, she’s pretty introverted, uninterested and typically evasive to conversations she doesn’t want to have. her manager probably see’s this side of her the most. the authority they have over her paycheck is crippling since money is a critical survival tool for her. 

a famous line would probably be; “sorry, i’ll do it again.” 

has a weird sense of survivals guilt? her and her mother were in a bad accident coming back from a ballet recital when she was younger, and her mother died while she survived. this was the route of her families worsening dysfunction since her father grieved with aggression and alcohol. ireun was definitely your resident older sister that served as a mother, father and provider as a teenager- that stress ate at her mental health more than she’d thought it did.

her father trying to choke her to death seemed to be the final straw. something snapped and life suddenly was about surviving. she left her younger siblings and father with that overwhelming emotion the same night. she was about 16. 

had been living off the street since then, always feeling guilty for not taking her siblings with her.

probably should go to therapy, doesn’t because it isn’t free and requires participation. instead, she smokes when the stress gets too heavy. but for the most part- she quit. dancing sometime helps, but sometimes- it makes things worse. 

if she’s too quiet, she probably has lots to say or rather, she’d trapped in her mind with the demons her trauma left her with. she doesn’t like hand outs though, so she won’t ever physically hint at it. 

“i’m fine. it’s fine. i’m okay.” are common habits she’s grown into.

is kind of still a child at heart. her tiny apartment is completely thrifted, but with unconventional things that have conventional uses. for example; a bowl- but in the shape of a shark. an ashtray, but its in a dinky shape of a pair of lungs. a keyholder but, it’s an old mannequin hand sticking out of the wall by the front door.

Business Temporarily Closed!

Hey RainbowUPVillage, my office will remain closed until Chris Hemsworth (Thor star) leaves me and my family alone. We are all in danger because he has some major mental illness and severe jealousy towards me that has caused major family strife and discord. I have family problems because of him and it hurts that he has total disregard for family ties. He has no family values because he was raised without them. So, I am in a legal battle right now with Marvel and Chris Hemsworth. He stole from me and he refuses to return the stolen items and I have to protect my family so I have to take a leave of absence temporarily until this mess is cleaned up and this conflict between us is resolved. His mother made an attempt to use mind control on him to get rid of one of my sisters so I have to fight back (that was attempted murder) or this will get even uglier. He called me and my sisters black bitches so he is racist and he needs to clean that up because he has a family and those innocent kids don’t need a father who is racist teaching them to hate black people. They are mixed with Spanish and Australian (white) and that means they are not pure so I don’t know what the hell his problem is. He has a deep hatred for the black race I guess and wants to use black women as whores and I never give in to his foolish lures like my sisters did so I guess he hates me for that. I don’t do the whore thing. I’m a clean celibate female and I am waiting for marriage and he doesn’t like that because he thinks he can cheat on his wife and get any woman he wants and he can’t get me to be a whore so this has gotten ugly. I hope this makes it to the news and all of social media. He won’t stop messing with me and he needs to get locked up and get some help. My business, my life and my family are in danger until he backs the hell off. So to keep myself and my youth clients safe I will not be operating business right now. My center plans are still in effect and I am working on that behind the scenes and it will be open soon but other business is on hold until further notice. I don’t want a war here so I encourage all of my watchers and followers (celebrities included) to pray for Chris Hemsworth. He comes from an abusive background and he has never gotten therapy for it so he is a hot mess and so many people have used him that he wants to retaliate and my sisters don’t say no because they think he is going to keep giving them money so it’s pretty bad right now. I had a few conversations with Liam on his social media just recently (I can provide proof of that if I need to) so Liam is a part of this mess too. So in case some of you don't know, I'm a trans 16yr old in Western Australia, AKA the worst Aus state to live in for trans minors.

I'm serious.

This state is behind on LGBT+ rights by at LEAST 5 years compared to the other states of Aus, our government has been promising to outlaw conversion therapy for the past year (give or take) and still hasn't made it into law. Despite what people believe, conversion therapy is still LEGAL, sure it's difficult to find but it is still fucking legal.

Out of the entire state of WA there is only one clinic that can offer gender affirming care to under 18s, besides the one that offers it to 17-25yr olds, and that is the Gender Diversity Service at Perth Children's Hospital. WA is a huge state, so if you lived in Albany you would need to drive over five hours to get to Perth, it is a ten hour drive there and back.

Sure they offer Telehealth appointments but what about when you need to get your HRT script, or your height and weight recorded? Sure you can do it via Telehealth and give them that info through email but they prefer to meet face to face.

The GDS doesn't have enough staff to meet the demand, and the waitlist for an actual appointment with your care team after the initial assessment is three years. I was on the waitlist from 11-13 1/2 (eleven to thirteen and a half), by the time I had my first real appointment I couldn't even be prescribed puberty blockers because I had already finished puberty. And because of the lack of info regarding minors transitioning in WA, and minors transitioning in Australia in general, my parents were unaware puberty blockers were even a thing, and I ended up thinking that I could start T at 14 with parental consent and after being deemed Gillick Competent.

You can only start HRT here after you turn 16, unless you want to get a telehealth appointment over East and in which case, good luck, because most Drs over there that prescribe to minors are completely booked out. And to make things worse for my mental health, the psychiatrist on my care team said that if I didn't start attending school regularly that I wouldn't be deemed Gillick Competent and therefore, wouldn't be able to start T until I was 18.

That caused me to start having panic attacks almost daily, both while I was getting ready for school and at school drop-off. I was a complete mess, because this psychiatrist held the power to deny me medical care over something that had nothing to do with my ability to comprehend or consent to HRT. I wanted to file a complaint so badly, but my dad wouldn't let me, he said that he didn't have an opinion on it because he wasn't a medical professional and therefore didn't know the standards. So I bit my tongue, because if I did file a complaint she would know who did it, and even if she didn't she would still be kicked off my care team, and then I would have to wait months for a new psychiatrist which wasn't an option, so I clenched my teeth and let her words cause me a depressive episode.

There is so little information regarding transition for minors in WA, that even when I specified what state I was in, I still got info for the other states. So many doctors are still ignorant when it comes to the LGBT+ and trans people, that my own paediatrician tried saying that if gender roles didn't exist, or if a trans person lived on an island isolated from society, that gender dysphoria wouldn't even be a thing. Which is completely untrue, and I was in too much shock from hearing such utter bullshit that I didn't even respond.

I wanted to file a complaint, but my dad argued that he was just being "supportive" in his own way, and that because he was also both my brothers paediatricians, he couldn't possibly have some bias against me, because he's known our family for over twenty years. Mind you, that doctor is known for being dismissive towards girls/females/AFABS with autism and he is very "old fashioned" (cough, ignorant, cough), so why the fuck wouldn't he be ignorant towards the actual science around gender dysphoria?

And then a member of a political party in my state recently proposed that if she was voted into Parliament, that she would ban HRT, Puberty Blockers, and gender affirming surgery, for under 16s.

Which is quite... funny, because HRT is already illegal here for under 16s and you have to have a psych eval that takes years, surgery is only done in cases where gender dysphoria has been documented from a young age and only after multiple very long, very tedious psychological evaluations and even then there still aren't any surgeons in the entire state that would do affirming surgery on minors.

And then banning puberty blockers for under 16s is just fucking horeshit, because how the fuck do you expect puberty blockers to work on someone over 16?? There is nothing to block! Most teens have gone through Tanner stages 1,2 and 3 by age 16 so there are no more significant changes to be prevented, except maybe height but even then its not a guarantee.

She only announced this after it was confirmed that the gender reassignment board would be abolished, therefore making it so that trans people no longer have to have genital surgery to have their sex markers changed in our state, y'know, something that most of the other states have already done.

I'll probably continue this post after i get the rest of my thoughts in order, so I'll tell you all (glances at 50 followers, most of whom are bots) more about how shitty this state is for trans minors maybe in a few days.

I wasn't going to post this but it's the last part of my "missing post" series 📝 (which happened yet again but i took precautions this time😏) and I'm trying to finish projects i start (small victories 🙌) Well, here you go🤲💣🥧

DISCLAIMER: Everyone is different, so do what's best for you🫵 This was my experience and what worked for me👍

Depression has different levels. From feeling bummed about life, to severely crippling where you can't get out of bed because every waking moment feels like agony😫🖤😭😭😭 I'm referring to that kind🫢 If you have fallen in the black-hole of depression I'm sorry you're here🕳💔🫂 (there's no more love left not even for yourself now)

It's a difficult place to get out of but not impossible (unfortunately, not everyone does😥). And it's not just one thing that's wrong. It's that you stop doing everything that you need to function as a "normal" person (from basic needs to matters of the heart). Add abuse/trauma (which are more than think😬), and you'll need more time to heal those deep wounds (sometimes it's lifelong)⏳️

What needs to happen now is "Radical Sacred Selfishness," which strictly prioritizes oneself. Focus on self-love/inner-child work to help connect with your being again (soul retrieval).

👣Steps to survive depression:

Medication - this is important to help you stay even keel while you work through everything. Since you're not in the right state of mind, then you'll need something to help elevate your mood a little bit. The goal is to eventually not need anything to depend on to feel happy. My preferred medicine of choice is Cannabis💚💚💚 It has lots of healing properties (a true miracle plant🌿)👍 but it's still a stigmatized "drug" even though it has less side effects than other things that are considered "legal" (but that's another conversation)🤨

Psychotherapy- talk through everything that needs rewiring/changing/mourning because you can't be trusted in that current state of mind. Let go of every that no longer serve you or benefit you in anyway😔🪦🙏 (outgrown situations) But depending on the resources that are available to you, will determine how quickly you can recover from this critical condition. I personally couldn't afford therapy the conventional way (plus other reasons that I'm not getting into rn🤨), so I went with the alternative route, Psilocybe (a magic fungus)🍄 and that totally did it for me🤯🤯🤯. Though it's not exactly legal🚫🙅‍♀️ so you'll need to either know someone or go in nature to get one (do the research on how to spot the right one first👩‍💻). Recently, places like in Oregon that have done the research are now leading the way to help others to legally and safely heal at their facilities a good option, too👍

Environment- by removing/eliminating anything that is damaging to your health (which includes people, habits, consumption of any kind, ect.) Even if it means living somewhere else temporarily (without completely isolating yourself☝️) to focus on a steady routine that will help regulate your nervous system (that alone causes so many issues😓) and your basic needs

having plenty of sleep daily 💤 (7+hours)

healthy & consistent meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) with plenty of water to stay hydrated💧

enough exercise (it can be walking/yoga/somatic/aerobics/dancing/breath work/sports, ect) or mixing up different things depending on what you need that day👍

hang-out with people that treat you kind (only), that's really important for your mental health

spend time in nature (to unplug📵) for forest bathing & grounding🌲🦶🏞 (to help balance your energy⚡️)

Creative outlets or hobbies/activities that you consider fun or a way to express yourself (art can be therapeutic✨️ )

Anyway, if you stay on track, you'll be able to get out of this even stronger than ever before💪💪💪(and that's not an easy feat)🙌🥇💐🫂👏👏👏👏

You'll have the decernment to express your emotions/energy on everything that matters most to you, and live life more mindfully in a "yutori" way (space to move freely/peace of mind😌), to trust your intuition guiding you home in a loving and powerful way❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Those election results are terrible. I've never informed myself much with your country's politics but from the outside (like news reports) it always appeared like the Netherlands is very progressive and open-minded with little footing for right-wing groups to gain power. Very much an image of a neighbour role model. Obviously the right-winged groups exist everywhere even in the "better" ones (the whole of Europe seems to be shifting to the right), but I really feel sorrow and I hope they will not reverse too much progress or cause too much damage. Is there anything in particular you are worried about now with their majority?

And do you think the whole of Europe is getting too comfortable with the right, now with immigration and Islam extremism being addressed again? Maybe I am too paranoid.

We have had right-wing, largely conservative Christian cabinets for the past 6 years. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2010 we had cabinets led by a Christian party and MP. The idea of the Netherlands as the great tolerant, progressive country is a farce. (Of course, compared to the political state of a country like the US, we are still relatively very socialist/left-wing. Someone like Biden would probably be a conservative right-winger here.)

The big winning party is more populist than that it is purely right-wing, in that it also has quite some socialist stances regarding health care, education and minimum wage. But Wilders also denies climate change, blindly supports Israel for anti-Islam reasons only, and is a Putin-cuck who wants to "fight all this russiaphobia" and cut off all help to Ukraine. He wants our king to publicly revert his prior apology speech regarding the country's colonial past. He wants a "Nexit", despite the grim outcome of Brexit and the lack of a majority here that wants this. He wants to get rid of the parliament, so it'd be easier to push through his unconstitutional bullshit. He wants to end all Islamic education on the basis that Islam is sexist and homophobic, but he's supportive of Christian schooling (that has been in the news for similar problems plenty of times) and felt no reason to sign the decree that would outlaw Christian schools denying homosexual students or teachers as well as outlaw (generally Christian) conversion therapy, nor does he feel anything for cementing the right to abortion further for proper legal protection. It's always like that with the populists, they'll manipulatively claim to fight for women's rights, LGBT rights, or some other minority group, but when it comes down to it they will actively block any progress made in those groups' advantage. He's a known dictator-type too in his party; countless of people have left the party over the years citing the same issues, that he allows for zero disagreements or otherwise differing opinions. Well in the past, when he first formed his own party, I was interested in him as he was one of the few people who dared to speak up about the problems we have with mass immigration and islamization (and those sure exist) but as it's turned out over the years, he's just a populism-spewing cunt, a hypocrite, a Russia-paid bitch, a manipulative opportunist, a science-denier, a megalomaniac and arguably a racist.

It's also a common pattern that left-wing parties always let this national research institute calculate the costs and economic effects of their plans, usually showcasing the ways their program would actually improve the lives of (particularly lower class) citizens, while right-wing and populist parties continue to refuse to do this. Deep down they must know that it would just reveal the obvious truth: that right-wing plans serve only to make the rich richer, and populist drivel serves no one at all.

Still, every election tons of people cast their dumb fucking "protest-votes" on him, now to the point where it's made his the biggest party (instead of, idk, a proper fucking party with actually effective plans), and after all these years of him accusing other politicians of incompetence and lying to their voters, I'd love to watch him go down as completely incompetent and a liar to his voters himself. The political system here isn't like in the US, he'll never have as much power as Trump did, nor have the power to surround himself with yes-men or appoint fucked up right-wingers in powerful positions for life. He'll still have to deal with the voices of the other large parties, as well as the entire opposition, as well as the parliament that verifies if any law changes are constitutional before they would ever be applied. None of his extreme ideas would make it through. And on a larger scale, types like him and the current Italian MP still have to deal with Brussels, too. Though with that said, these election results did leave me feeling worried, for my own well-being and that of many others, and particularly for his anti-climate stance and Russia-affiliation.

Which is all just a long rant and not particularly a clear answer to your question. But yes, the whole of Europe is getting too comfortable with right-wing populism, and it's concerning, because they have no answers to the existing problems and only care to serve their own dubious agendas.
