Roeee, I have a couple of questions about "Do I wanna know?" if that's ok?

So, how did the other girls found out about reader and Eddie? About her overcoming her fear and everything else? How did she introduce him as her boyfriend?

I must admit I have a scenario in my head about this but of course I would love to hear yours👀

Well I never thought of how the interaction would be, but I had thought of reader just inviting them over one day, and for the girls to be in the living room and the doorbell rings, and the three guys come in

And Nancy is wide eyed "you hired the strippers for a private show?" And Billy immediately winks at Barb, who blushes and looks away

And Eddie just laughs at her "No, off duty."

And they three walk to reader, each one giving reader a hug, surprising the girls, and Eddie is last. When he pulls away from the hug she tiptoes to kiss him and well yeah

They have to explain without much detail, and then when it's just girls reader would give everything out, even her breakdown

The girls were a bit mad, now knowing why these two, Robin and reader, had not been around much for the past months, and it was because they befriended strippers, they made friends with new people and they didn't know anything about it.

But they calm down once they hear it was reader the one who asked Robin to not say anything

Buck falls in love with Eddie on a Tuesday.

There's nothing particularly special about the Tuesday. They'd certainly had more dramatic days over the course of their friendship— hell, they pulled a live grenade out of a man's leg within a day of knowing each other, and that was tame for them in retrospect.

Truly, if he was to look back, nothing about the day would stand out. Nothing except for the moment where he looked over at Eddie grinning widely at a joke Hen made, and some part of him went 'oh'.

He still has no idea how he missed it at the time.

Going to post this small snippet spoiler for another SMG4 animatic I’m cooking up for viewing pleasure (and also simply because these characters are slowly seeping into my subconscious. As we speak Mr. Puzzles is directing my actions so that I can push his name into stardom with “gloriously animated content” HE’S KEEPING ME HOSTAGE HELP /J)

I love musicals and Mr. Puzzles strikes me as a theater nerd so I figured Hairspray (song being Welcome to the 60’s) was a good fit, plus wouldn’t it be fun to see Meggy try and help him along to start a redemption arch? Like how could they not carry a bit of sentimentality over the time spent together? I feel like her resilient passive aggressive energy pairs well with how he can be stubborn sometimes too…she can give him the push (or more like a well-intentioned shove) he needs to get his act together and give it another try! Because a part of me feels like he would want to regress into unhealthy past habits after facing so many defeats at the hands of SMG4 crew; shut himself in solitude and stare at a screen. So think the animatic would start with that scene and then lead into the musical number :D

I again say, my poor iPad. Though right now, it's not because of the excessive photos (well I mean, I have been saving a lot, but today the majority are references), but rather because of all my drawing

I said earlier I was curious about what some of the Cybertronians would look like as protoforms, in a similar vein to the Terrans, and so I eventually decided to just do that. It's just gonna be the TF One quartet right now

It's going pretty slow, all things considered, mostly because I need to actually try and come up with these designs. Which means I have to spend more time on my iPad drawing them, draining its battery. And on top of that, I've needed to have video essays on while I draw (even though tbh I'm not paying much attention to them), draining it further

I'm leaving it to charge right now, typing this out on my computer because honestly I don't really know what else to do right now to leave the poor thing alone

Anyways, I actually started to make this post because I wanted to complain about my progress, and potentially ask for help on one thing, but given how far down this is, I'm probably not getting that help. Oh well

So far I've gotten Elita and Megatron done, and honestly I think the former looks a lot better than the latter, mostly since I didn't know how to deal with his side piece things. But that's for whenever I show you the final thing. But just note he looks a little wonky

Anyways, I'm now trying to do Optimus, and I really don't know what to do for him. I use the Terrans and whatever photos I can find of their protoforms as reference, but in some areas it's really not helpful

Like, one of the main things about the protoform designs is being sleek and curved, which is kind of why this is a struggle (it's what caused issues with Megs given how angular his helm is)

But back to Optimus (I really need to learn how to organize my thoughts more coherently), one of the things I'm struggling with is his side vents. Because unfortunately, none of the Terrans have those (they've pretty much all got sleek bottoms of their helms, with the exception of Jawkbreaker but his isn't wide enough), which means I have no frame of reference for how to translate it here. But I can't keep it as is, it's too blocky

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to deal with this issue? I don't really have anyone proper to ask, since the only Discord servers I have are for Cookie Run, and I don't think I should bring up Transformers art struggles on there, doesn't fit the topic. So you know, ask on tumblr

Best solution I have is to base more of his design on Twitch? Since she's got some side circle things going on. Sorry, I don't know how to word any of this

Gonna be real, I don't think any of these designs are gonna turn out great outside of maybe Elita. Maybe someone more talented than me could make better designs, but you know. If you want to see something, you gotta do it yourself

I don't know if there's anything else I wanted to add, so uh, guess I'm ending here

Hi, I just saw the post about Swapped and it looks like a fun idea! But I’m curious why you posted about it so early if the demo is at least 5 months away (November)? Especially since you’re already balancing 2 other WIPs in their opening stages.
