Entry 1 - Entry 2 - Entry 3 CW: death

A concerto in three movement. This epistolary three part-er recounts the shared moments between two people through the point of view of your partner, their hopes and regrets as life moves on. It is quite bittersweet and beautifully written.

Uhhh I just thought about how Holmes would probably go to concerts from time to time before he knew Watson, spending either an unreasonable amount of money for a ticket (because his consulting had not really taken off yet) but he NEEDED to see the violinist's fingering, or sueezing in somewhere in the backrows because he just solved a case and he needed something other than cocaine for a celebration - and how much nicer it must have been to go with Watson later, who didn't know half as much about music as Holmes but would get excited because Holmes was so excited and they could sit there TOGETHER, and later Holmes could infodump on Watson about the conductor's carreer and that one scandal (yes really Watson that'swhat happened!) and Watson would giggle and then Holmes could infodump some more, and the next morning Watson would maybe whistle a little tune from the concert when coming down for breakfast and ah. Yep. That.

Concerto of Life series

The Concerto of Life series is a short interactive fiction trilogy about your life with your partner set in either a fantasy kingdom or the modern world. The series was written for the Neo-Twiny Jam with each entry having a final word count of 500 words.

Descriptions

1st Movement

A short piece of interactive fiction where you read a letter written by your special someone on the eve of your wedding.

2nd Movement

A short piece of interactive fiction where you read a letter written by your special someone, who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.

3rd Movement

A short piece of interactive fiction where you read a letter written by your special someone in your old age.

Features

Customizable Names: Feel free to input real or made up names for you and your partner (the names will not be recorded).

Different Settings: Choose whether your story takes place in a fantasy kingdom or the modern world based on whether you met your partner in a tavern or a bar.

Sono andata al concerto di mezzosangue indossando la maglietta di “Parlami” che avrei dovuto regalarti, ma poi non ho fatto. Quando ti ho conosciuto l’ascoltavo a ripetizione e anche dopo.

Ho pianto come una bambina durante tutta la canzone, ripensando a te, ai tuoi occhi.
