I generally do not drink enough water on a daily basis (which is a problem in and of itself, I need to remember to drink more)
However
Whenever I am stressed out by literally anything, my #1 coping mechanism is drinking just absurd amounts of water. I am only hydrated when I'm stressed

Yes, let's talk about "your" pronouns for a moment, because I have some thoughts on the matter...
What's that? Oh, silly me. By "let's talk about," what you actually mean is "unquestioningly comply with my demands."
Be that as it may, "we" - which is to say, "I" - am going to talk about it regardless.
Let's analyze this for a moment.
She gives the game away right up front: blue heart is for boys, pink heart is for girls. This ideology is based on stereotypes. If you still doubt this, I don't know what else to show you to convince you.
Secondly, her "gender" isn't a profound knowledge of personal identity, because it changes faster than the weather. I'm not even sure it's her personality, because anyone whose personality changes that rapidly and that wildly has some kind of severe disorder. What she's calling "gender" seems to be nothing but her mood.
Thirdly, and I keep having to repeat this, if your "gender" requires others to participate, then it's not a "deeply personal sense of self." Just like your faith cannot be "a personal relationship with Jesus" if everybody else has to pray or refrain from pointing out the flaws in the bible. "Gender is a social construct" means that your "gender" only "exists" to the extent people play along. People are sick of being bullied into pretending for narcissists.
More importantly, you don't get to make others participate and then deny them any say or input. You can't give people an obligation with no authority, because if you think you can, then others can give you an obligation with no authority.
And you don't get to make others responsible for your mental wellbeing, to carry the burden you cannot or will not, and then get angry when they don't meet your standards or decline the obligation at all. You are responsible for you. Trying to make other people responsible for your emotions or mental state is psychotic. Xians insist that humans - and particularly children - are responsible for keeping their god happy, evidently because he cannot do it himself. You're just as much of an immature psychopath. We are not responsible for keeping you from bursting like a fragile soap bubble.
You can have a personal, unquestionable conviction, or you can have a matter of public interest and discussion. As soon as you insist others participate, you forfeit the right to cordon your beliefs off from scrutiny. If you want your beliefs to go unmolested, then keep them to yourself.
If it's nobody else's business, don't make it other people's business. You can't claim your "gender" is nobody else's business, nobody else gets a say, and then insist it is their business to comply with these demands and prop the whole delusion up.
Private concern or public interest. Choose one.
Fourthly, anyone who comes up with rules like this is a sociopath who is trying to control, manipulate and trap others. Since third-person pronouns are used primarily when someone is not present, when referring to an individual when talking to others, this is a form of authoritarian thought-control. You do not get to dictate how others must see you or think of you. They get to decide for themselves what they think of you, regardless of whether or not you like it, and it's none of your business. And if your sense of self is so flimsy that you must coerce them to conform their view of you to your own view of yourself, then you have bigger problems than "your" pronouns.
When she walks into room, people stiffen because they have to talk like idiots around her - and that's part of the appeal. She wants to be "misgendered," because who is she if she's not a marginalized victim and the center of attention? That's the trick: either you comply, and she wins, or you refuse, and she gets to pretend to be a victim and she wins. Nobody's obliged to pay attention to these insane, imaginary rules, much less play along. When she's already gamed it to win no matter what, the only way for you to win is to retain your integrity and self-respect and tell the truth.
And finally, you do not have pronouns. The pronouns belong to the language, in this case, English. The English language has pronouns for you. You don't have your own pronouns any more than you have your own conjugations or your own adjectives. Other languages, such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese, have their own structures, and they're not for you to "fix" with your stupid activism.
And yes, languages change. They evolve through common usage and common acceptance, not through narcissists performing blunt-force creationism enforced with emotional manipulation and vilification.
She's an average, unremarkable girl who's found a socially acceptable way to control other people and pretend to be interesting.
Tumblr media
My adjectives are amazing/brilliant/impressive.
Misadjectiving is hate. #BeKind
P.S. I miss the days when pink, green or blue dyed hair was a sign of rebellion and uniqueness, rather than a predictable trope and red flag that warns the world about all your views and opinions before you ever open your mouth. #MakeDyedHairCoolAgain

btw. Charlie's villainy is what I love about him. It's what makes him an interesting character and why I ship him with Babe. Don't be fooled by his puppy dog eyes and submissive mannerisms; he is play acting, he is using this to manipulate Babe. They're not doing role reversal when they have sex; sex is when they are being their most authentic selves. That man is manipulative and extremely dominant, and it's hot. He has been lying to Babe all along, and I would bet real money he's continuing to lie. I don't know why he stole Babe's powers, but I do know he didn't try very hard to avoid it
This is not to say he is only lies; I believe that he genuinely is in love with Babe, and that his manipulations and games are, in some convoluted way, to protect Babe.
But he is absolutely not a uwu innocent baby.
Did anyone make a video or gif of that moment when he casually commands Babe to give him his glass, and has him switch the alcohol for water? And Babe instantly, unquestioningly, complies. Because that's who Charlie is when he's not pretending to be someone else.

They wanted to know how many people would comply with a complete re-ordering of their lives based on no science at all, just random orders, some of which bordered on absurdity.
I have long said that Covid 19 was launched by design by a small number of people in the globalist predator class for one reason and one reason only — as a beta test for the coming technocratic new world order.
Now, we’ve got the World Economic Forum coming out and all but admitting that was exactly why the Covid-19 “pandemic” had to happen.
The WEF gleefully posted the following snippet to the “My Carbon” page of its website where they make a pitch for so-called smart cities, which is just another term for 15-minute cities.
The first of three “developments” that the WEF says must be in place before the world can evolve into its utopian vision of “smart and sustainable cities,” is compliance with restrictions on our freedom. It writes:
1. COVID-19 was the test of social responsibility – A huge number of unimaginable restrictions for public health were adopted by billions of citizens across the world. There were numerous examples globally of maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, mass vaccinations and acceptance of contact-tracing applications for public health, which demonstrated the core of individual social responsibility.
They were testing us. That’s what Covid was all about. They wanted to see how many of us would give up our individual freedom and individual sovereignty by complying with a “new normal” that consisted of restrictions bordering on the absurd.
Why, for instance was it “safe” to shop at Lowe’s or Home Depot but unsafe to shop at a small business or attend church? Why was it OK to go to strip clubs in Michigan but you couldn’t buy seeds for a garden?
What the WEF is implying with its above statement is that in order to be “sustainable,” people and societies will need to be compliant with a new more authoritarian global order. Don’t ask questions. Don’t resort to logic. Just obey.
Would we be obedient in the face of idiotic new laws and regulations, like wearing face diapers to stop what was said to be an aerosolized virus, and standing six feet apart in public, and submitting to a never-before-used, unlicensed mRNA gene-based injection?
They said it was good for you, so roll up your sleeve. Don’t ask questions. If you did, you could lose your job and be treated as a societal outcast. Many people lost friends or even close family members to this monstrous “test” of our willingness to unquestioningly do what we’re told.
Nearly five years later, arguably the most powerful nonprofit public-private partnership in the world, the WEF, admits it was all a test of our wills and celebrates the fact that most of us failed the test (or passed with flying colors depending how you look at it).
They wanted to find out how many of us would prove our servitude to the lawless, fascistic beast system by complying with “unimaginable restrictions,” many of which were created out of thin air with absolutely no scientific evidence to back them up as contributing anything to public health.
The U.S. government’s top health bureaucrat, Dr. Anthony Fauci, admitted recently that there was no science behind his decision to require Americans to socially distance six feet apart.
youtube
The beta test known as Covid-19 proved once again the validity of the The Milgram Experiment. This experiment was conducted in 1961-1962 by Yale University professor Stanley Milgram.
It showed that the overwhelming majority of Americans would obey a law or command that they knew was wrong if the order were to come from an official authority figure. An alarming 65 percent of Americans would reluctantly violate their own conscience and obey the order even if they knew it would result in the death of an innocent person.
Trending: Here’s the Real Reason Why Hunter Biden Shocked the Courtroom and Pleaded Guilty in Federal Tax Evasion Case
From Wikipedia:
Beginning on August 7, 1961, a series of social psychology experiments were conducted by Yale University psychologist Stanley Milgram, who intended to measure the willingness of study participants to obey an authority figure who instructed them to perform acts conflicting with their personal conscience. Participants were led to believe that they were assisting an unrelated experiment, in which they had to administer electric shocks to a “learner.” These fake electric shocks gradually increased to levels that would have been fatal had they been real.
The experiments found, unexpectedly, that a very high proportion of subjects would fully obey the instructions, with every participant going up to 300 volts, and 65% going up to the full 450 volts. Milgram first described his research in a 1963 article in the Journal of Abnormal and Social Psychology[1].
The Bad News is that we passed the test with flying colors.

PRECIOUS LOVE: CHAPTER 6 - JAMIE TARTT x YOU
summary: you find a new friend who decides you need to go on a blind date.
word count: 600 words
warnings: language
-
chapter 6: standing in front of me
If ever there was an award for friendship, Keeley and Rebecca would have won it by a landslide. Rebecca had unquestioningly bundled you into her car to be sent home and Keeley made no big deal of it. Neither pushed for you to say more than you were ready to and gave you all the space you needed. You knew you were lucky to have friends like that and felt regretful that you had spent the better part of two months avoiding them because honestly, you were not sure you would ever be ready to face them now that they knew. Afterall, Rebecca and Keeley have known Jamie for much longer than they knew you. Why would they want anything to do with you now that they knew?
You took to doing what you did best, throwing yourself into work because what else were you to do? It also made a great excuse for not seeing Rebecca and Keeley given both were career women themselves and could empathise. They always sounded disappointed when you turned down an invitation but you shrugged it off. They had been fine before they had gotten to know you, they would be fine if you drifted apart. You were absolutely certain of it.
Michael was new to your workplace and you had become fast friends over the time spent together as you guided him through using the systems. You rarely spoke of your personal life in a professional setting but it had been hard not to when Michael was so forthcoming. Eventually, you too succumbed to sharing and became good friends with Michael, often laughing at each other’s trash taste in men.
“At least, that’s a phase I’m over now,” Michael said as he sipped his coffee, “I’m in a committed relationship now.”
You rolled your eyes, “sure, Michael, whatever you say.”
“Genuinely! We’ve been together for a while now.”
“Mmhmmm.”
“Actually, I think he might know someone right up your alley.”
“And, what alley would that be?”
“Prick with a heart?”
You choked on your tea and Michael laughed heartily, “you know I’m right.”
“God, Michael, didn’t have to be so blunt.”
“I disagree, maybe then you’ll actually do something else with your life besides work.”
“I do other stuff,” You responded a little defensively and Michael arched a brow as you continued, “besides, I’m not on the market.”
“You’re single. You’re always on the market.”
Which was how you found yourself dressed up for your first date in a while. It was not that you did not date. To be fair, you had actually tried a long time ago in an effort to move on while you had been away but something about it all made you feel icky inside. Yet, here you were. Michael had refused to take no for an answer, citing having found you the perfect match. You found yourself agreeing to just one date with the promise you never had to entertain such a ridiculous idea ever again when it inevitably did not work out. Michael agreed to your terms as long as you let him and his partner pick you up because he did not trust you to not stand them up.
A lamborghini pulled up and Michael had his head out of the passenger window as he beckoned you to get in. You complied, laughing at the absurdity of the situation but only for a second because you found yourself face-to-face with AFC Richmond player Colin Hughes.

An assortment of headcanons related to Chiyori as a Jujutsu Sorcerer:
Although, Chiyori is categorised a semi-special grade sorcerer, taking on special grade missions usually exhausts her to the point where she'd take three days off just to recover. She'd spend the first two days sleeping and healing. Third day, she'd pack, prepare and generally take the day off, usually hanging out with her non-sorcerer best friend @opalchoi or voluntarily help out at her café.
Honestly, Chiyori is such a pushover. On missions if she's accompanied by students, she'd likely tell them to stay put, but if they insist on participating, she'd probably fold after a rather pathetic attempt at negotiating, lol.
Chiyori doesn't mind selfishly hooking one of the assistants to accompany her on missions. She enjoys the company, and she needs someone to keep her spare clothes safe while she gets the job done. (Usually, she prefers Ijichi, because he's easily persuaded. Surprisingly, he's more of a pushover than her).
On rare occasions when someone actually unquestioningly complies to her requests, Chiyori will praise them. She'd say things like: "Aah, how come you're being such a good boy/girl today?" Or: "You truly are my hero/champion, you know?" She's called Ijichi this countless of times. He blushes every time, and she finds it so cute, lmao.
Unlike many other in the industry, Chiyori is not married to her job. Because the sorcerer job pays fairly well, she takes weeks off at a time to visit her parents living in the outskirts of Tokyo. Majority of her income goes to support her parents. Despite this, Chiyori fares relatively well as she doesn't tend to spend her money recklessly.
In Tokyo, Chiyori lives alone in a small two-room apartment. At night she leaves on the TV in the living room. Her electrical bills are probably insane, but the background noise helps drowning out the voices inside her head. Besides, it provides her the comforting illusion that she isn't alone in the apartment.
Despite her rank, Chiyori possesses only an average amount of cursed energy. Using her cursed technique can drain it rapidly, but it depends entirely on which curse(s) she transforms into.
Pertaining to the politics of Jujutsu, Chiyori doesn't involve herself too much. She doesn't understand the full intricacies of it, and isn't interested as she perceives the stakes she has as close to non-influential to her personal life.
Chiyori prefers being assigned missions classified second grade or beneath. She finds anything above gruelling. To her dismay, the higher-ups refuse to assign her these types of missions — usually, they give those to sorcerers of lower grade. While it does make sense to her, she still feels childishly bitter about it.
In her arsenal, Chiyori only possesses one special grade curse. In combat, if she can avoid it, she won’t draw it out as her control over it is rather erratic. Instead, Chiyori gravitates towards switching between the few first grade curses she in her arsenal.

Jesse
Part 3: How it Ended
Jesse found himself wanting a jet pack. He had watched Death Watch fly around on them. They looked fun. He took aim and hit the fuel cell on one, it and it’s wearer exploded. Well, fun until you get shot in the fuel tank.
Commander Rex had entrusted Jesse with his own team of men. The ARC Trooper was determined to prove to the Commander that he was worthy of the honor. He knew Rex wouldn’t have given him his own team if he didn’t trust him. But Jesse didn’t want to disappoint him. Ever.
The fight ended with Ahsoka capturing Maul after an impressive lightsaber battle on the metal support beams miles above the city. Jesse had watched the blue and red lightsaber blades slash and stab at each other. Both combatants were incredibly impressive. He had to respect Maul’s skills as a fighter, being able to hold off Ahsoka. And it was equally impressive of Ahsoka to meet Maul head on. But eventually Maul was in custody and they were headed back up to the Venator-class Star Destroyer, Tribunal.
Word had spread that General Kenobi had engaged and destroyed General Grievous. Jesse knew the Jedi would be proud, even if such a reaction would never be displayed. Grievous had long since been a thorn in General Kenobi’s side. Another announcement followed, that this war would soon be ending. Jesse felt a wave of different emotions: excitement, anxiousness, fear. The battles resulting from the war had caused absolute decimation of many towns, cities, and villages. It will take years, decades maybe, for these areas to recover. Millions had been made homeless or refugees. At least soon they’ll be able to start to rebuild.
But what about him? What will happen to him? To his brothers? The Jedi will simply be able to go back to their lives before this, whatever that was. Jesse and the other clones didn’t exist before the war. It was the reason for their very creation. They had no lives to return to. That’s where the fear and anxiety crept in. He had a simple question on his mind. Now what?
There was a sharp pain in his right temple, quick, fleeting. An order was suddenly delivered. Commander Rex’s stern voice suddenly filled his helmet,
“Under this directive, any and all Jedi leadership must be executed for treason against the Republic. Any soldier that does not comply with the order will also be executed for treason.”
Jesse couldn’t help the feeling of betrayal and hurt that bloomed inside him. How? How could they do this to them? They had been loyal! Unquestioningly so! Even if it went against any personal feelings they had developed. The Jedi were traitors?! Why would peacekeeping….Jesse stopped mid thought. The Jedi had always said they were “peacekeepers”. He had heard the phrase uttered by Anakin, Obiwan, and Ahsoka many times. But they were the ones leading them into battle. To kill. Hypocrites. Jesse’s hurt morphed into anger. He had to defend the Republic and enforce the ending of a war a bunch of religious zealots wanted to continue.
Now Tano was loose in the ship, Commander Rex having given a good effort to eliminate her. She had escaped into the ducts. She could be anywhere. Jesse soon got word that Commander Rex had been cut off from the soldiers he had been with. He kept up with the chatter on his comms, filtering through everything quickly. Maul has escaped, his Commander was missing, and a traitorous Jedi was crawling through the ship’s inner workings. Jesse was next in command after Commander Rex. He took charge for now.
“Target number one’s escaped the medical bay. We’re in pursuit.” Came an update
“What is the status of CT-7567?” He asked, concerned for his Commander.
“Commander Rex is still missing in action, sir.”
“Did he aid in Tano’s escape?” Jesse had to ask. He knew the two were close friends.
“Unknown at present.” Was the answer.
A few moments later came another update.
“Control failed to report in. We think they’ll make their move to escape via the main hanger.”
Jesse didn’t fail to notice the use of “they” and “their” instead of “her”. Was his brother implying Commander Rex could be a willing participant in Tano’s escape? Perhaps he was talking about Tano and Maul. It’d make more sense for them to be in cahoots, since Commander Rex had issued the alert in the first place.
“Affirmative. I want squads marshaled at position 2-5 and 2-7. Wait for my signal before proceeding.” Jesse responded, turning on his heel and jogging down the corridor.
“Copy that Lieutenant.”
Soon he had nearly every trooper on the Tribunal in the hanger. That was the only way off this ship since the Commander had ordered all escape pods to be jettisoned.
“Hold your position, men. If they try to leave, they’ll have to go through us.” Jesse ordered. He paced up and down the front of the squads. Pacing was secretly a nervous habit of his.
Jesse kept tuned into the chaos on the comms, from troopers who were trying to find Tano and their missing Commander, to the ones fighting Maul. Jesse was certain that monster was set loose on them by Tano, which worn down any question about her guilt.
“Sir, we think Maul might be headed your way. Be aware.” Came a warning from a trooper. The door in front of them opens, Jesse braces for Maul but sees Tano walking with her hands behind her head, Commander Rex following behind her with a blaster aimed at the back of her head.
“Hold your fire.” Their Commander ordered.
“Hang on, we have Tano and the Commander. Send all remaining troops to my position.” Jesse barked. As the pair walked closer, Jesse’s men prepared to fire.
“I said hold your fire Jesse. I have the situation under control.” Commander Rex repeated. For some reason, the exclusion of his rank by Commander Rex irritated the ARC Trooper.
“You have your order, sir. Now execute it or I will.” Jesse replied sternly. Not an order, an ultimatum.
“The order was to execute the Jedi for treason against the Republic.” The Commander stated. Jesse’s blank stare was hidden by his helmet. Of course he knew what the order was. He wasn’t stupid.
“The problem is, Ahsoka Tano isn’t a Jedi. Hasn’t been for some time.” Commander Rex continued. Jesse lowered his blasters, taking this into consideration. Rex wasn’t wrong…but
“Sir, you said so yourself that we’re under special order from Darth Sidious to eliminate Ahsoka Tano and any other clone who disobeys Order 66.” Jesse reminded his Commander. Surely Rex wouldn’t have forgotten that. His helmet’s sensitive microphone picked up something muttered by Tano. It sounded like ‘just keep him talking a little bit longer.’ Commander Rex than barreled on.
“Jesse, Jesse, listen to me. We’ve known each other for a long time. If we don’t get this right, we’ll be the ones committing treason, not her.” Commander Rex spoke as if he feared Jesse had heard what Tano had whispered.
Jesse’s heart dropped. There were two options here. One, Commander Rex was under a Jedi mind trick by Tano and being forced to comply with her demands. Or, the man he idolized since he was a cadet…was a willing participant and a traitor as well.
Jesse raised his blasters once more.
“Commander Rex, you’re in violation of Order 66. I accuse you of treason against the Grand Army of the Republic.” Jesse couldn’t believe he was saying these words to the man he had once worshiped.
“You’ll be demoted in rank from Commander and subject to execution, along with the traitor Ahsoka Tano.” Jesse decreed.
“Company. Ready, aim-“
Suddenly the floor dropped behind him, sending a large portion of his men falling to the lower level of the hanger. Jesse immediately opened fire on Tano, who shoved him backwards with the Force. Jesse felt the floor disappear from under him and he landed on the floor of the lower hanger with his men.
“Move it, move it! Get these lifts activated! Get us up there!” Jesse commanded, hearing the commencing fight between his men and the two traitors.
“Our panel’s locked out!” Came the reply, Jesse looking up and scanning the area he could see. Then he spotted them. Droids who had aligned themselves with Tano and CT-7567. No doubt the same ones his men had reported seeing when Commander Rex was first intercepted.
“Fire on those droids!”
As the fight carried on above them, Jesse ground his teeth. Each moment he spent stuck down here was another moment Tano and CT-7567 were able to keep breathing. All of the hurt that Jesse had felt at Tano’s and Rex’s betrayal dissolved into rage. Perhaps if Maul was headed this way, he’d deal with them for him. However, there would be no such luck when Jesse got word that Maul had escaped in a stolen shuttle.
Jesse was just about scream another command about the lifts, when Rex and Tano suddenly plummeted down to their level. His men had overwhelmed them and forced the Jedi to cut through the floor. Finally!
“Blast them!” Jesse ordered, but it wasn’t meant to be. The lift suddenly shot Jesse and his men back up to the main level. He was about to angrily round on the clone responsible, but stopped when he spotted those kriffing droids. Jesse didn’t have to give the order again, as his men finally dispatched the malfunctioning machines into scrap metal.
Jesse felt like a repeating record when he ordered his men to once again get him to Tano and the former Commander. Just then, the ship gave a horrendous shutter. Jesse turned to look out the hanger doors and saw a the surface of a moon fast approaching. In all the chaos, he had completely forgotten about the fact the Maul had fatally crippled the Star Destroyer. Jesse watched as pieces of the ship broke away, chunks floating out into space only to be snatched up by the ravenous moon.
There were no escape pods, any shuttles that might be of use in a desperate escape attempt were out of reach. The one thing that gave him solace was the fact that Tano and CT-7567 were likely going to be killed in the crash or from the chunks of debris from the destroyer.
As the moon’s surface got closer, Jesse being able to make out land formations, he took a deep breath.
Soon the nightmares were going to stop.
Soon he’d be free.

I love how garbage like this gets spread with the comments disabled. It’s as if those putting this shit out DON’T WANT THEIR VIEWS CHALLENGED!
This isn’t literature. This is emotional propaganda. It isn’t worth the byte space it’s occupying.
One of the greatest ‘sins’ of this piece is marginalizing a person who genuinely seeks out objective opinions as a conspiracy theorist. In other words, don’t question. Just obey. Otherwise, you’re one “THOSE people” too.
In closing, FUCK YOU. FUCK YOU for demanding people unquestioningly comply. FUCK YOU for making people choose between an untested, invasive procedure and their jobs. FUCK YOU for playing moral authority and belittling people who just wanted more information before blindly going along with the flock. FUCK YOU for putting other people’s opinions over the health and welfare of minors who have no choice over what happens to them. FUCK YOU for shuttering people’s businesses.
I, for one, will NEVER FORGIVE. I, for one, will NEVER forget what some of you have done.
I hope you all die from the poison you willingly accepted.
And this “conspiracy theorist” will stand over your grave and simply say, “I told you so.”

I've had to come to terms with the fact that I am no longer a child.
I tried to hold on to it as long as I could but
The world wouldn't comply
— or rather, I wouldn't comply. (couldn't comply)
And the things I had to learn through
Silent whispers of terrified people and
Text upon screens (and unheard screams)
Of the horrors of the world,
I could not go back.
(maybe if we taught our children
what it was like, what things were, what they could be
that it's okay
that differences are simply great/
just another part of life,
i could've held on just a bit longer
–– as no one no one should have to wonder/
to worry if they will no longer be loved
for being who they are)
And coming to terms with the end of my childhood
Brings upon it a sort of lightness in
Looking at pictures I take or
Moments I've captured, whether through poetry or an image or a thought,
As everyone is simply seeking to return to that feeling of
Childhood, of acceptance, of faith in good over bad,
It's good to know more but
Sometimes all we want
Is to be a child again
— is to be loved, unquestioningly again

When should a wife not submit to her husband?
The concept of submission in marriage often stirs up strong emotions and interpretations, especially in Christian contexts. Many people believe submission means that a wife should always say "yes" to her husband, never voicing her opinions or standing her ground. However, Biblical submission is not blind obedience or silence—it is a partnership built on love, respect, and shared responsibility. So, when should a wife not submit to her husband? This question requires careful thought, grounded in Scripture, wisdom, and a clear understanding of God’s intentions for marriage. In this article, we explore what submission truly means, clarify common misconceptions, and discuss situations where it is appropriate for a wife to say “no.”
Biblical Submission: What It Is and What It Is Not
To understand when a wife should not submit to her husband, it’s crucial to first understand what Biblical submission entails. Ephesians 5:22-24 states: “Wives, submit to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.” This verse is often misinterpreted to mean that wives must unquestioningly obey their husbands in all things. However, a closer look at the surrounding context reveals that the passage emphasizes mutual submission. Ephesians 5:21 commands all believers to “submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.”
When Submission Leads to Sin
God’s Word is clear that we should never follow anyone into sin. Acts 5:29 says: “We must obey God rather than human beings.” If a husband asks his wife to lie, cheat, steal, or engage in any behavior contrary to God’s commandments, she must respectfully decline. For example, if a husband pressures his wife to participate in unethical financial practices or to cover up wrongdoing, she should stand firm in her faith and refuse to comply.
When There Is Abuse
Abuse—whether physical, emotional, verbal, or spiritual—is never acceptable in marriage. Submission does not mean enduring mistreatment or enabling harmful behavior. God values the dignity, safety, and well-being of every individual. If a wife is in an abusive situation, seeking help from trusted friends, family, church leaders, or professionals is crucial. Submitting to abuse is not God’s will; rather, He calls His children to live in peace and safety (Psalm 34:18).
When a Husband Is Acting Contrary to God’s Word
A husband’s leadership should reflect Christ’s sacrificial love. When a husband acts in ways that contradict God’s principles—such as being controlling, manipulative, or neglectful—a wife has the right to address these issues respectfully and prayerfully. Submission does not mean ignoring destructive behaviors. Instead, it involves lovingly holding a spouse accountable and seeking God’s guidance for resolution.
When There Is a Threat to Health or Safety
If a husband’s decisions jeopardize the physical or mental well-being of the wife or their family, she must protect herself and her loved ones. For example, if a husband insists on reckless financial investments that could harm the family’s stability, the wife has a responsibility to intervene. God entrusts both spouses with the care and stewardship of their household. Saying “no” in such situations is not rebellion—it is wise stewardship.
When Mutual Respect Is Absent
Submission thrives in an environment of mutual respect and love. If a husband dismisses his wife’s thoughts, disregards her contributions, or undermines her worth, the foundation of submission is compromised. In these cases, it is essential to address the imbalance and work toward restoring a healthy dynamic.
Embracing God’s Design for Marriage
God’s plan for marriage is one of unity, love, and mutual submission. While submission is an important aspect of a godly relationship, it is not a license for one spouse to dominate or control the other. Instead, it reflects a partnership where both husband and wife honour God by serving and respecting one another. Knowing when a wife should not submit to her husband requires spiritual maturity, wisdom, and courage. By seeking God’s guidance, standing firm in His truth, and communicating with love, wives can navigate these situations in a way that honours both God and their marriage. Ultimately, submission is not about always saying “yes.” It is about saying “yes” to God’s will, even when it means saying “no” to a husband’s request. Through faith and obedience, couples can build a relationship that reflects God’s love and glorifies His name.

WEF Finally Tells the Truth About Covid
It Was a 'Test' of Our Obedience to Rapidly Forming New World Order
They just wanted to see how many of us would prove our fealty to the “authorities,” people wearing white coats or suits and ties.
In case the WEF decides to take down this damning link about Covid being a test of public compliance with medical tyranny, I’m inserting a screenshot of it below.

Yesterday, I indulged in a captivating Netflix series called D*P. It's an intriguing portrayal of military service in South Korea, and even after watching just the first episode, I could sense its deep exploration of the seniority practice prevalent in the country.
Having lived in South Korea for over two years, I can attest that the concept of seniority runs deep in society, to the extent that you can easily discern the junior from the senior within a group of people on the streets. While I appreciate the importance of respecting seniority, I can't help but notice that something seems awry with how it's practiced in South Korea.
The series exemplifies how some seniors wield their power to assert dominance based on their seniority. Regrettably, juniors often find themselves compelled to unquestioningly comply with anything their seniors say or do, even when it may not be the right course of action. This unquestioning obedience is disheartening to witness.
I acknowledge that seniority holds a place of significance in society, but true respect cannot be commanded through the misuse of power. Rather, if seniors act with genuine authority and respect, juniors will naturally respond in kind.
I wonder, what do those who abuse their seniority truly seek to achieve? I find it puzzling that they would choose to demand respect rather than earn it through their actions and character.
Perhaps this deep-rooted seniority practice is a product of tradition dating back generations, making it difficult to transform into a more positive and equitable approach. Nevertheless, I remain hopeful that positive changes will come, not only in South Korea but across the globe. Let us strive for a world where mutual respect prevails and where the wisdom and guidance of elders are cherished, but not at the expense of individual autonomy and critical thinking.
In the end, I dream of a world at peace, where respect is a two-way street, and the values of seniority are reshaped into something that fosters understanding, growth, and unity.

Have you heard about Posie Parker coming to NZ? https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/486733/posie-parker-departs-new-zealand-jk-rowling-blasts-protest-as-repellent

It's ridiculous when they created the public disorder, and encouraged it with hyperbole and dishonesty, such as calling it "anti trans" to recognize biological reality. Even when transsexual people themselves, who are tired of being used as paws in this ideology, are saying the same thing.
The argument is similar to Islam: if you don't leave Islam or announce your apostasy, then we won't have to kill you. If you tell the truth, then you have only yourself to blame. Islam is a religion of peace. As long as you unquestioningly comply with our demands.
This is what "words are violence" means, and the exact reason they created it. You say something I don't like, I punch you in the face, and we're even. "Both sides" hurt each equally, but one was justified as a reaction to the other. It's your fault we were violent.
Worse, it becomes a narrative of its own: look how upset people got, look what it drove them to do, therefore she's wrong by default.
"If someone tells me that I've hurt their feelings I'm still waiting to hear what your point is."
-- Christopher Hitchens
One thing that's notable is that the police did little if anything to enforce the separation between the protesters and those who came to hear her speak. Tearing down the barriers should have resulted in immediate action. The fracas shouldn't have been possible.

dfjkals;fjdsalfdsa I hope you don't mind, this post set me off on something I think about a lot.
God... the thing with the Spartan-IIs...
People sometimes get the wrong idea that the S-IIs were unquestioningly obedient and had the personality ruthlessly beaten out of them by brutal training methods when they were children.
But no, it's actually a lot more poisonous than that. They were indoctrinated.
Making someone afraid you will punish them might get them to comply with you temporarily, but if you want them to do what you want when you can't be there to force them? When they're out beyond your reach and there's nothing you can do to really threaten them? You have to make them loyal to you. You have to get into their head.
The Spartans were taught that they were doing something important, that even if this stuff was hard it was necessary, and that they were special and good. Even growing up in the UNSC, even seeing all the internal flaws of that organization and what it was doing, they were being taught that the cause was still good and that all of this was worth it to save human lives. Even before the discovery of the Covenant, ONI needed to cement loyalty into these kids so they'd be able to not just kill, but to kill other humans with potentially sympathetic perspectives. They weren't hammered flat, they were carefully shaped and hardened into true believers so that they would be loyal in the field and difficult to turn.
John-117 is still competitive and tough and a bit of a shit, but he was also taught that the team is essential to the winning. Instead of having someone work back that drive to win at all costs into something healthier, it was honed to a razor's edge. Yes, John, you have to win at all costs, because the things that will happen if you don't win are horrible.
The reality is that your average person in Halo and even within the UNSC and even within ONI (because this shit's need-to-know) who doesn't know what happened to the Spartan-IIs would be horrified if they did know. Most people would probably like to see the Master Chief relax a little, and would agree that he should have some time to himself and nice things. Of course he's human! Of course he should be allowed to have feelings and bad days!
But the insidious thing, the horrible toxic thing here, is that the worst of it is calling from inside the house now. The most brutal "I should suppress my emotional responses so I can be a better and more efficient machine" and "it doesn't matter if something hurts me because I'm an acceptable sacrifice" directives are things John believes in his heart about himself because of how he was raised. They're survival mechanisms that got him through the war alive and able to keep shooting.
He's functional. Mostly.
Getting him to a place where he would be actually happy and healthy, however, would be a long and difficult anti-indoctrination process not unlike detoxing someone from a cult.
The person still telling John that his emotions and instincts don't matter and that he should ignore how bad all this feels is John.
The real question is how the FUCK did the unsc "tame" baby chief. He was crazy. He was a menace. Feral child. That never went away. He's still like that except on more of a galactic scale. I love him
Funny But Still Honest Answer: By constantly putting "win" conditions in front of him to chase like a carrot on a string. What else is a mission besides a challenging task with clear win/lose stakes? And we all know he Can Not Lose
More Serious Answer: I mean, you kind of answered it yourself. They didn't tame him. Not technically. It didn't go away, they just redirected and refined his relentlessness into something they could use and then kept pointing him in the direction of problems and setting him loose. He, along with all the others, was picked for the program because he had a feral streak to him. It makes him a great weapon.

Holy fucking hell. Jonathan. My man. My good friend. Why the fuck do you think it would be less suspicious to act as though Drac's request of writing future-dated letters of travel confirmation is something reasonable enough to comply with unquestioningly?
Like, bro, "not noticing" all the other supernatural and plain weird shit could be, MAYBE, interpreted by Drac as you assuming your mind is playing tricks and that the count is just an eccentric rich bitch. Maybe. But being blatantly told to fabricate a paper trail proving you to have left the premises AND being told to date the letters in VERY SPECIFIC future dates!?!?!
Come on, my good friend. You both know what's up, but there's no feasible way to pretend ignoring THAT is a correct and measured response.
