It's actually crazy how there were literally no Belgian FIA world champs (from any of the championships) until this year and now they have 3 and actually 2 extra non-official ones. As I saw on Jacky Ickx's insta they may be a small country but they are defo some talented people (and not just in motorsport, they literally have a double cycling Olympic champ from this year)

So from 2024 Belgian now have:

And the extras being half Belgian Max Verstappen with his 4th F1 world championship.

(And I'm going to include André as I kinda think of him more as a Belgian rather than German, and I think a lot of people agree) they also have André Lotterer with his 2nd WEC title.
