We're looking for indie comic features right now!

As we work on our first magazine edition we'll be hunting for independent artists to promote. Our first theme covers topics such as greek/roman mythos, doorways and openings, beginnings, coming of age, and options and resolutions. If this matches your comic or one you enjoy please give us a recommendation either on this post or in our asks box along with how to contact the author. We will not be too strict about theme as this is our first issue.

We do ask that all submissions be SFW for a general audience (if you have questions about what is and isn't appropriate please contact us, we will be happy to discuss)

Fancomics are welcome

Less popular comics are preferred and will be prioritised

Yes you may absolutely submit yourself or your works

Yes we have a separate column for additional artists that don't make comics

No comics will be featured without consent from the author

Spreads, interviews, articles, etc will be approved by the author in question before release to the public

This is NOT an official publication, we receive no funding, nobody gets paid. This is all volunteer work offered by a couple of comic artists with too much time.

There are no contracts involved with this and no small text other than "help us spread our magazine"

finished magazine will be posted on Tumblr, Tapas, and Webtoons. Authors may share the magazine anywhere else they please.

slow down for your disabled friends. thats like a bare minimum kindness that we shouldnt have to ask for. i love that youre so quirky and walking fast is a cool personality trait to you and all that but i bet you can count your physically disabled friends on less than one hand

I've been messaging back and forth with @mohammedalanqer after he shared his fundraiser with me, and very quickly into our conversation I offered to draw a comic about him to help boost his gofundme. he was incredibly excited about the idea and shared so many lovely pictures of his family for reference. the text is based off his story of him and his family living under constant bombardment, which you can read here.

he has been able to raise €50,403 out of €58,000, meaning he only has €7,592 left to be able to evacuate. please share this comic as much as possible so that he can reach his goal!

UPDATE (09/01): the goal has been raised to cover additional costs! the current progress is

Transformers "More Than Meets The Eye" comic has recently torpedoed me down the feelsy space car robots hellhole, an therefore i present a sketchy collection of Lost Light crew as homo sapiens. I had SO MUCH fun coming up with the designs! Now off to actually learn how to draw robots i guess

I want to tell you more about me and why this campaign has taken a toll on my mental and physical health. I'm sure you understand me if you also suffer from social anxiety. I am living through introvert hell and I just want it to stop 💔

My exhaustion can't be described with words. Every day I wish I had died when this all started. Everything exhausts me. Please help, please. I'm constantly annoyed with my family because we've been packed in the same room for months while we're all on edge, but they're still my family. I can't let them die. I can't let my younger siblings and my grandmother down🥹

This was a super controversial series of comics when I posted them on Reddit a year ago. So much so that Zombie Comic Aura talks about it in a video covering T&E sins.

I still don't regret it, because it sets up a little more complexity to Tiff and Eve's relationship. I would have made a few changes if I had thought ahead a little more, but I mention that in Aura's the video.

I was displaced from Rafah after we were besieged by the occupation under bombardment and gunfire. We survived by a miracle, but we entered an unknown life, with harsh conditions and an uncertain fate. We left without taking anything from our belongings, and all we want now is to start a new life, one that provides us with the most basic necessities-shelter, food, and water.

fahed and reem are the parents to five children. the prolonged attack on gaza and subsequent destruction of everything they've known has forced them to fundraise, but the oldest, sahar (@fahedshehab9), has been making videos to help spread the word. the thought of a young girl advocating for her family's survival in front of the world is as heartbreaking 10 months into cruel bombardment as it was on october 7, october 6, 2023, 2014, 2008, and every single day since 1948 when palestine was first shattered.

this is the current progress of their fundraiser. sahar has done a wonderful job spreading the word so far, but as of posting, they still need €18,634 to meet their goal.

please help her and her family by sharing, reposting with the link, and donating what you're able!

The robins’ arrested development is fascinating to me on a meta level.

The first child sidekick of the golden age of comics, never meant to be a man, a child for forty years who fought and demanded the right to grow up.

The second robin is slain in his career’s infancy. An unaging symbol of lost innocence because innocence itself was no longer required. Who burst back out of his grave unwillingly, in a man’s body, dragged into adulthood all at once. A child killed twice over.

The third robin, who was comfortable in his place as a child as a sidekick, evicted because someone else needed that spot, only to be wedged back into the box. Not quite a man, but he can’t go back to being a boy either, stuck in the in between.

And the fifth robin, still a child. Destined to grow into an adult role that will never be vacated, and so cannot grow up.
