Haselnusswaffeln mit Kirschkompott 🍒 . Jetzt kommt endlich mein versprochenes Kirschrezept 😋 Ich bin eigentlich nicht der größte Fan von Waffeln, aber von denen hier kann ich nicht genug bekommen 😍 Das Waffelrezept stammt aus dem "Dr. Oetker Backbuch - Grundrezepte für die gute Küche" (S. 39, Ceres-Verlag, erschienen 1984) (WERBUNG/AD) und ich hab nichts daran verändert, weil es einfach perfekt ist 😄 Das Rezept für das Kirschkompott basiert auf dem Rezept "Schmarrn mit Kirschkompott" von www.lecker.de (WERBUNG/AD), wurde aber von mir verändert. Zutaten für die Waffeln: ergibt ca. 8 bis 10 Stück 🔸270 gr Butter 🔸130 gr Zucker 🔸1 Päckchen Vanillinzucker 🔸4 Eier 🔸70 gr Weizenmehl 🔸100 gr Speisestärke 🔸1 gehäufter TL Backpulver 🔸130 gr gemahlene Haselnüsse Zutaten für das Kirschkompott: 🔸400 gr frische Kirschen (TK geht aber auch, Süß- oder Sauerkirschen) 🔸400 ml Sauerkirschsaft 🔸2 TL Limettensaft 🔸1 EL Zucker 🔸1/2 Päckchen Vanillepuddingpulver 🔸1/4 TL Zimt Weitere Zutaten: 🔸 Margarine für das Waffeleisen 🔸eine Mango, Nussnugatcreme, Erdbeeren o.ä. als zusätzliche Toppings Zubereitung: Für den Waffelteig Butter, Zucker, Vanillinzucker und die Eier nach und nach verrühren, Weizenmehl, Speisestärke und Backpulver darüber sieben und ebenfalls unterrühren. Zum Schluss die gemahlenen Haselnusskerne darunter rühren. . Das Waffeleisen vorheizen, gut mit Margarine ausfetten und die Waffeln heraus backen. . Für das Kompott das Puddingpulver mit dem Kirschsaft und dem Zucker anrühren und aufkochen lassen. Mit Limettensaft und Zimt abschmecken und die entsteinten Kirschen unterheben. . Die Waffeln mit dem Kompott und wahlweise weiteren Toppings wie Sahne, frischen Beeren, Mangopüree oder Nussnugatcreme anrichten. . Lasst es euch schmecken 😋😘 .
