Hello!! I have had some people ask me where I have been and why I am so frequently inactive, as well as concerns about my past, quickly sentenced posts! We have been hesitant to explain this, but this account is run by an alter, aka me, Sunshine! I have been a fictiv member of our headspace for quite a few years now! I am not always around, and so I can't frequently run the blog, letalone make artwork to post! Due to many fake-claimers, and lots of heavy overthinking, I have been pushing this post back for a while, especially since our system is undiagnosed so we wouldn't know how to reply if someone asked us what disorder we derived from! I do hope this clears some things up! And please be kind to me- I am terrified of confrontation!

Fractal Rock and Trippiness | Down the Fractal Rabbit (Frabbit?) Hole | “Laser Lord” (no vocals)

Take a tripindicular journey deep into the Fractal Rabbit Hole, with my most mind-frying visuals possible without melting any screen pixels. I’m going for maximum psychedelic brain warping here, so apologies in advance if you were looking for some nice gray-and-offwhite fractal shapes against a light-colored background. We got rainbows up in this here stuff.

I’m using some animated black-and-white 5K textures from Machina Infinitum, and then sending them through After Effects and Colorama, and then using that output into Mandelbulber as new animated and now colorfied textures for both the background, and the fractals and primitives textures. Then, I run a new layer of the Mandelbulber frames using a static Red Green Blue texture mapped onto everything, and then turn that into an animated luminosity map inside of After Effetcs, and output two more glow layers. Then I composite 7 layers or so together into one (with each layer audio synced inside of Mandelbulber so that the flying drone’s size changes with the amplitude of the music, as well as the background shifting to the music.

The music is my latest redo of my “Laser Lord,” now with redone instrumentation, mixing and mastering, right before it goes back into the studio for me to add the vocals that I’m working on. So this is version 1.5, with version 2 being a song with vocals that will be coming soon.

So, please enjoy my little experiment here, while we rock it out, Down in Fractal Rock, with maximum fractal trippiness and some rock/pop infectious beats. I got Something to Say, and it’s kind of trippy tonight!
