Guys, idk about anyone else but I'm starting to suspect the reason why Zahard was angry at Arlene and his motivations as a character might be a bit more layered than simply having his proposal rejected...🤔 Almost like his choices might be based on his ideals and not simply love triangle drama and the greatest war in the history of the Tower, kickstarted by V and Arlene, might have tarnished his proudest accomplishment and goal.

Y’know, it may not be comfortable, but trying to nest under desks/tables must really do something for me given how often I find myself doing it

I can't do much productively during the heat wave/health issue flare up/etc. like work on my games or anything where I have to sit at the computer/type for long periods of time, BUT.. I did passively sculpt a few tiny foods lol. I wanted to do one of my bigger usual sculptures, but those take so much more time and concentration, I thought something small just to keep my hands busy would be better.. close up photos look kind of weird and blurry from my camera settings or something, but overall they came out okay, especially in person.. Nearly the only reason I ever wanted to buy dolls as a kid was to get my hands on the miniature foods and plates and stuff that came with them, I've always just been obsessed with small versions of things like that, so.. why not make some! lol

Tyvan chuckled, as the two sat watching the others who were now all sound asleep on the many mattresses on the floor. Tyvan had noticed that the older he got, the less he needed sleep, something he had asked his parents about, and all they could think of was that it was something he might have inherited from his great grandparents, as they never needed to sleep but both could also sleep if they wanted to.

Amuary: Want to watch the stars for a bit? Tyvan: Sure.

The two walked quietly outside so as to not to wake all the sleeping ones, finding a spot where they could lean their backs against the house, sitting down there, the moon lighting up the two chicken coops and Dolly’s house perfectly. Tyvan looked over at Amuary, smiling and shaking his head slightly as they noticed he wasn’t watching the stars, but instead they seemed to be watching him.

So! chapter 11 left us all crazy, both anime onlys and manga readers were facing the same problem and neither knew what was gonna happen. Thankfully, we got answers to many of our questions and most of our favorites got to live.

But before we manga readers get our hopes up, we should analyze what happened in the new chapter and what things could be anime only.

I will start this by saying that I don't ussualy make theories nor am I someone that catches many details, so I'm sorry for any mistakes.

First, I will talk about Fyodor's scape and death.

One of the most important parts of the plan to defeat Fyodor is having a vampire pilot the helicopter/whatever vehicle he is using for scaping. In this case, it was achieved by having him injure one of his hands and making him unable to pilot the helicopter by himself.

*translation: if your hand were destroyed, you would need a vampire as a pilot*

It is said by Dazai himself, the plan since the start was to leave Fyodor unable to pilot, therefore scape by himself.

Here we can see in the Anime and Manga the moment Fyodor gets injured, but in the manga there is a difference. There are no wounds in his hands in later panels.

This panel shows both of his hands, and there is no wound, blood or even bandages.

Same scene in the anime, we can clearly see the wounded hand.

What does this mean for the plan?

I think we have to take other things into account before we speculate on that. But I think Dazai's plan in the manga will be different, one, because of what has already been shown in this post, and two, because of Sigma.

Why Sigma?

In both manga and anime, we last see him passed out on the floor after getting information from Fyodor, especifically "all of his secrets"

We assume he is passed out due to the great amount of information he got, just like it happened with Atsushi. What we don't know is what info got Fyodor, let's remember Sigma's ability is an exchange of knowledge, not extraction.

In this new chapter we are led to believe that he is dead or left behind inside Mersault, like is shown here

After being Dazai's partner during the scape and what appears to be an important part of Dazai's plan in stopping Fyodor and figuring him out, he is left behind and forgotten, making all of his development and his conflict with Dostoyevski unecesary.

It makes all the build-up to finally knowing Fyodor's ability and his ultimate goal fall apart, especially after having none of those factors play a role on his defeat

I'm not sure if any of this makes sense, I'm a bit sleep deprived and sick, so my reasoning may not be all that consistent.
