Just finished my last psychic reading for the night, so getting into a gimlet made with Madam Pattirini Gin by Ogden’s Own Distillery. If ever there’s a witchy spirit it’s gin, it’s the perfect base for witchcraft cocktails. This small batch gin  is made with Juniper, Bergamot, Coriander, Cardamom, Nigerian Ginger, and Sicilian Lemon. Need I say more? Right now sipping as I work on a gin and sip piece. Gimlet 2 1/2 ounces Madam Pattirini Gin 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup Garnish: lime    Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. He escuchado a algunos rasgarse las vestiduras cuando se habla de preparar cócteles con vino y a muchos otros (a veces los mismos) disfurtar de una sangía o del tan chileno Melón con Vino.

Bienvenida la coctelería del vino, bienvenidas las ideas que nos ayuden a incrementar el consumo de vino que en Chile es menos  15 litros por persona, un consumo bajo para un país productor.
