Actually, before I log off for the day, I will say, please don't go labelling Wilbur a narcissist or trying to armchair diagnose him with any cluster B disorders. Having NPD doesn't make someone abusive. Being abusive is what makes someone abusive. By armchair diagnosing an abuser with NPD, it's not only just further stigmatising an already very stigmatised and often misunderstood disorder but also, by framing a mental disorder as "abuser disorder", it almost unintentionally shifts blame away from them as a person and their actions and more towards the mental illness that they may or may not have. This isn't to excuse anything Wilbur's done. Just please keep in mind, people with NPD aren't inherently abusive. Wilbur isn't an abuser because he's a "narcissist", he's an abuser because he's abused people

Writing Notes: The Human Body
A Quick & Simplified Guide: Blood
What does the Blood do?
Carries oxygen to our cells
Transports hormones (messenger molecules in the body) & other vital chemicals
Carries away waste
Transports immune system agents that track down and kill dangerous invaders
Makes sure oxygen gets to the parts of the body that need it most (such as your leg muscles while you’re running)
Helps to regulate your body temperature, so you don’t get too cold or too hot
Haemoglobin
A hero protein with a dark desire for something extremely dangerous: carbon monoxide.
If carbon monoxide is around, haemoglobin will pack it in, like passengers jammed together on a rush-hour train, while leaving the oxygen standing on the platform.
This is why carbon monoxide kills people – because they don’t get enough oxygen travelling around their body.
4 Components of Blood
Red blood cells
44% of your blood
One teaspoon of human blood contains about 25 billion red blood cells.
They all have one job: to deliver oxygen.
They ship it around the body using haemoglobin.
Each red blood cell lives for about four months.
In that time, it will be shot around your body about 150,000 times, logging about 100 miles of travel before it’s too battered to go on.
Mostly because of 100 billion dead red blood cells that you have to get rid of every day, feces is brown.
White blood cells
Less than 1% of your blood
These cells are a vital part of your immune system.
They are critical for fighting off infections.
Platelets
Less than 1% of your blood
One of the main jobs of platelets is to manage blood clotting.
Let’s say you accidentally graze your elbow on a wall. You might think: Ouch, but it’s not so bad. Your platelets will not be so relaxed. Millions will instantly cluster round the wound (well, scratch). At the same time, a protein in your blood will transform into a tougher protein called fibrin. The platelets and the fibrin get together to form a plug, which seals up the wound and becomes a scab. This (a) stops you leaking, and (b) is virtually impossible not to pick (but do try not to).
Plasma
A bit over 50% of your blood
Plasma is 90% water, but it also contains some vital things, including proteins that help blood to clot.

Experiment log # 193 - Success?
Subject: spore particles
Description: A cluster of purple particles contained in a glass file with a cork lid.
Purpose: to learn how the spores will react to an extended period of isolation
Hypothesis: based on the mushrooms surrounding the Mother spore, I believe that the spores will begin to grow hypha and soon begin fruiting.
Methods: The vial was secured to a table in experiment room B, while two different cameras observed its behavior.
Results: The mycelium grew at a supernatural rate, shattering the vial only 10 minutes after being left alone. It appears that the particles perform mitosis, and then began growing the hypha and immediately fruiting. After the first Mushroomhead was grown, both cameras immediately shattered due to the pressure of particles surrounding them.
Results note: After reviewing the footage again, I’ve come to the conclusion that the spores were looking for some thing or someone. I don’t have much evidence for this conclusion, but I am confident.
Odd-servations: Before breaking the vile, all of the particles pooled together in an attempt to force the cork lid off. But when that failed, they chose to expand until the pressure broke the glass. Truly a fascinating example of mycelium’s capability of communication!
Conclusion: At the time of writing this log, I have experiment room B isolated, barely containing the infection.
Addendum: I really hope my gas mask was enough to block the spores….

This bullshit, which isn't so much a mechanoid cluster as a mechanoid compound, showed up on the front lawn.
There's no shield, so we could try to blow up some of the nodes with a mortar and hope that it takes out most of the worst enemies there, but the colony isn't in a great shape for handling the fallout if that doesn't work. So, we're going straight to Plan B.
It's still a dangerous job, because this thing requires line of sight, and the mech cluster is surrounded by walls. The tornado generator also uses the utility slot, so the person who uses it can't have a shield belt, and Yoshiko can't do it because her utility slot is permanently claimed by a bandwidth pack.
Wester is our brave vanguard.
By pure chance the tornado ends up chasing the mechs as they chase Wester.
The colonists mop up the surviving mechs and go to finish off the cluster, except right when they're ready to attack:
Yoshiko got a few light bruises out of the exchange. Stein, her son, got:
I can't even find how the fight started. There's no argument or insult or anything in the log. Apparently she just decided to bite her son's toe off at random and things escalated from there.
Anyway they finished cleaning up the turrets. Literally the only injuries anybody got were from those two having a fistfight five feet from a colony of ancient hostile robots.

Why do you get to dictate what people call their specific type of abuse?
why do you get to demonize and stigmatize already demonized and stigmatized disorder? "narcissistic abuse" implies that ALL people with npd are abusers. this is just untrue.
read this post please cluster-b-log put it in words perfectly
anyway nonnie im not "dictating" anything, that would imply i have a big authority on tumblr or something and im pretty sure this blog is unknown outside of the npd tag. you can't dictate anything if youre a small blog with 100 followers lmao

heyo! this is a culture blog for people with histrionic personality disorder to share their experiences :) there isnt much awareness around hpd and the tag can be pretty empty (at least for content exclusively about hpd and not general cluster b stuff) so we thought our fellow folks with hpd may appreciate it.
this blog is run by a C-DID system of too fuckin many with hpd and avpd as our primary PDs but we have others. we're also autistic + have adhd and a whole other laundry list of disorders but we wont get into that here lol. our collective names are poker, chorus, and fate and our collective pronouns are they/he/lyr.
we also run @narcissisticpdcultureis and @polyfragcultureis

That computer is very tempting, but what’s up with the bulletin board? All those notes and pictures with red yarn? That’s gotta be something interesting…
The board certainly seems to hold a few things of interest, a few sticky notes scattered around the pinned items.
Two of the sticky notes seem fairly normal- A rough pen sketch of a growlithe and a ponyta decorates one note, a phone number on another. The cluster of notes in the upper left corner are a bit more varied; a reminder to speak with "Ms. B-A" about some kind of test, Something about missing data in the champion register, and a third note thats difficult to read with the other two on top of it, the most visible part simply a mention of "Cam02".
The three pins on the board are easily the most eye-catching, bright red yarn strung between silver pins.
The first pin is holding down a pair of papers- both appearing to be printouts from the computer behind you. One is a photo, a screenshot of what looks like a sunken wreck, something circled in the dark lower-left corner of the image. Directly under it appears to he some kind of error log, though it's not the easiest to read with the photo pinned on top of it.
The second pin also has a picture, though it's hard to tell what it is through the heavy artifacting, the image file clearly corrupted in some way before it was printed. The note under it is obscured, the only visible part being a signature; "-Green".
The third pin appears to be an unfolded memo, the paper heavily burnt in places and the ink bleeding slightly. Like the other documents here, you could probably read it better if you looked at it closer.

hey can you please take the time to read this post about why using the term narcissistic abuse is ableist and perpetuates stigma against people with NPD
https://www.tumblr.com/cluster-b-log/696815035423588352/what-is-narcissistic-abuse-and-why-is-it-an?source=share
Hi there,
First of all, my tumblr is fixed! I sent an e-mail to Tumblr and they said it was caused by a glitch from their side. So I'm glad I can finally see and answer my asks and DMs again. My apologies for it taking so long to get it fixed. Tumblr has been having so many bugs since I started it that I thought the problem would fix itself or smt. Glad someone suggested I'd contact the staff about this.
Then onto the actual ask. I'm very glad you sent me this. I honestly didn't even think about this when I made and posted this piece and I can totally understand that the way I phrased my words only adds on to the already huge stigma around NPD.
If you're a follower who saw my piece, please check out the link since it explains really well why using the term narsissistic abuse does so much harm.
The post I made was never intended to do any harm but I see that doesn't take away from the fact that it does. I have deleted the post from my blog and instagram.
I must say that I've never seen people who have NPD as inherently "evil" or abusive people. But that doesn't give me the right to use the phrase while having such a big following.
NPD is a very complex disorder from which is being "diagnosed" too easily on the internet these days. I should've thought about that while putting something like this out on my blog.
Emotional abuse would've been the better term.
Thank you,
Bear
#NPD#i do want to say that i didn't just throw this diagnoses around bcs i figured they'd have it based on what i saw#they had an actual diagnosis#that doesn't change the fact that I should not have used the wording like i did#but it does show that i don't just make up diagnosis by myself#that would've made it even worse#ask#anon

According to Coupe 2020, Northern Sangtam has /tʙ̥ nm/, as in the following examples:
tʙ̥āŋ 'needle'
tʙ̥ʌ̀ 'fence'
tsútʙ̥ū-ɹʌ̄ 'relative-ANMLZ'
léktʙ̥ʰīŋ 'bat'
tʙ̥ʰék 'cut by placing a blade on flesh and making a long straight incision'
kʰítʙā 'hip joint'
lītʙʰʌ̀ 'arrow'
nàŋtʙ̥ìŋ 'deaf'
tʙ̥ʰāŋ 'drum'
kūtʙ̥úk 'grey'
kʰítʙ̥á̰k 'groin'
síŋ-tʙ̥ák 'plank (wood-flat)'
nmʌ̄tʃʌ̀-pà 'forget'
à-nmʌ̄ 'body hair'
à-nmʌ̀ 'spirit/soul'
More from the data, not mentioned in the paper itself:
tʙ̥ʌ̀ 'be relieved'
tʙ̥ʰʌ̀ 'unkempt'
tʙ̥ʰʎ 'plate'
ātʙ̥á 'mother'
àtʙ̥ʰíŋ 'fin'
There's also a dictionary, but the signup gate is obnoxiously heavy, by which I mean I don't have a burner phone and don't give websites real data. Thankfully, there's STEDT:
anbü atsa 'fine hair'
chomilatpü 'widower'
anilatpü 'sister (younger)'
anüyotpü 'bride'
apülatpü 'sister (elder)'
atpa 'mother'
atpachi 'quiet'
amtpo 'hair (of body)'
ketphü-uza 'sparrow'
nangtping 'deaf'
nitpü 'wife'
nitpü-khyo 'married'
tpha 'pull'
tphüting 'naked'
tpü 'fence'
tpü 'garden'
tsulatpü 'daughter'
anbü 'soul, spirit'
nbüchü 'forget'
nbükhüm 'shadow'
(The first two words are from Kumar; the rest are from Marrison. Words like tpü 'fence', nbüchü 'forget', and tphang 'drum' confirm the reading of <tp tph nb> as /tʙ̥ tʙ̥ nm/.)
Where are these consonants from? Bruhn 2014 reconstructs *p(j)aŋ 'deaf' and *a-pjak 'flat', suggesting *pj > *pt > *tp > tʙ̥ for nàngtpìng and -tpák - and Bruhn notes that PCN *-aŋ can give Sangtam -aŋ, -iŋ, or -e, so the correspondences look regular - but two words isn't strong evidence.
(Why does Bruhn's discussion of Sangtam ignore these segments? He transcribes nangtping as naŋ-tə-piŋ, writing that "[t]he strange db/tp cluster in both Sangtam transcriptions likely represents a fast-speech compression of a prefix + root collocation", but it doesn't.)
Lotha and Yimchungrü preserve pj-. Are there Lotha cognates? Let's see... the dictionary on archive.org, bizarrely, translates banns but not bat. The Lotha Bilingual Dictionary (PDF) has otsolov 'daughter', which reinforces the suggestion of a -tpü prefix (for feminine kin terms?) in Sangtam words like tsulatpü.
Lotha words that look potentially related:
nopüng 'deaf' (but presumably from *paŋ rather than *pjaŋ)
epi 'fence' (probably not)
epyakü 'flat' (e-pyak-ü?)
tssanpyok 'gray (n.)'
mhechoa 'forget' (note also nnmhechokhoko /nm̥etʃʰokʰoko/ 'memorable', unless this nn- is a prefix?)
ophi 'plate' (maybe?)
On second thought, let's just search STEDT again. Within the 1.3.1 Central Naga group, we have:
tʙ̥āŋ 'needle': Yimchungrü tüpean, Lotha opyam ~ opyim. Why do none of these finals match?
tʙ̥ʌ̀ 'fence': Chungli Ao atsü (*py > ts? unsure, but Bruhn reconstructs only *p(ʰ)w *t(ʰ)j *lj for Proto-Ao)
léktʙ̥ʰīŋ 'bat': Longchang Mongsen Ao alepti; Mangmetong Mongsen Ao aləptì (maybe a Wanderwort?)
kʰítʙā 'hip joint': Lotha repyak (the Sangtam word would have to be mistranscribed for this to make sense, which seems unlikely since the final syllable has a mid tone rather than a high)
nàŋtʙ̥ìŋ 'deaf': Yimchungrü nükhünpeang
tʙ̥ʰāŋ 'drum': maybe something could be done here with e.g. Maring phung, Khoirao tung, Tangkhul p(h)ung? But these are likely unrelated even to each other - PCN *tuŋ 'stem, trunk' (via 'log drum'?) and PKC *khuaŋ 'drum'.
síŋ-tʙ̥ák 'plank (wood-flat)': PCN *a-pjak, Lotha e1-pjak2-, Yimchungrü amüpeak
nmʌ̄tʃʌ̀-pà 'forget': maybe a relation to PTB *b/m-la:p 'forget'? But I don't know if this would be at all regular.
tʙ̥ʰʎ 'plate': PTB *pu; Lotha Naga o1-phi1 'plate' or opfhu 'dish, pot'... but there's Lepcha fyu < *pu. IIRC Lepcha has preinitial *s- > medial yod (in some cases?), so given mhechoa < PTB *g/s-ma-t/n there could be something here? But probably not.
Overall, I don't see anything trivial and obvious, but based on 'needle', 'deaf', 'flat', and maybe 'hip joint', maybe they're from sequences of a labial initial and a medial yod?

Kujhikoslan, the Complete Grammar Guide
Of all the groups in Strelles, the Fox Skulks were the first societies to approach the Sky Kingdoms upon realizing that they had made generous strides in preserving and recovering the Old Tongues. Their language is deeply precious to them and though they respect the decision of the gods to stop the meaningless aggression all species directed at each other, they’re pleased to see that the gods agreed with them reclaiming their Tongues once they understood the point that was being made.
Given that the skulks were the first to invent a written variant of their language, they were among the easiest to rebuild once they could understand the markings and managed to break it down. As such, it’s considered to be the tongue closest to its Old Form before the Connection - something they take great pride in. This means that much like the Sky Kingdoms, the language isn’t exclusive to any rank or position but rather, an inherent part of living within the skulks.
---
Part 1: Phonology and Phonetics
---
Kujhikoslan has 19 official consonant sounds;
The squiggly lines are where the pronunciation of the sound isn’t quite set in stone. The skulks towards the west use /ʤ/ instead of /ʧ/.
And there are 5 vowel sounds:

Compounds:
---
Part 3: Animacy Based Noun Classes
--
Kujhikoslan has simply tri-class animacy system. The hierarchy is very basically animate, semi-animate and inanimate objects.
The Animate Class is usually fairly obvious - it’s moving, breathing things like fellow creatures and most plants that grow rapidly such as flowers. The Inanimate Class is equally obvious consisting mostly of things such as trees, rocks, mud and certain creatures that a skulk can be stubborn about.
The Semi Animate Class is for things granted a degree of life from their religious beliefs.
Animate Examples (-(r)a) - Jhiko (fox), Kis (cat), Tciri (a partner bird)
Semi Animate Examples (-(m)e) - Ansel (wind),
Inanimate Examples (-(h)a)) - Komok (rock), Hiyil (river)
When put into practice, the animacy system applies to and affects numerals and adjectives.
Ainra kis - one cat Arume ansel - blue wind Ainhal hiyil - one river
---
Part 4: Grammatical Number
---
Much like Adovusala, the skulks of strelles have a rather simple grammatical number system. Only a singular/plural divide leaving the singular bare - jhiiko (fox) - and adding the prefix ku- to make it plural - kujhiko (foxes).
---
Part 5: Tense and Aspect
---
There are four tenses and aspects in Kujhikoslan the same as Adovusala, there are also four tenses in this language. The four aspects are the perfective, habitual, continuous and pausative aspects - the four tenses being distant past, past, present and future tenses.
Here’s the example word;
In the second and third persons, the animacy hierarchy triggers agreement on the verbs.
Asla - to speak (animate) Aslamri - to speak (semi animate) Aslaso - to speak (inanimate)
These agreements are meant to emphasize what’s happening - generally speaking, rocks don’t speak and ergo, the agreement is meant to confirm that yes, this improbable interpretation is indeed what this sentence means.
Hel kis aslar ir hel ansel - the cat speaks to the wind
In this situation, the cat is the one doing the speaking and ergo, the word used is aslar.
Hel anser aslamrir ir hel kis - the wind speaks to the cat
Now here, it’s the wind speaking to a cat. In this case, it’s assumed that the wind is actually a spirit of a sort, whispering to the cat rather than the actual wind itself.
Hel komok aslasor ir hel kis - the rock speaks to the cat
Same situation as the previous sentence except even more unbelievable to the listener - rocks rarely speak if ever, so a speaking rock is typically interpreted as a trapped spirit or even a demon.
---
Part 6: Pronouns
---
Now unlike the language of the packs, Kujhikoslan doesn’t have a system of honorifics making their pronouns much simpler than Adovusala;
The possessives unfortunately get a little bit more complicated than that as the skulks differentiate between alienable and inalienable objects.
Alienable Nouns are things you have a choice over owning and can be divorced from you such as a food or an adornment. Meanwhile, Inalienable nouns are things that can’t be divorced from the person such as a blood relations and your species.
---
Part 7: Articles and Demonstratives
---
The articles and demonstratives of Kujhikoslan are very simple with definite articles and indefinite articles for a specific thing and a broad thing. Unlike other languages however, the articles are divided up into the three animacy classes;
Hel is the definite articles are;
Ma anser - the wind Ke kommok - the rock Hel bero - the dog
And the indefinite articles are;
Ya bero - a dog Lu neco - an egg El kommok - a rock
The demonstratives have been left alone in the distinction with only a near/far difference;
Yel bero - this dog Sul bero - that dog
