Which Underrated Woman from History are You?

Finally got around to making a uquiz featuring six of my favourite women from history! You can either get someone from the French Revolution, Roman Republic (I know, how unexpected!) or from 1700s/early 1800s.

Featuring scientists, writers, politically active icons and a few poets whose lives were intertwined with theirs, as a treat!

Tried to rewatch Rome HBO last night. Everything was fine until Attia and Octavia appeared on the scene. How? How is it possible to work on making the scenery and setting as accurate as possible, and then proceed to do such a terrible job at representing the female figures of the Republic? Where the fuck is Fulvia? Why the hell is Octavia asking for Pompey's death? Why is Attia in a relationship with Antony?

Seriously, is it really that hard to try and avoid sexualizing every single female character?

As someone who isn't well an. Expert on roman history but has studied it i think it is funny how people on tumblr see brutus or the conjurates as those hashtagwoke freedom fighters while their major concern about caesar's centralizing power wasn't the freedom of the people but the fact that the senate (and thus the ruling class of nobles of which they were part of) would lose its political power

Ok I'll bite: what's up with Lucullus and his brother? I don't think I've ever heard anything about his brother 👀

yayyy!!! lucullus' brother thing is mostly about the fact that he was apparently very close with his brother, and also waited a couple of years(I think?) to run for aedile so that they could run together. and his brother also took care of him once he got old and apparently had some kind of cognitive decline.
