As we all know, I love a little subversiveness and a lot of silly in my picture books, so it's no wonder that "Dragon Was Terrible" (2016) by Kelly DiPucchio and Greg Pizzoli was a huge hit around here. It hits all the right notes: a ridiculously badly behaved dragon (he burps in church and terrorises fluffy ducklings, for heaven's sake!), wonderful language usage that doesn't condescend to kids, and a little kid protagonist who in classic fairytale style uses his brain to get the better of the dragon. Спорт в жизни маленького ребенка

Родители всегда желают для своего чада самого лучшего, но не всегда хватает внимания уделить достаточно времени каждому аспекту в жизни ребенка. Всем известно, что помимо умственного развития в жизни маленького человечка должно быть достаточно физической нагрузки. Но, часто случается так, что родители не знают, когда именно и как правильно начать заниматься физическими упражнениями с малышом. Хорошо, когда в дошкольном учреждении достаточно уделяют внимания такому вопросу, как это делает садик Clever Kids. Более подробно можно узнать по ссылке — cleverkids/sport/. Ведь, регулярные занятия спортом – это укрепление иммунитета и крепкое здоровье. Но не нужно заставлять ребенка делать зарядку по утрам и бегать до изнеможения. Спорт для детей – это игра, которую необходимо правильно организовать.

Какой спорт полезен?

Если говорить о детей самого раннего возраста, к примеру, 1,5-3 года, то для их нормального физического развития вполне достаточно регулярных походов в бассейн и утренней зарядки для бодрости и задора на весь день. А вот к занятиями с детками от 4 до 6 лет можно подойти с большим энтузиазмом:

Плаванье;

Гимнастика;

Физкультура;

Танцы;

Айкидо.

И это совсем не полный перечень. К физическому развитию с ребенком можно также отнести катание на велосипеде или роликовых коньках в теплое время года. Также активные игры на свежем воздухе, теннис, футбол, волейбол или другие игры. В зимний период тоже нет необходимости унывать и сидеть в замкнутом пространстве. Можно играть в снежки, кататься на санках, коньках, роликах, лепить снеговиков наперегонки. Все это позволит заметно укрепить иммунитет, улучшить самочувствие и правильно развивать физическую активность в соответствии с возрастными нормами.

А если ребенок не хочет заниматься спортом?

Иногда случается так, что ребенок сильно противится. Ему не хочется выходить на улицу и проявлять свою активность. Часто родители не настаивают и утверждают про особенности характ��ра. Но это совершенно неприемлемо. Спорт обязательно должен присутствовать в жизни любого человека, вне зависимости от возраста. Ведь, активность и движение – это жизнь. В первую очередь необходимо разобраться в сложившейся ситуации, выяснить причину отказа. Возможно, вашему ребенку просто не травится, тогда стоит поискать другие варианты. Еще, как вариант, ребенок просто лениться. Тогда стоит немного настоять или начать с небольшой нагрузки. Но главное – это собственный пример! Если вы не пренебрегаете спортом, то, скорее всего, это станет частью жизни и вашего малыша.

Will has moved to a new school this year, by his own choice and has settled in like a pro. This week he received his expected grades and has been predicted distinction. And Simon? Well he just happened to be in this photograph that I liked and wanted to share but as a family we are always proud of him.
