My favorite classic Wonder Woman tropes: the sound it makes when she does a Big Jump, and her go-to fighting style: throwing henchmen into empty cardboard boxes!

The robins are always calm, cool, collected. This goes for all the Batkids, no matter what stage they are (robin, pre robin, post robin, alive from being dead robin) so imagine the utter fear, the horror every single member of the Justice League feels, literal gods and metas, when one of their composures snaps. Why? Because the Batman has gone missing.

I love Wonder Woman very much and I love her potential to explore themes of truth’s different meanings and violence against women and what it means for trauma to be passed on or processed in different circumstances but unfortunately all this potential is snubbed by her support of the military vis a vis her solider boyfriend and her origins as a character designed to encourage women to join the war effort. I think if you wanted to give her story real impact and meaning this would have to be completely removed and as such I long for a universe where Etta and the Holliday Girls are an internationally touring band and Steve is their loser friend who manages the finance and Diana follows them all around as the friend who can’t hold an apartment

Since you're here, check this out:
Please read Duaa's story, share, and donate if you can. She evacuated from Gaza with her son, Omar, who has autism, and is trying to support him in Egypt. She is also trying to evacuate the rest of her family from the Gaza strip to save their lives. Visit her blog here: @dodooomar
This campaign has been vouched for by 90ghost, a Palestinian blogger and vetter. Low on funds, $93 / $40,000. More info under cut.
Here is her post with a link to 90ghost's reblog and more info about her campaign: Link
In her words:
" Hello everyone I am Duaa Jad Al-Haq, 37 years old, Palestinian from Gaza I have a 5-year-old child named Omar who suffers from autism and does not speak and is going through the worst period of his life because of the war in Gaza. I was on a family visit to see my family in Khan Yunis and I noticed a very positive change in Omar. Being around the nurturing and loving environment of his family was helping him grow. Then the war began and destroyed everything. Our home was destroyed. Omar and I lived in the most difficult conditions inside tents and Omar's condition deteriorated. He began to suffer from shock and panic because of the violence and constant bombings. He would scream and cry whenever the bombing occurred. Out of desperation, I borrowed $10,000 from a friend and escaped Gaza into Egypt leaving behind my husband and family. Omar is now suffering from psychological shock and his health and social condition has deteriorated. He is constantly crying and screaming loudly, having flashbacks of the bombing and destruction he was exposed to during the war. We are now in Egypt, and Omar needs expensive weekly treatments and a school that specialized in autism in order to regain the social development he had before the war. We have been living in my friend's house since we left Gaza. I need your help so that I can rent a house. There are living expenses. I intended to start an embroidery and sewing project in Egypt after my workshop was destroyed in Gaza, but I recently discovered that I cannot start without a permit and this requires a residence permit. I am trying to find a way to start in the right way, and until this happens, I need your support and help. My family is still in Gaza living in tents in horrific living conditions that no human being could bear. There is no bathroom or water to drink. They are now facing death at any moment, and the bombing is still dangerous and very close to them. My father could not bear this situation, so he had a stroke and was no longer able to move or speak. He needs continuous medical care, medications, physical therapy, and healthy food. In light of the high prices, I cannot provide all of this without your help. I ask you to help me restore the positive state that my son Omar was in through treatment and enrollment in specialized schools for people with autism. I also ask for help to protect my parents and husband and get them out of Gaza. The cost of each person leaving Gaza will be $5,000 through the Hala Company in Egypt. I am very confident in your humanity, your love for helping, and your love for doing good. Thank you very much."

Public Service Announcement
Charlotte and Yami are beauty and the beast, yes, but it is CHARLOTTE who is the BEAST. She is the one who is cursed, and the one who causes an incident from said curse, and the one dependent on roses, and the one who is saved in the last minute by the beauty through understanding her.
Yami is the beauty, the man with a head as dense as a brick and tits as thick as pound cake. Put some respect in his name and stop making him the beast when he is, in fact, the beauty.
