Finally! Chapter 5 is here! Enjoy!
Rin was still trying to determine how much he had fucked up while he was walking to the dorms with Aizawa. The guy looked even more tired. Rin didn't think that could be possible but guess he was wrong, he also supossed that the teacher didn't like having a brat placed under his care either.
At first he had tried to negotiate or persuade them all the ways he could think of out of this in the most politely way he could manage, but everytime principal Nezu made good points. Even if the idea would help him he couldn't prevent but feel like he was between the sword and the wall, so finding himself without many options he accepted Nezu's second proposal. He had already rejected politely his proposal to enter UA as an exchange student, honestly he didn't see the point, he needed to go back home, besides, school always had been a pain in his ass (it was a miracle he managed to finish junior high. More to add to the list of things that these people didn't needed to know). So in that case, Rin could stay in the dorms for the time being with Aizawa as his guardian while he was here (apparently he had a foster care license).
Rin kept his words to himself, but he knew it, principal Nezu could sugarcoat things however he wanted but they were putting him under surveillance, that's all he needed to know. The only good thing about this is that he wouldn't have to worry about shelter and food (at least for now). Beggars can't be choosers. Did he like this? No, not really but he tried to convince himself that it could be worse. He would need to see when to look for his sword (not to mention he needed to think how to actually do it). He decided that only if he got desperate he would mention it, so that was in the 'maybe' list. He prefered to keep that to himself if he could, even if principal Nezu was treating him well for now. That guy gave him the creeps, he just wasn't sure why yet.
Once everything had been arranged and they had given Rin food Nezu told him what answers to give in case he was asked, so he was trying his best to remember them to have a consistent story. Tomorrow after Mr Aizawa finished his classes they would help him to get basic things (clothes, a phone, all that stuff).
They were almost at the dorms when he saw that it was starting to get on his nerves. Whether at home or here, his brother and he would always be watched.
They would really never be left in peace would they?.
His only consolation about it was that since Yukio didn't inherit Satan's flames, he wasn't seen as much of a threat as he was, and they could be more flexible with him, not to mention that his brother was one of the best exorcists he knew (at least they weren't talking about executing his brother as far as he knew and hoped, Yukio would tell him little about how he was treated at the academy or if he had any friends or anything related to his work as an exorcist really, just the things that involved him and the clown wasn't too much help either).
Rin repressed a sigh, for now he was a kid who was saved by proheros, as his case seemed to be related to the league of villains although nothing was certain yet, while they investigated everything along with the police he would stay there. Sounded like a simple story to follow.
Before opening the door Aizawa turned to him and told him
"It's late and it's past curtfew, my colleague should have made our student's go to bed, I will guide you to your room so you get some rest, tomorrow before class we'll do introductions so you meet them."
Rin nooded "ok", expecting the place to be quiet and that they would see this colleague of Mr Aizawa, but when AIizawa opened the door they were received with multiple exclamations of "Mr Aizawa! ", "You're alright!" and things like that from a bunch of kids. They were a big and colourful group. Aizawa's students if the nephilim had to guess. When Rin glanced at Mr Aizawa he noticed the teacher was just as surprised as he was, then almost immediately he got an expression that clearly said that he was done and that he didn't take nonsense. Rin wasn't sure what he was supposed to do in this situation.
"Mic, I thought I told you that if the situation took longer you watched the kids and make them go to bed at curtfew" Aizawa said, annoyance in his voice.
“Mic” was a slim man with blonde hair in a bun ponytail and small mustache and greenish eyes. He looked at Aizawa sweatdropped and with sheepish smile said "I'm really sorry Sho, I explained the best I could to them, but they insisted in waiting with me until you came back and I knew they wouldn't listen so I thought it was better waiting together than waiting for you on their own."
Aizawa released a sigh, his annoyed look softened just a little, and he said "What's done it's done, tomorrow we will talk about this. Everyone this is Okumura Rin, he will stay here for now while the proheros and I investigate his case, in the view of his need of help principal Nezu allowed him to stay here."
Now all the attention was on him and he couldn't feel anymore akward. Rin mentally thanked Aizawa for giving the introduction instead of having to give it himself, he could feel his face get an expression that probably looked angry or annoyed, just bad, but in reality he was mentally sweating bullets and nervous. "Nice to meet you" He bowed in respect.
Most of them answered with "Nice to meet you Rin" and "Pleasure to meet you", Mic answered with "Hello new listener!".
"Now, everyone except Shinso go to bed, you are lucky your punishment will wait until tomorrow, I will talk with you later too Mic, I'll see you at the Teacher's dorm" Aizawa said with a tone that commanded not disobeyment or argument, his eyes flashing red and his hair waving a bit in the air in an unsettling and intimidating way. Mr Mic, paling, just could let out a nervous chuckle.
"Yes Mr Aizawa" all the kids answered, and just as the teacher ordered everyone went on their way except the mentioned student. The boy was tall, had messy purple hair and had eyebags that almost competed with Mr Aizawa's.
"Follow me both" said Aizawa. They went upstairs until arriving to a door. Turning to the indigo haired kid he said "Hitoshi, you think you could lend Rin some clothes? Tomorrow we will help him get some".
Hitoshi looked at him a moment and answered "Sure" before going to his room. After a few minutes he returned with a change of clothes. Rin thanked him receiving them. "Thanks Hitoshi, you can go now".
"Good night to both of you" Shinso said and went to his room.
Aizawa opened the door. The room was practical, simple and comfortable. "This is your room, it has it's own bathroom, a fridge and AC." Rin entered the room with Shinso's clothes looking at his surroundings with Aizawa at the door.
"In case of an emergency there's a hidden button under the table of the common area that activates a silent alarm for the teachers. The button is designed to not be damaged and it's just for emergencies got it?" his tone was final.
"Yes, sir" Rin answered with all the formality he could gather.
"In case you need everything, let us know"
"Thanks sir, good night"
"Good night" said Aizawa closing the door.
Rin changed and when he got into the bed a question drilled in his mind not letting him sleep.
What the fuck was going to happen now?

Y/N: (Clicks pen)
Shinsou: (Clicks pen in response)
Bakugou: Stop that!
Shinsou: Stop what?
Bakugou: You're talking about me in Morse code. Well you know what? The joke's on you because I know Morse code. Ha!
Y/N: ...Yes, that's what we're doing. In our very limited free time, I interrupted our usual training regime and taught Shinsou a very outmoded and very unnecessary form of communication just so we could talk about you in front of you.
[Later]
Shinsou to Aizawa: That’s exactly what we did

This is how you know Hori-Sensei did a great job in creating Katsuki's and Izuku's dynamics when people like OP tell their story like it was written by Shakespeare.
They are each other's Heroes. They are each other's yin and yang. Save to win. Win to Save.
It's always been them.

Izuku being in a constant state of “I cannot believe I'm even allowed to breathe the same air as these amazing people! They’re the best thing about my life! God I must look dumb rn” is so funny bc
Everyone who's spent at least 5 minutes in his vicinity: So do you want your statue to be marble or gold? I'll do both. Give me your autograph

OK, I know I’m more well known for my Batfam stories but I was struck by a thought
Yandere Class 1-A and Yandere Class 1-B with a neglected and oblivious reader
Your quirk isn’t the most outwardly useful and you aren’t a giant fighter, so you tend to get overlooked a lot. (You are also probably the youngest in the class.) You try to make friends with your classmates and try to get your teacher’s praise, but a lot of of the time you feel pushed aside and forgotten. Some of the class seems to treat you like an afterthought while others treat you like you can’t do anything right.
Then, Kendo would find you training in the gym while crying because everyone in class forgot it was your birthday, even though you reminded them several times and they remembered each other‘s birthdays. You are just really sad, but you’re trying to get better because you think if you get better, they will pay attention to you.
Kendo definitely comforts you and takes you out for ice cream. She swaps numbers and invites you to join Class 1-B on a shopping trip the next day. You integrate into the class pretty easily after that, the only roadblock probably being Monoma, but I feel like he would switch from “You are in Class 1-A and are scum” to “Your class is scum and you should be in 1-B” pretty quickly.(the entire class will see you as a little kid, so you probably aren’t going to be trained that well, but it’s better than being an outsider)
You also are withdrawing yourself from all of your classmates now that you have friends. You don’t do any of the little things that you used to. You aren’t offering homework help or hiding snacks in people’s desks when they are upset. Everyone is noticing the difference, but they can’t figure out what caused the change in the mood.(None of them really noticed you doing these things.)
Then, I think Vlad would approach Aizawa and mention possibly transferring you. Aizawa would definitely brush it off, but when he focuses on your presence, he realizes that you were the one doing all of those good things and that you’ve stopped. His final straw would be when he realizes that you were the one who was leaving coffee on his desk every morning before class and sees you hand Vlad a pastry from the same coffee shop.
That adds Yan! Aizawa into the ring.
Class 1-A takes a little longer, but I think they would slowly notice overtime in groups of two or three that you weren’t around as much and would see you out with members of class 1-B.
The breaking point is definitely when you submit paperwork to switch classes. This causes a giant uproar that you did not see coming, with both the students and the teachers being at each other’s throats. Nezu eventually makes an agreement that you will stay in 1-A until the end of the next semester and after that, if you still want to transfer, you will go to 1-B.
Your class is taken that as a challenge to change your mind, thus leading to the Cold War between the classes. You are oblivious to this are just happy you have friends, so they are nice to each other’s faces when you are around. Make no mistake, they’re at each other‘s throats the minute you turn away.

Hear me out cake
Bakugo x reader , funny
Another tiktok trend has taken the media by storm, especially those in class 1-a.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In the kitchen, between fits of giggles and laugher a few girls aside before a very...odd looking cake is placed in the middle of the countertop as Minas phone record's them.
"My next hear me out –" mina places a photo of Bibble from barbie Fairytopia ontop of the already crowded cake.
"Girl thats... a..ball of fluff?" Yaomomo questions and she is not sure herself of what the magical creature is.
"Hey he's got spunk, i rate it" mina moves aside to let the next girl go.
"Corpse bride" jirou says as she places her picture and moves for the next turn... nothing much else to say!
The girls nod and agree, yaomomo takes her next picture and places it on the cake with a small smile, poor girl how did she get roped into this?
"The dad from inside out" she says as she blushes. The others laugh and agree,
Y/n stalls and jumbles through their stack of pictures, some honourable mentions so far on the cake are : bowser, pringles can logo, octodad , linda from bobs burgers and many...other interesting choices between the girls..
A few of the guys watch from the side lines and they take in their classmates intresting taste...
Y/n finally takes out their picture and places it on the cake...smuggled giggles can be heard from the surrounding audience
"My hear me out....bakugos dad"
The room fell silent, mina speaking up between a fit of giggles
"Bro hes gomna kill you–"
"IS THAT MY FUCKING DAD–"
*boom*

BREAKING MY SILENCE
I'm going to tear my hair out if I see one more person repeat the "Class A didn't contact Deku for 8 years" bullshit. This is why leaks are so harmful because bad takes spread like wildfire.
First, Deku never says that. He says it's harder to meet, because the schedules don't line up.
Second, I don't know if any of you went from living in a dorm and seeing people every day to suddenly navigating adult life in a competitive field with crazy working hours, but that's exactly what it feels like.
There is an empty hole that the people with whom daily contact was a given are suddenly sometimes cities or countries away, are working totally different schedules and you can't just spontaneously walk into someone's room to chat or go to the common area to hang out - you need to make conscious effort to meet and speak and any group meeting takes ages to organize and it's just not the same.
And while all his classmates left, Deku stayed in UA, among the same walls, the same classrooms - which means he felt more sharply a constant reminder of how things used to be and how they changed.

Not-Really Chapter Thoughts BNHA 424
You know, I really think there should be a point at which Deku rushing in with no plan and doing whatever he thinks feels right should become Heroic Malpractice.
Just me?
Because, like, Shouto had a plan. He spent the time between the two war arcs specifically developing a brand-new combat technique that he planned to use to shut down Dabi's combat advantage without killing him. He convinced his dad not to change the plan like Endeavor was hesitantly sounding him out about[1]; he went out and talked and asked questions, and even if they weren't the right words every single time, he did his best and he did it with intention. If Dabi proves to be dead, it won't be because of anything Shouto did to him; it'll be because Dabi himself chose to stand back up, take a warp gate across the country, pick a fight with the guy who doesn't have the power set to shut him down without unduly hurting him, and try to replicate an Ultimate Move specifically tailored for someone with a balanced power set Dabi doesn't have.[2]
And if Dabi lives, it's still going to be because Shouto booked it across the country and used that same technique to stop him again.
1: Dabi surely would have preferred to fight Endeavor from the start, and it probably would have been the more "just" choice if it had to be one or the other, but Shouto is the nominal focal character between the three of them, so, critiques of the broader Hero-side decisions aside, Shouto's arc has to come first. This is one of those places where you can clearly see how much the decision to let Endeavor survive where Horikoshi originally planned for him to die hurts the shape of the later story.
2: Obviously ultimately if Dabi dies, it's going to be because his family and Team Hero made repeated choices to ignore and neglect him, culminating in the entire family swearing to deal with Touya together only to passively accept a battle plan that involved splitting them all and letting the kid who knows Touya the least be the one to fight him. But like, in the context of that fight, Shouto isn't the reason Dabi takes all that hurt.
Uraraka may or may not have had much of a plan, but at least the words she said to Toga reflected that she had been seriously thinking about Toga in the here and now, what Toga's told her, what Toga needs. If Toga dies, it will be because Toga chose to give Uraraka an unsupervised blood transfusion with no intention of stopping it. (With the same general caveats as in Footnote 2.)
But Deku? From the very beginning, Deku has been valorized by the manga for how much he doesn't plan. All Might tells him specifically that it's a sign of greatness shown by future "top Heroes" that, in some crisis situation, their bodies moved before they could think. Bakugou's Rising chapter is defined by him reaching that same state.
Deku claimed he wanted to save Shigaraki; he's sad in the latest chapter that he couldn't save Tenko's[3] life. But did he ever have a real plan to do that? With all the quirks he had at his disposal - both his own and those who would be in the flying coffin with him, or classmates whose presence he could specifically request - did he think hard and come up with a technique that would let him stop Shigaraki without harming him? Did he try to connect with the Shigaraki right in front of him by citing to the future?
3: And I have nothing but scorn for Deku's insistence on that name when "Tenko" goes out very pointedly calling himself Shigaraki Tomura.
Well, no. Deku obstinately yelled at the phantasms in Shigaraki's mindscape that he had no plan whatsoever. The only plans we saw him carry out were ones handed to him by the OFA collective that involved "breaking" Shigaraki's psyche; the only plans he came up with himself involved more efficiently breaking Shigaraki's body.
Way back in Chapter 130, Nighteye harshly scolded Deku by saying that his way of thinking was arrogant. He said, "Go after him haphazardly and he'll slip through our fingers. You're not so special as to be able to save who you want, when you want. (...) This world is not so accommodating that you can act the Hero because you feel like it."
It felt like something that Deku should have taken to heart, a lesson to be learned and applied later, but I never much got the feeling that he did. Nothing he did in that moment, in that arc, or anywhere else in the series afterward indicates that he thought Nighteye was right. He just chose not to talk back, and the arc ended with Nighteye dead and no longer around to pose objections to Deku's mode of heroism.
But Nighteye was right. Three hundred chapters later, Shigaraki is dead because Deku could not be arsed to plan for how he could stop Shigaraki without killing him. Because he let Gran Fucking Torino give him the intellectual out that killing someone could be a means of saving them. Because he followed his gut instincts of prioritizing the phantom Crying Child that he always saw as more valid and real than the human being standing in front of him.
Because he haphazardly acted the Hero and let his body move without thinking.
And he wants to act sad about it now? I hope Nighteye materializes in his bedroom to sneer at him every night for the rest of his life.
--
Incidentally, fuck All Might, seriously. "Wow, Deku and Bakugou, you two are the greatest Heroes ever. Fuck me and everyone else who fought tooth and nail, arm and leg, eye and earjack, life and death, to contribute to the pile of damage that was necessary to kill and/or save Shigaraki and All For One. You two got the last blows in, so you're the only ones who get the credit for it in my eyes. Hero Society is definitely going to be different and better with you two around."

mha head cannons
I would imagine denki would get overwhelmed being way from electricity for too long. Camping trip and he is just itching to get back home to feel the familiar buzz that is being in a town full of constant access to power.
Todoroki is the human pillow under every cuddle puddle cause he is either perfectly cold or nice and toasty warm. He is so touch starved he doesn't know what to do but his friends are happy so if laying in him makes them happy he doesn't care.
Kirishima totally bought/buys people Crocks as presents and has a rock collection up to the ceiling.
Tokoyami and Momo are book buddies. I mean think about it, they totally bond over classic lit like Poe, but also other classics like Charles Dickens and Jane Austen.
Izuku is a coffee addict. Bro cannot function without it. Enough said.
As someone with seven siblings, I can assume that since Tsu has such a big family she thinks of everyone in 1-A and some people in 1-B as her little siblings. She is totally a big sister to everyone there.
Eraser keeps high test scores in a folder and will flip them occasionally to cheer himself up. He loves seeing how his students have grown. Not that he would ever say that out loud
Iida carries snacks around for everyone and medicine and anything else people could need in his locker.
Anytime 1-A has a day one they invite Shinso with them. They can't wait for him to join the class.
Mrs. Midoriya encourages Midoriya to bring Todoroki snacks and other things like that since one time he came over and let slip his unfortunate home situation. She "accidentally" packed both of them lunch one time. Todoroki was confused but pleased none the less.
Adding into the the previous head cannons, Bakugou steals/shares Midoriyas food sometimes cause it reminds him of when they were younger.
Hawks will just....randomly kidnap Tokoyami for like a coffee or a patrol or something with zero warning. He'll just swoop down and grab him from wherever he is and drag him wherever he wants to hangout that day.
Class 1-A and 1-B have hangout nights on Fridays or Saturdays were they do movie nights or spa days or something. They also 100% have a group chat that both Mineta and Monoma have been banned from. Shinso is there cause yes.
Lmk if y'all want a part two
