Here's the thing: Clarice is pretty sure there was something there before Sonya did her whole smoky-invasion-of-the-mind thing.

Yeah, sure, it gets a little fuzzy – what with this random memory stuffed in there and all – but she remembers some of the little things. Like how his voice had this annoyingly calming effect on her, or how his hand felt against the small of her back, or even how she checked to see if he was smiling when she said something particularly funny.

Oh, and she definitely remembers thinking he was hot the first time he came around the corner wearing a tight tank top that was half wet from the rain.

You know, the important stuff.

And, yeah, okay, it wasn’t an epic make out session in the rain or any sort of gooey romantic fairytale to write home about, but she thinks that's kind of the point: it wasn't a fairytale.

It was real.

At least she thinks it was.

A/N: I know Clarice from X-Men DofP so yeah we love her! X-Men is probably my favorite Marvel team so requests like this are really fun! Also Eduardo and Tye in a poly relationship👀👀I can get into that

⁃ You were on the team, mostly Roys partner

⁃ You guys made a good team, you’d portal him around and he’d shoot

⁃ When he was kicked off the team you left with him, cause you were loyal to your best friend, not the team

⁃ When you joined the Runaways with him you were quieter than him, and you kinda followed him like a puppy

⁃ Tye and Eduardo both thought you were cute, Virgil and Asami both noticed quickly cause Eduardo is pretty open about his feeling, and Tye isn’t slick (but he thinks he is)

⁃ Eduardo flirted with you a lot, which would either make you blush or laugh

⁃ Tye would be a lot nicer to you than the others, not ever yelling at you

⁃ Roy saw you as a younger sister, so he would keep an eye on both boys

⁃ Eventually you caught onto the fact that they both liked you, which you hated at first cause you liked both of them and didn’t want to hurt either

⁃ After explaining how they sometimes worked, we wasn’t opposed to the idea

⁃ Like he didn’t like Eduardo, he only likes you. Same with Eduardo, Tye was too grumpy for his tastes

⁃ So you guys worked it out, and you dated both of them while they only dated you

⁃ Eduardo is a lot more handsy and flirty

⁃ Tye’s way more chill and easier to talk to

⁃ Tye and Eduardo sometimes get into fights over you

⁃ It’s mostly stupid things like ‘you got to take her on the last date it’s my turn’
