ok but the next Belobog arc HAS to be related to the rising of Rupert III, right?? Like there was already the theory that Belobog will be the place where the next mechanical emperor could awaken and that Screwllum paying a visit to Belobog in order to explore the unique relationship the humans (underworld mostly) have with the robots there (Clara even having a familial relationship with one of them), could be a setup for the new Belobog plot line.

Now, 2.3 added a short text of Topaz complaining about being constantly bothered by some other IPC employees for letting Belobog do their own thing. She even adds that she doesn’t get why they’re being so insistent about it

The IPC (at least from my understanding of sky Alfred universe lore) has a history with the previous mechanical emperors and REALLY want to stop sentient robots from causing trouble again. If Belobog is on their radar for potentially being the birthplace of a new mechanical emperor, it would make sense for them to be so upset at Topaz for giving up Belobog- especially considering that Topaz had control over all the robots in Belobog, but just gave the means to control them to Clara at the end

tldr I think the next Belobog arc will include Screwllum (maybe even with him finally becoming playable) and the IPC + Clara will be very important (+ Sampo knew about the impending disaster too and got his mask as a safety precaution)
