Orochimaru

The legendary Sannin, Orochimaru, grew up an orphan and was taken in as a pupil of the future Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi.  An exceptionally bright and extremely skilled student, young Orochimaru's morbid fascinations unsettled his fellow students.  

As a young adult, Orochimaru distinguished himself fighting with tremendous valor and guile during the Second Shinobi World War.  He and his peers, Jiraiya and Tsunade, were offered the title of The Konoha's ‘Three Legendary Shinobi’ in recognition of their service in winning the war.  Orochimaru would go on to fight in the Third Shinobi World War, with his performance in the war being so great that he was considered as a candidate for Fourth Hokage alongside fellow war hero Minato Namikaze.  

Orochimaru would go on to abuse the privilege his esteem had earned him so to conduct secret and unethical experiments.  He sought to gain immortality so that he might live all of the lives necessary to accomplish his task of learning all knowledge. After being caught performing illegal experiments, Orochimaru defected from Konoha rather than be persecuted for his ambitions. Enraged, Orichimaru spent years plotting the village's destruction. 

He staged an attack on the village wherein Orochimaru succeeded in killing his former mentor, The Fourth Hokage. He was severely injured in the battle and forced to flee.  He then plotted to transfer his life essence into the body of Sasuke Uchiha so to fully recover from these injuries and continue his work.  Sasuke was ultimately able to break free from Orochimaru’s sway and he killed the serpentine villain.  

Orochimaru managed to facilitate his own resurrection, but the experience had altered him and he began to rethink his strategies for gaining all the knowledge he sought.  He even ended up choosing to aide the Allied Forces rather than fight them during the Fourth Shinobi War. 

Following he war, Orochimaru created a cloned son whom he named Mitsuki.  He entrusted this son to Konohagakure to be trained in the village alongside the children of his former adversaries, Sasuke and Naruto.  

Actors Kujira, Yuriko Yamaguchi and Mayumi Yamaguchi provided the voice for Orochimaru in the original anime (with Steven Blum, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn and Doug Erholtz voicing the character int he English language dub).  The villain first appeared in the twenty-seventh episode of the Naruto anime, airing on April 2nd, 2003.

Something that's always bothered me about Grian is that he doesn't. ever. do. interiors. His builds are soo good and have so much potential, but I always fall short when trying to imagine his character actually living there. So I took it upon myself to recreate his house in minecraft, and build an interior myself, in a way I think he would do it (using a couple resource packs and mods, to make it more fun for myself)

I don't think he would waste any space - especially not for storage, so I've tried to add a few extra chests around.

the colour scheme is one I've been LOVING. petition for hermits to make more cozy living rooms. I don't care if they're not functional.

Grian build an actual bedroom challenge. For once in your life. Please.

Lastly, an appreciation on how beautiful this season's seed is and a testimony to how the hermits should use shaders more:

Imo, the best way season three could start is that the opening scene is just Phee beating the life outta Cid with the Star Wars equivalent of a baseball bat.

Do you ever think about Hegemol and think about how he was probably ambushed in his sleep so easily by the maggot, because he had exhausted himself trying desperately to stay awake during the spread of the infection, he was probably sent to the crossroads soon after the infection came back, because that area is most definitely where it started up again. (the radiance being within the area.) And he was trying to help the people to escape, block and guard the travel routes and what not, and because the infection spreads through dreams/while sleeping, he was trying to keep himself awake, probably stayed up for days and his body eventually just gave in, and because of it he was murdered.

Summary break to ramble about some old IM AUs I had 2 years ago

So the first one is a Castle In The Sky AU, where Alice had a pendant she got from her grandmother to protect, but as she runs from Black Hat she runs into Holly, Bendy and Boris. Bendy works to help patch planes for their rather new boss, Felix. Since in this AU all of the characters are younger.

Holly's dad died years ago trying to find the Castle In The Sky he spotted. They find out that due to Holly being part Micco and the Pendant being created by the Micco only she can use it, and it works as a guide and key to the Castle in the Sky.

So Black Hat [I considered the Devil at some point maybe I'll go back to that Idk] is chasing them down, and then these pirates start hunting them down to. The pirates being Demi, Canni, Mugs, Cup and Cala is on their plane but she doesn't participate often. Demi is the Captain. She's in it to spite Black Hat for traumatizing her family. [Basically she takes up the role of Dolores from the actual movie]

They do NOT have a mechanic asides Mugs, whose 16 in this au, trying to do what he can for the ship but he's a PILOT not a mechanic. So Bendy and Felix come along and are like "HOW ARE YOU IN THE AIR??? THIS ISN'T SAFE WHAT! WHAT! ARE YOU CRAZY WOMAN!?" and have to patch the literal HOLES in the bottom of the ship. Bonus jokes of Cup having fallen out of the ship at least once.

[For an idea on how old the characters are: Bendy/Alice: 14, Cup: 19, Holly: 17, Felix can stay the same, Boris: 10, Cala/Mugs: 16, Demi and Canni are the same]
