I was at the Hanged Man's Tree and I couldn't find Roach; she was waiting exactly under one of the dead bodies

I was carrying a ridiculous amount of weapons when I was caught by the Scoia'tael in the Woodland Beast quest...

That one time the Baron's men went aggro on me even though I bought them a drink :( (or when you forget the commands and start punching people in the face while drinking a potion and shooting with the crossbow)
